I had a fantastic experience buying my first luxury watch from Ian. Ian was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the minute I walked in the door. Never once did I feel pressured into buying. I am writing this review at the request of my 81 year old mother. She had an issue with her Seiko watch not working and started off across the street at another jeweler. That jeweler told her they could not help her and she had to send it in to Seiko for repair. After leaving, she happened to catch a sign in the window at Jared that said watch repair so she decided to give Jared a try. A very nice man assisted her, looked at her watch, and somehow got it working for her and she didnt have to have it repaired after all :). She was elated. She then casually mentioned shed come back at a later date to have her wedding ring checked and cleaned, and he said hed take care fo that right now and it would only take a few minutes. She tried to pay for the services and was shocked when they were free! She said its the best customer service experience shed had in a really long time! Thank you Jared for helping my mom :)

I’ve been a loyal customer since purchasing our wedding bands from Jared’s....Always got great customer service that’s why this incident caught us off guard. Bought a few items as Christmas gifts in October... Of course irregularities wouldn’t be noticed until Christmas...Went to return items and was met with unnecessary resistance. Was told the purchase was made in October. I know more than the manager they had assisting us. Their policy is anything purchased from Oct 16- Dec 24 is returnable until January 24. It’s not any fault to the customer that Jared discontinued their Pandora line. They shouldn’t of been selling them if they won’t honor their own store policies...I don’t know if it’s new management or whatever but I can tell you Jared won’t be around long losing customers as such

Rough time at this store. I bought something online and it said it was available in store. Then, when I purchased it, it said it would be available in two days. I called the store and they were able to reserve the purchase for me, but couldnt cancel my online order. After arriving to the store, I had to wait over 20 minutes to simply pick up my order. Friendly service, but overall the wait was quite long. The one positive was that there is a small kids play area that my 6 year old could hang out in while I waited. Hopefully can order online and ship to the house next time!

The people are nice, but I had a terrible experience. My wife has had to bring back her ring(s) at least 10 times in the span of two years. The ring I initially proposed with had diamonds that kept falling out and we had to eventually trade for another one after several replacements. Now the newer ring keeps cracking. Luckily we bought the warranty and they fix it for free. I just think when spending thousands of dollars, the quality of the product should be better and not have as many defects in a short period of time.

Ordered item 12/22/2018 online because website advertised free shipping BY Christmas Eve, Checked order on 12/23/2019 by online chat and was informed item was set to arrived 12/27/2019. Logged back onto the live chat 12/27/2019, 2nd agent informed item isnt going to be shipped until addition 3 days after the 27th and is expected to arrive 01/03/2020. Website is VERY misleading and even the staff is unsure about when things will arrive.

Amazing experience! Ive been looking for months for the perfect engagement ring for my soon to be fiancée, and after holding the door and welcoming me in, Taylor was ready to help me find it. She took the time to get to know us and lead us to a section where I spotted the ring in seconds. She was clear in explaining how everything added up in the price, even explained the difference in the diamonds. She wanted me to know every detail about what I was purchasing. Very well educated employee and considerate as well. I also worked with Mai who was also very helpful and fun to talk to! I rarely ever write reviews, but their service was absolutely amazing. Thank you guys so much for your help!

My husband and I usually take our rings to the Fairfield mall location but we were in the area and our church is close by so we thought wed go to this location. I took in the rings with all the paperwork needed and waited over ten minutes to even have anyone say a word to me. Then they finally took our rings and processed them. I told the man that we would be back the next day after church to pick them up. He told me that would be fine.I arrived at the store a several minutes early and noticed that they dont open till noon, so I waited in the car till close to that time. Then I waited patiently outside. One employee came up and someone opened the door for him. He said that they were not open yet and I would have to wait a few more minutes. I was fine with that because it was still only 5 minutes till. Another man walked up (employee) never said a word to me and was let inside. A minute later he poked his head out the door and told me that they were doing inventory and it would be about 5 more minutes. At 2 minutes till 12 (opening time) he pokes his head out again and tells me that it will be another half hour, at least, before he can let me in. I told him that I just wanted to pick up my rings (I had the paperwork in my hand). He told me that he could not let me in the building because there was merchandise all over the counters. I told him that I could not wait that long because my husband was at home with my sick son. He wasnt sympathetic and shut the door. I noticed there was no sign outside that said anything about possibly opening late due to inventory and no one mentioned it to me when I was there, the day before. I waited in the car a few minutes and saw at least a half a dozen people walk up to the doors only to be told, Im guessing, a similar story.Now I am upset with the store and I still dont have my rings back.

