I definitely found my go-to spot! Hanna did an absolutely amazing job on my pedi and dip manicure and I’m in love with the final results. She was so caring and really took her time to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the look!

I’ve been going to Toi Spa for a few months - specifically to Kimchi and she is fantastic. Kimchi has excellent attention to detail, great conversation and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. She does a perfect gel or dip manicure and an awesome pedi. Toi Spa is always very clean and it is a relaxing environment. The front desk staff is always polite and professional. I highly recommend Toi Spa!

My wife got a bad fungus the very next day after her pedicure with Kimchi. Their prices are very high plus she always tips her 15, 20%. For that she expect good quality, not just the place looking good but also the tools to be clean and sterilized.

Very hygienic. I love the atmosphere as it has light music in the background so you can still talk to your nail tech. Lovely job on my nails!

I had a facial and threading done with Sung. She was amazing. So sweet and funny. Made me feel very comfortable (which is rare for me) But, my face feels so smooth. And my eyebrows have never looked better. Definitely going back whenever I need it. Tomorrow I have an appointment with my husband to get our nails done. I’m really excited and hope it’s a great experience like today.

Ive been going to Toi for years when Im in Florida and their service rarely disappoints. Each tech has their strengths but Gi is amazing, 100% recommend. And not too long of a wait usually unless they are swamped.

Gemie did a dip repair for me- she is amazing! Her attention to detail is incredible; she was so careful with my nails and really took her time to make them perfect. Nail tech argued with me on color, length and design of my nails the entire time. I asked her to cut them and she said no and just filed them a little. They looked just ok but not what I wanted since she disagreed with me.

Front desk services is absolutely horrible.I have no idea what are you talking about on your response as far as policies of the spa.I made my appointments online and every-time I went I had to deal with your rudeness, wait and lack of organization. Wasting my time, I Am definitely not coming back

This location is fantastic! I’ve been having my acrylic nails and pedicures done here since salons were able to open up again. The atmosphere is wonderful—very clean and peaceful. Everyone is friendly, from check in to check out. Kimchi does my nails and I always get compliments on her work. I even trust her enough to try adventurous colors she suggests sometimes, which is normally not something I would do. She also recommended I try micro blading my eyebrows, as I had made an appointment to get eyebrow tint with her. Kimchi explained that I didn’t have enough natural eyebrow hairs to give me the results I was looking for. I spoke with the manager Cindy who does the micro blading and decided to take the plunge. Cindy made my eyebrows looks so amazing. I get so many compliments on how the shape of my new eyebrows has really changed my face. I highly recommend trying Toi Spa in West Davie for any of your spa needs!

I like this place but the front desk seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. I went it and asked for a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. My manicure went fine but then the ladies at the front tell me to wait 15 minutes for my pedicure they sat me at one of the chairs and waited 30 minutes for someone to assist me and nobody did so of course got up & left. This is super unprofessional and wasn’t very well handled.

After looking for a nearby nailSalon as being dissatisfied for different reasons, we found Toi... what a fantastic experience beginning to end. Hello there,This morning I was able to get my dip powder nails and paraffin pedicure by full specialist Kimchi. Today was my first day trying this nail spa location and after reading the reviews prior to going I knew Kimchi was the one for me. She exceeded my expectations. She took her time, I got the full experience. She was gentle and a great conversationalist, might I add. She has great energy, good spirits, and above all else she did what needed to be done. Always have a great experience with Mercedes who does my nails. Last year Cindy did my Microblading. I can’t say enough about how beautiful and natural they look, so I decided to try the Lash Line. Again, Cindy did an amazing job!! The liner looks so natural. It didn’t hurt at all. The worst part is having to keep your eyes closed for an hour or so. Highly recommend this service!

Very clean modern place, not too big. Plenty of spa services. I went in for the pedicure and they had plenty of choices. The staff was very friendly. There was a glass of wine offered while my pedicure was going on. There is also water and coffee from an individual pack brewing machine. I need to do it more often.Update: Jan 31st, 2019. I have gone twice after that first time. I added a manicure tiday. I am writing just to say how great my feet and hands look !! Just because youre a man you dont need to be looking like a fungus ate your nails! Thanks Valentina for an awesome job!!

I usually go to the plantation you spa amazing customer service all around... this time I went to west Davie after spending $100 on my pedicure and dip powder manicure.. Also the tech was nice .. two days later one of my nail came off 5 days later all mine came off.. this never happened before.. poor quality of work..

