Actually had a great experience using the hydro massage, red light therapy and tanning! Looking forward to going back thanks to the young gentleman that took the time to show me around! The staff is amazing and so helpful!

I’ve been coming to this location for years now and I love it! Gina the manager is amazing, she’s always so happy and helpful! As well as the other staff! I always see them cleaning thoroughly and making sure the sanitizer and towels are stocked. They’ve always done this, but have gone above and beyond during this pandemic. Even the tanning beds/massage areas are kept up and properly cleaned. I definitely appreciate this location and their staff!

New member. Went with another first timer. You can scan a code on the machines with the app to learn how to use then properly. No pressure; No big guys looking down at you because you cant bench your body weight. Super friendly staff and very clean.

A safe non-judgmental place for everyone to work out at. I dont feel self conscious working out here and the schedule is one I can work around my other schedules.

The manager is never available Ive been trying for 3 weeks. The assistant manager is rude and not knowledgeable on how to resolve any dilemmas. The gym is not as up-to-date or clean as the others in the surrounding area. This gym refuses to honor the free month promotion for me referring a new member. 0 stars!

The airway location has a great staff that always attends to your needs. The gym is always clean, I constantly see staff cleaning and doing walk throughs at all hours. The tanning beds are wiped down properly. I don’t think some people realize some “smudges” are actually inside the acrylic of the tanning bed and not on the outside and if there’s ever a time you would like the bed wiped down again you can ask and they would be happy to do it for you. I enjoy working out here and have never had any issues with cleanliness or rude staff. Definitely a great gym atmosphere! And super happy about it being back to 24 hours during the week.

Outstanding job guys, taking care of everything during covid, great social distancing measures. I just wish everyone would wear a mask, I stay away from the few people thats there at 5am and avoid going when its crowed other than that I like how everything is distant out.

Nice place to work out. No one talks to me, which is a massive plus. The facility is updated and very clean, with circuit training and an stations. I really dont have any complaints.

Its really frustrating and very disappointing when the location is supposed to be open at 5 but they are not! I just showed up this morning at 5:45, the lights were off and other patrons were also either waiting at the door or in their cars. I hope this situation gets resolved quickly with this location and management ensures this doesnt happen again.

This is the dirtiest location out of all the ones I been to.. everything is always dusty, the tanning rooms hardly ever get swept and the tanning beds don’t get wiped down properly. There’s always lotion smears and prints all over the beds when I go.

I like to exercise here everything is clean and if you think it isnt clean there is plenty of disinfectant and paper towels so you can clean the equipment before and after you use it

Very frustrated with this location. Showed up today at 6 am as well as several other cars with people waiting at the door. The gym should have been open for an hour already at this point but all lights were shut off and it was closed. This is very frustrating for those who use this time in the morning to workout before work or school. If it was planned by PF to be closed, there needs to be communication to your members so we dont waste our time. Was already becoming frustrated with the lack of cleaning by the employees during a PANDEMIC throughout the past several weeks. The same hand sanitizer dispensers have been empty for weeks, meanwhile employees are always sitting on their phones instead of cleaning. Please get your stuff together PF.

They gave me a hard time cancelling membership and still continue to charge me they knew 2 months a head of time I move to Hawaii and still continue to charge me.

Although the staff was super nice, this facility is DIRTY!

Half the time they’re out of paper towels in most dispensers, for some reason I pay for tanning and half the time there’s no one at the front desk to allow me to tan in the morning. I walk in 05/11/2021 and there’s a “tanning closed” sign, I’ll come back later this afternoon and my money is on they can’t pay someone enough to be here this early and actually do their job.

The facility and equipment are clean and all the equipment is in working condition. The staff is courteous and answered all my questions. The hours of operation fit my schedule.

Anthony was extremely friendly and helpful in resolving a concern that I had with another location in the area. Every time I have visited this location the workout area is clean, the equipment is functional, the staff is friendly and the sanitation areas are stocked. I can not say the same about the Huber Heights location.

The staff is very helpful and good knowledge about the area and very clean and sanitized I also see members mopping different areas of the gym Im from Kentucky this Planet Fitness club also have well kept up equipment I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants a healthy body!

Recently started going back. Joined mostly for the spa goodies in order to be pampered. I love the massage chairs and bed. What I don’t love is that no one seems to be able to show me exactly how to use the total body enhancement. It doesn’t vibrate at all. Maybe it’s broken. The staff keeps saying it depends on what setting the last user had it on. That doesn’t make any sense to me. I’m going to try some other PF in the area and see how knowledgeable their staff is on this subject. Outside of that I like it a lot and really love the stair master and the 30 min. workout. Great to pop in a few times a week to complement use of home gym. Price is fair for what you get. Staff seems friendly enough. Great location close to home. Knocked one star because of total body enhancement machine.