Bought a bracelet in Kauai wore it one day and the lobster claw latch fell off took it back to Kay (and Jared are same owners) in Kauai they could not repair, talked me into taking it home and getting it repaired. The Kay store in the Dayton Mall doesnt do repairs so they said take it to Jared, I went to Jared and after they looked at it and I inquired about putting a little bigger lobster claw closer on it and was told you might want to just pick out a new bracelet. The price for the claw that is slightly larger was $259.00 the bracelet was a 800.00 bracelet. I told them I wanted to return it because I was not willing to pay that for a claw that is just a little larger and would have made it hopefully easier to put on they told me to take it back to Kay when I went to Kay and told them what Jared said he looked it up and said a claw should be 110.00. I am glad I didnt lose the bracelet at the airport on the flight back home.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After almost never going to another Jared ever again because of a bad experience at another location, this store is the complete opposite. Every time Ive been in there, someone meets me at the door and doesnt leave my side until my needs are met. My wife and I were looking to buy some timepieces to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about timepieces and willing to spend whatever time it takes to make sure youre happy. He went above and beyond sourcing a discontinued piece for us. Definitely will be the first place we think of when it comes time for another purchase.

Took my bands in to have them fitted to my engagement ring. Mae (?) back in repair was absolutely amazing. She was very thorough at explaining how its done and what she would need to do. She made my wedding set gorgeous. Everyone in the story was very friendly from the time I came in. I dont ever do reveiws, but I believe to give credit when due.. thank you Mae..its gorgeous! She did a fantastic jod!

Staff is decent when youre making a purchase but if you go for anything else they are usually very rude. Good luck getting them to call you back when they say they will. This includes management. Horrible customer service. I could go on but I just recommend going elsewhere.

Prices are not what they tell you when repairing wedding rings a lot more expensive than told even with lifetime warranty. I have had multiple problems with jared on this set of rings. They are very pushy an trying to get me to trade the rings in if not happy with them.with all the problems Ive had with jared I definitely am not trading in an giving them anymore money for another set

I understand these people are trying to make a commission but honestly insulting my decisions is not the way to do it. My girlfriend and I have been discussing engagement rings for the past few months, and after a lot of research and thinking about different options and careful consideration, we decided to go with moissanite. And when we get to Jared, the man at the counter just starts insulting me, telling me I must not want the real thing, acting like I dont love my girlfriend because I wont buy diamond (also, mind you, if you do want to buy diamonds ethically, Jared only has blood diamonds, no lab diamonds) which was her decision. So I told him that Helzberg up the street was fine with showing me moissanite and was very helpful (which they were, I highly recommend going there, the staff is excellent) and he immediately starts insulting them, saying they have worse prices and just want to rip you off (which they dont. Their diamonds are a bit pricey but the rings are much more affordable). The entire time I was at Jared all he did was try to make my girlfriend and I feel stupid. The only reason Im giving this place two stars instead of one is because they actually have some very pretty rings, especially if you like engraving on the band.

I took my ring in to have it re-sized and they melted a diamond off the side. They tried to give it back without saying anything thinking I wouldnt notice. After 3 attempts at fixing it, it is still messed up.

I brought in a potato to have it diamond tested, they told me it was a sapphire. I was disappointed that my potato wasnt a real diamond, I bought it from a Belgian accordion player on eBay, but I was so happy that the staff was so honest, now I can have closure.

I went there on my birthday with my mom to get me a necklace the salesperson was veary frendly. For those people who say there customer service sucks maybe your just ass holes and need a better attitude. I have not had one problem with the diamonds falling out or the stone, aslong as you go in for the warranty cleaning they fix everything (for those saying they call, they give u a paper in a plastic case that tells you when to come in so its your responsibility, be an adult and go in you dony need your mom to tell you when to get your teeth cleaned.) Overall I will always go to jarred for all my jewelry there great friendly and the jewelry is gorgeous.
