This is a very cool area of Dayton! The buildings are beautiful: high ceilings, old warehouse details inside. There a number of different tenants also: everything from a fish store to a photographers studio.

I use a space for my Photography Studio Hollow Oak Studios there. The lobby down the hall from me looks amazing. There is art everywhere. My clients love the freight elevator and how clean it looks for an old building! The maintenance guy is so nice and got me to the building manager so he could help me when I needed them. Highly recommend

Front Street Studios is awesome!! We drive up from Cincinnati on Third Sundays as our get away date day. A thriving, civically minded artist community that resonates throughout the city. Amazing artistic talent. Keep an eye out for Richards Chicago Hot Dogs during the open studio days. Amazing!!! Humbly Submitted..D

If you love Art in all types of forms, Front Street better be on your list, whether its a night out with friends or just going solo, passing through, or even if you live down the street- its a place you should visit anytime you can, the people, the art, the buildings, everything just is an experience that leaves in awe. Every first Friday is like a giant open house, go after work and unwind, while also visiting some beautiful art. Ps. Sometimes they have wine and snacks.

Front street is filled with creative people renting out space. I love going to their 1st friday and 3rd sunday events every month. They have some pretty amazing artists displaying their creations and the buildings are quite beautiful and fun to explore. A lot of the local art is on sale. During the summer they also have a market and a ton of vendors around the buildings along with food. Its a fun place to check out and explore. We need more events like this in dayton.

This is a converted factory thats now used as artist spaces and a small business incubator. The system of street addresses is a little confusing. Also, the freight elevator to get upstairs is rickety. The space we visited, a photographers studio, was spacious and light, with high ceilings and a loft.
