Brought my wifes ring in to be resized. Took about a week. Ring came back and I actually had trouble figuring out where it was resized. Professional work and fantastic service!

My ex-boyfriend bought me a 10-kt gold necklace for Christmas. He had paid $432.00 for it. So, since we did break up and I needed the extra money I was going to sell it. I had taken the necklace to several places and was told it was fake and they wouldnt buy it from me. I told my ex about it being fake. So, we both went to the mall to try and return it. But, first we went to Kay jewelers to make sure it was indeed fake. So, of course they said the 10kt gold necklace was fake. Then, my ex tried to get his money back. Sam told us he wouldnt issue a refund because it has been a really long time since he had bought. I didnt know a month ago was a long time ago. Do not buy from this place the jewelry is fake!!!!

This company sold me a Rolex Charm and Cartier look a-like bracelet. each one held what they said to be 3.5 carats of SI1 quality earth-mined diamonds. I had both tested by TWO Independent jewelers and they are MOISSANTE. Not EARTH diamonds. After bringing this up to SAM Da jeweler he blocked me on every form of communication. I have legal action being taken place and filed cases with better business bureau . I will post photos of the small claims court case after it is over as well.

They sell moissante and state they are earth mined diamonds! I’ve seen with my own eyes them sell pieces as earth mined diamonds when they are tested they are man made moissante! Theyre stealing your money do NOT buy from this company.