I came in to cancel my membership, the document talked about freezing account,nothing about cancellation. The young man was nice but didnt understand about legal documents. He said his screen said something different. I tried to explain the document I am signing does not show anything about cancellation and I wasnt signing what was on his screen, I was asked to sign what was on my screen. A signed legal document is what is valid in court vs what he said. I tried to explain my contract was with corporate and it was their documents, not what he said that mattered. He didnt seem to understand i wanted to cancel and the document I was signing talked about freezing, term agreements, etc but NOT one thing about cancellation. The only time he was condescending was when he asked do you know about e-documents. Of course I know about e-documents and when I have someone sign an e-document I turn the screen to them, read the while document with them and have them sign the document they reviewed. The document I reviewed was not the one he said he had on his screen. In a court of law the document that is legal is the one signed, not the he said/she said. People have a right to review the FULL document they are signing before they place their signature on the document. The document need to be available on the signature pad so the client is signing the correct document and they are able to take picture of documents they are signing and compare it to any pri yed material they might receive.

I like how simple checking in is. The equipment there serves my purposes for the most part.

Machines are well maintained, and its never too busy there, so access to the variety of machines they have is nice. The only gripe I have is the ventilation system as it always smells like sweaty feet (I understand this is a gym) but I think they could do a better job at making it smell better

Good gym. The employees are friendly and they are always cleaning. The machines are new and all work. Good variety of workouts. The music sucks, like what 14yr old girls listen too. Some yoga classes would be great.

Im glad i came back. Very friendly and doing a great job of keeping the place clean.

Came in for a workout today before a 4th of July party just to check the place out, very clean and neat, and the staff were very pleasant. Makes me feel safe with all this COVID! Will be coming back to sign up for sure!

Awesome place to workout. Doesnt matter if your new or a long time gym veteran. Just come in and do your thing! The equipment is clean and updated, plenty of free weights, treadmills, bikes, you name it, they have it.

I understand they close at 7pm on Sundays but today at 5pm.. tanning beds were closed, TVs are off, music is off. Paying $20+ a month to workout and enjoy the amenities just to be shut down 2 hours early. I’d give zero stars if it would let me.

I love it at Planet Fitness I get a good workout I feel great all day

This is a smaller location. With that said they still have everything you need. I recommend choosing the time of day you come carefully. When it gets busy it can become more difficult to be able to use what you need for your routine. Staff is friendly and the gym is clean. If you choose to use a locker I recommend bringing a lock. Better safe than sorry.

Very disappointed. I came here earlier this week, my first time during the pandemic. I was encouraged by their measures to socially distanced, require masks while not working out, and require cleaning equipment between uses. However none of these measures were enforced. And with poor enforcement comes poor compliance. Goodbye planet fitness.

New member. Personally have been enjoying the gym. Worth my money and transitioning from the base gym. The staff were very friendly. One being very informative about the equipment. Think about staying open till sbout 8pm on weekends at least. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

Clean facility and great staff. Kylie and Gina are awesome. That make it a point to greet everyone by name and are always accessible if you have any questions about the amenities. This location also has tanning, massage chairs and a hydrotherapy table.

I used to love working out here I love the chair in the Hydro Bed really does work on your back.

I visit from out of state. I was here for 2 weeks at Thanksgiving and I was at the gym every day. No issues and all staff greeted me when i walked in and if not busy, when i walked out. I am back for Christmas with my family and have been the past 2 days and again, very pleasant experience. I love my gym in Stone Mountain, GA so Im relieved that this gym treats me the same way as if i were at my home gym.

I am a previous staff member from another location and I’m really disappointed in this particular location. It’s dirty and the staff just hang out in the office. No greetings, no welcomes, no goodbyes. The floor could use a good vacuum and the zones need work. Plus, there were several sanitizer bottles empty.... The environment is not very welcoming and I did not enjoy my time here. When I first walked in the door, I had no idea where anything was and walked in circles to find everything all by myself. Customer service here was terrible. Probably will not return. It’s unfortunate that this location is not great, I loved my job when I worked at planet fitness in North Carolina and I loved all my members. We were not allowed to just sit in the office and watch the cameras for when someone came in. I visited on 4/14/19 at 10 am if you want to speak to your employees directly. I highly recommend that considering the managers would be sad to read the negative comments...

Great place to work out in. Never have to wait for a machine. Hardly ever have to wait for the tanning bed or massage chairs/bed. Affordable monthly payments to support your overall health and fitness goals.

If you are single and/or go to the gym at odd hours, this is the gym for you. Excellent price point for going solo. Great equipment and staff. Went here for years..Until after having children! Fostering really means you need a daycare, so we switched to the Y. :( Still recommend Planet Fitness for all your workout needs ... assuming no children ..

