I had a few companies quates and decided to go with Professional Windows and Doors. The owner made a good impression on me. and had the right ideas for all the windows and doors. AND always answer my phone callsThen I was Very impress with the job itself. The crew was very professional cover the all floors I have. and then they associate each section so you have no dust in the house.the final product was exactly what I ordered.thank you, Annie and the crew, for a great job AND great customer service.

Working with PWD was a wonderful experience. The professionalism, attention to detail, and high quality work performed has earned my recommendation as a 5 star organization. The pricing was competitive, the willingness to earn my business by answering questions within 24 hours, and the personalized service made this company stand out. I also can attest to the salesman/owner Scotts high level of honestly and integrity when we came back to revisit the initial quote 6 months after he initially wrote it up. Another company misled us that prices from the manufacturer had already gone up, and Scott was very transparent that it indeed had not happened yet. The crew did a fantastic job with prep, install and cleanup. They were polite, courteous and wore masks indoors as I requested. Very pleased with this investment and with the work completed.

We had 5-bids and chose wisely! We just had hurricane windows, sliding doors and a side door installed and the process was seamless. From the owner Scott coming out to measure and order the materials in January to Carlos handling the inspection today, which went off without a hitch. Annie Rule who runs the office is amazing and always kept us up to date. It took only 2-days to do the installation (end of April 2021) and we have 3 dogs & 3 cats to work around! It was so easy, clean and perfect! The installers are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient. We would highly recommend this company. In fact, were now thinking about replacing our front double doors.

Professional Window and Door did a great job! They had a good price, showed up on time, worked professionally, and everything looks great. They were happy to answer all of our questions and rode around the neighborhood with us and helped explain the various type of windows.Plantation permits were pulled and passed on first inspection.I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Unfortunately this is not a nice review!We needed custom impact windows and doors for our new home. After revising a few options I decided to hire Mr. Wilson at Professional Window as he had good reviews, and seemed honest and knowledgeable.After starting the project I asked several times about the new frames for windows and doors, and was persistent about the measurements, quality, finishes so that would be all as expected.I must say, delays and problems are something understandable, but after the first door panels arrived wrong, I saw Mr. Wilson change completely the attitude. 12 panels of glass ( about 40 long total) were damaged, dents, wrong locks and even knowing I specifically ordered Bronze Windows and Doors, to my surprise the bottom was silver, and instead of apologizing he said was standard, which he never told me before! To cover the silver raisers was the solution, which he charged extra!Only the locks ( ordered recessed with a sample given by him, were wrong 3 TIMES ) it took weeks of delays! My contractor had to be filing gaps as he left without even calking correctly and now will still need to finish, as Mr. Wilson is no longer working in the house. I had many delays from his company in a fairly large project, which Mr. Wilson showed complete disrespect, never not even once apologized or offered a discount considering I had to hold workers ( drywall, stucco, flooring near windows, kitchen / appliances ) because of him! All openings were cut exactly as in his specifications,and he kept blaming my architect and contractor, which showed his lack of professionalism! I trusted his company, and he had all opportunities to fix the mistakes, but I had to beg him as if he was doing me a favor ! He cost me a few thousand dollars extra to have other workers fixing what he should have offered to do as a responsible company would have! and still wanted to charge for the parts and labor to fix the structures he ordered, he was so rude to the point of leaving materials ( paid ) outside of the house as if was garbage.Here are photos, to show the facts.Possibly it would have been different if it was a standard installation, as he has no idea of design, but he tried working in a detailed project, which evidently his company cannot perform.

This was the best homeowner experience I’ve had. Our house looks new thanks to the beautiful impact window installment. The workers were efficient and respectful of our daily living needs. I feel safe knowing we no longer need to rush to put up shutters. This was the best decision we ever made. We highly recommend Professional window and doors.

I have shopped for at least 3 years to replace our windows to impact. Referred by my brother-in-law as Scott has replaced the windows in his house. I saw the craftsmanship and the quality so I decided to call. The price is reasonable. Please do not take the 5 stars review as everything will be perfect because it never will be. However, Scott and his team are professional and very responsive to everything. We did run into couple issues, however they were addressed almost immediately; I mean next morning. Scott has a very high standard and his team does follow. He also cares for his customer and takes the project to heart. I felt like he works for us instead of being hired to do the work. The completed job for me is very satisfactory. Again, no project will ever come out perfect. For everything under can be controlled and managed by Scott, it is top notch. Therefore, they definitely deserved 5 stars. I will contact Scott again for my parents home when the time is right to replace with impact too.

Great company; and excellent product. The quality of the product is just as important as the company that provides and installs it. Scott is the owner, he couldnt have been more professional and responsive no matter the time of day or night. The installation team was polite, pleasant to work with, and the cleanliness during the job and after was spot on. One of the very few contractors that lived up to what he said they would do. Their prices are very competitive. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting or needing impact windows and doors.