Facility is unclean. Tanning beds have areas that are either cracked or broken and very unsanitary, floors and walls both look like they have not been cleaned in a long time. I like the convenience of this facility but due to the facility being unclean I will drive further for a better taken care of facility.

Darren was extremely welcoming and made me and my mom very motivated to work out and stay healthy. He is very polite and professional all in one. I come everyday

Theres usually three or four employees standing around at the front desk just chatting. I would like to see the employees cleaning the place. Asking if everythings okay? Asking do you need anything? The restroom hand dryer is not working. One of the stalls in the ladies room is out of order.

Ive been going there for a little while now and I really like the place. Its clean, there are lots of different kinds of people working out, and the price is great. I travel nationwide for work so being able to use any gym is amazing. I could really care less about the employees as I do my own thing.

I am only writing this review because from my experience what i have seen so far has not been very accurate. First of i go to the gym to work out, not to socialize or be pampered, i get changed if i need to, hit what i need to hit and then shower and head home. So my point of view is of someone that goes to the gym to work out and be done, take it as it is. My brother and i went in this morning about 8:00 am to get him signed up and get in a late workout. Jasmine greeted us as we came in and even with having to help other customers and answer the phones she was able to help with our questions and get him signed up fairly quickly.

This is one of very few Planet Fitness that havent scored 5 stars with me. This location is less than a 1/3 in size as most, its not open 24/7 and its very ghetto in the scheme of Planet Fitness. Hope they move it somewhere nicer.

The vibe really depends on the day and time you go there.Some employees are decent and courteous while others are rude.The place needs cleaning and some of the equipment have a lot of dust.

I love my gym !!! It may be a big franchise but i always feel at home. Gina greets me bright and early at 7 a.m with a HUGE smile!!! I love the feeling of being somewhere where i am not just a number!

Great place to workout except for certain times of the day.

The price is very affordable and the equipment is well maintained. The mens locker room is usually dirty, and shower area downright funky. They have paper towels and spray to wipe down machines, but often they are out of towel and spray. Showers are freezing in the Winter. For the price, its a real steal, though.

This gym does great for the location. The staff have always been friendly and nice. I wish I could see more efforts for cleanliness. Just be sure to wipe down the massage chairs/bed before you use them (blackcard holders). Other than that, no complaints.

I joined over 3 years ago and have always enjoyed my time there. The current team is by far the strongest and the facility has never looked better. Ruben and his team work together As a team striving hard each day to make the facility shine (even as we track in crushed road salt). Everyone is friendly and attentive to our needs. Special shout outs to Gina, Amy, John and Ruben for making the daily trek a highlight of my day. This is one of the most miscommunicating places I have ever dealt with. They continue to tell you false information. When you are in the gym, they tell you everything you want to hear. I went in to cancel a membership. The girl behind the desk told me the cancellation would go through that day and nothing will come out of my account again. And, if it does, just call the gym and we will credit it back. FALSE FALSE FALSE. The clerk never even cancelled my membership. Another payment did go through my account and they would not credit it back even though I have documentation. The so called manager has NO customer service skills and needs some more management training. I have been in customer service for 20 years and this manager needs some more experience. I have been a member for 5 years and never missed any payment in this time. I never had to deal with anything with management until now. I WOULD NOT recommend this gym to anyone, ever..... Their lack of communication is enough for me to not recommend this place to anyone.

Went to the gym this morning and after my workout proceeded to shower. It was my unlucky day...NO HOT WATER! This isnt the first time Ive had this issue. I made sure the guy up front knew about it and he said that management knows and they are addressing it. I called this afternoon to find out when they will have hot water. I am told oh give it 3 weeks or so. The girl also thought this was funny for some reason. Im not amused! Are you kidding me? It takes a day to fix this. Totally unacceptable for someone that comes in the morning and goes to work immediately after.

WHY DOES the A/C Still Not Work???? It is over 80 + degrees in there most days! I agree that a lot of the equipment seems to be down at any given day. I have been a member for many years even before it was Planet Fitness. When Ty ran it the equipment was always clean, now what the members do not wipe off (dirt) it just accumulates. Please fix the air and make it the gym it was a few years ago.

I have read the reviews and I was going to get a membership here but there is so much negative commits over the positive ones and they are the same..My question is why hasnt management or the owner see that the dirty mess etc is changed... I guess ill have to go to Ladys premiere now😣

Tanning beds need better maintenance and cleaning. The rooms are always too hot and the tanning bed I used tonight (#2) was dirty (lotion and fingerprints all over the inside) and the bottom acrylic that you lay on needs replaced because its cloudy and its rough like somebody took sandpaper to it..#goodthingikeepsanitizerwipesinmypurse

Not a bad place. Cant use any other location than the one you signed up at. Not many free weights, mostly machines. Cleanliness has improved of late and they just got all brand new equipment in which wasnt in bad condition to begin with.