Scott and his crew were AMAZING!Scott designed the windows in my home even BETTER than I could’ve envisioned! I told him that I wanted to see “as much of my yard and as few lines in the windows as possible,” since I have huge picture windows in almost every room. What he came up with blew me away! He ended up installing “sideways” sliding windows, meaning instead of going up and down, theY slide from left to right, with a giant “picture” window in the middle. This minimized the visual interruption of the windows, and they look incredible! I didn’t even know windows could DO THAT!His installation crew were extremely professional, quiet, clean, and covered everything so the dust/dirt didn’t get into the house. They worked together like a well oiled machine, quickly, quietly, and efficiently.I am extremely happy with the results! Scott was recommended to me by a friend, and I chose him out of 4 other companies, and I’m SO GLAD that I did! The price was LOWER than the others, but that wasn’t the deciding factor, Scott’s professionalism and product WERE.Samantha

I would like to give Professional Window & Door a 5 star review. They recently installed hurricane windows in my home (22 windows) and did a great job. Scott Wilson is knowledgable, polite and his price was fair. The windows came on time and were installed exactly as he explained. The team of installers were respectful and honored my request to protect our new carpets - they laid down liners and runners to ensure no mess would incur. They left my house clean and tidy and worked extremely hard in the hot sun to install the windows. I recommend this company and we are happy with our new windows and doors. Thank you.

I selected Scott and his Professional Window Team to replace the aging windows and doors at our home. Scott was informative in our initial meeting to get a quote for the work. What I appreciated most of all, is that he wasnt as pushy as some other sales people Ive had over to provide a quote for windows.During installation Scott and his team were pleasant to have around the house for 3 days. They setup floor to ceiling screens to create a work space and left very little dust in the rest of the house. They also didnt crack any tiles during the removal and install process, which was a fear of mine since I dont have any replacement tiles.The day after installation a window cleaner came to remove stickers and clean up all the new windows for inspection, at which point we found one of the panels scratched. Scott ordered a replacement pane for it, which was installed 3 weeks later. its now been about a year and the windows still look fantastic. I recommend Scott and his team to all my friends and family.

Scott Wilson displayed both knowledge and professionalism from the moment he met with us for an estimate for new windows. He listened to our needs, made sensible recommendations and set a timeline for our project, in which every date was accurately met! We installed hurricane windows/doors throughout our entire home and Scott oversaw the entire operation flawlessly, from obtaining the permits to personally meeting the inspector for the final inspection.The windows are of superior quality and after comparing several companies, Professional Windows was the only contender. We would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his team to anyone.

We used these guys for the new windows in our office and it worked out great. They were really nice and were very efficient. The head guy (I think he is the owner) was really on top of the whole job making sure the workers were doing things right. The price was reasonable and I liked the family-friendly attitude they had. They were careful with everything and the price was very good. I would definitely recommend them.

Integrity is not a word commonly associated with contractors. However, this company is certainly the exception, not the rule. Joe and Scott were true professionals in every phase of the window replacement process. They were timely, professional and stood behind the product, when the manufacturer refused to do so. Highly recommended!

I found the owner to be courteous and efficient. He kept his scheduled appointments and most important was honest in appraising my needs. He saved us money by guiding us and avoiding unnecessary costs. He kept my place clean during and after installation. I heavily relied on the A+ rating given by the Better Business Bureau. I found Professional Window to be honest, reliable and truthful. They installed impact windows in my home. Completed work on time and kept my home clean.

Rude and unprofessional.Had to chase them to come to my house for an estimate, and when he came he had a sour and unfriendly attitude and said they only do the whole house (we only needed to do about half the windows in the house). We need to replace 7 windows in our house, but apparently that wasnt a big enough job for them. He then proceeded to leave.

I give professional Window Very poor. They are unprofessional, unethical, unprincipled and immoral. I hired Professional to install hurricane windows and doors in my home. The window in my daughters was not installed properly, causing severe water damage for almost 2 years to the dry wall and baseboard, causing MOLD in my daughter’s room, who is asthmatic and damage three night stands. The manager has been informed of the problems and did nothing. To date 4/2/12 I had to change the base board 7 times and there is mold in my daughter’s room in the dry wall. The City is involved who told the owner that he is responsible for the damage and to fix the window. He said he would, however nothing has been done. The MOLD is still in the wall in my daughter’s room who is currently taking 3 different medications. I have written several letters make phone calls to the owner and he refuse to fix the problem. The owner words to me were “my daughter is sick too, I have to go to the hospital to see her, your are home” as a parent I think he would understand what I am going through with the MOLD in the room of my asthmatic daughter, who have is very difficult to breath. He has received payment in full. I would not recommend anyone to professional window. Because they are a company that does crappy jobs damages your home and do not care, they are unprofessional, unethical, unprincipled and immoral. The manager lies and talks about the sickness of his daughter for you to pity him. Still waiting for him to remove the MOLD, fix the wall and the base boards, also repay me the night stands, replacing the base boards 7 times.