Horrible front desk service! Extensive waits with no regards for appointment times. No alternative solution given, not even an apology!! Lost two customers permanently. I’ve booked with sung quite a few times and she didn’t even acknowledge her mishap. Very disappointing!! Natalia is the best and does an amazing job on my wife but she will no longer go back based off what transpired today.Basic Customer Service Rules: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!Receptionist only updated us about our EXTENSIVE wait after we asked her what seemed to be the issue. My number has been the same for quite a few years and SUNG nor anyone else at your location called to apologize as you stated! No worries though, as I stated 2 less clients for TOI SPA.

The good: The place is quaint, elegant. They serve fruit and wine. Nice smelling candle and everybody was very nice.What I didnt like: I got a gel nail polish change, it was a little on the expensive side, but I suppose its because of all they offer. My polish was french gel polish, I have a few nails where the white line is crooked...and some that are somewhat off. I am not real upset about it, just prefer not to go back.

Toi spa is the best. Their facilities are very nice and their staff is all very friendly. It is very relaxing their too. Sung and Fabi are my two personal favorites. They play great music too!

I am a picky person when it comes to doing my nails, rightfully so because I am PAYING for the services. Nail tech gave me attitude at every request. Asked for a color the color wasn’t the same when she brought out the number on the color I picked out. Then was told they ran out of the color so had to choose something different. When it came time for the manicure I was asked if I wanted my nails cut and I said no because some were already short asked to file evenly. When I pointed out that a few nails had been longer I got attitude once again “that’s why I asked if you wanted them cut” so I had to explain why I had said not to cut them then I wanted 1 nail glitter and of course they didn’t have that color either so had to settle for whatever they had again. Asked for a design simple thin glitter line and she did a horrible job at that so I told her to just take it off! Of course huffing and puffing cause I didn’t like what I am PAYING for. Then the color I want is a light color so it has to be applied correctly and evenly and that wasn’t done!

I had on a manicure and pedicure with a nail technician and automatically fell in love and sleep because it was quite relaxing. My pedicure was just a regular but she made it Splendid and her name is Tina. She is such a doll and I will absolutely come back for her. Thank you so much for her service

I been to other places where my cuticles were still sticking out and got a little pat on my legs like no massage but this place heree my feet transferred into nice cleaned toes WITH NO CUTICLES STILL ON and my feet smooth as a baby butt THANK YOU SO MUCH TOI SPA HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO COME HERE AND DO YOUR SERVICES. I want to thank my nail tech Tina for giving me peace of mind when i get my manicure and pedicure done.

I moved here from New York and had tried several salons down here and none met what I needed. A friend referred me to here and I absolutely love it. Sammi takes her time and my nails are always picture perfect whenever I leave here! She’s so kind and welcoming and I look forward to getting to see here every other week! Everyone here is very nice and it’s so clean and calming of an environment.

After too many years of nail salon hopping, I absolutely hit the jackpot with Toi/West Davie. Cindy, my nail guru, is experienced and excellent at her craft. I’ve tried many of the nail trends, and I do appreciate her honesty and expertise, especially when I want her to do something and she knows it’s not right for my nails and the way they grow ( who even knew that was a thing?!). I’m also kind of obsessed with their Toi signature pedicure, especially the Ocean Breeze. I even got my sister to switch nail salons!

Ive been to Toi Spa twice now, both times I enjoyed the hot wax pedicure with Sung. And both times have been excellent. I have had severe psoriasis on my feet in the past & Sung takes very good care of my delicate skin issues. My skin stays soft much longer than other pedis Ive had elsewhere. I would recommend Toi Spa without hesitation. Im a VERY happy customer!

My nails looks amazing today! This place is awesome definitely what you would call a hidden gem!

Overpriced pedicure was very short and the tech could not even paint nails properly. She was very sloppy. Toi had GREAT massaging chairs (the 1 star!) but I would NEVER go back. $50 for an expedient pedicure. In desperate need of a foot massage, I asked the tech if I could pay additional for a foot massage as evidently the $50 pedicure I chose did not come with one only the cursory strokes required to apply a series of skin products. She said no! But you sell foot massage on the menu! No, I already chose a pedicure and if I wanted massage, I should have chosen a different $50 pedicure. Just charge me extra for it. No.

I can’t explain how amazing these ppl are they are pricy but so well worth it they corrected my daughters nails done other lady butchered 2 times I was so appalled at there work but Toi fitted us right in took care of us and let me tell you did an amazing job!! Thumbs up and customer service great! They did fantastic!! Love them ! Def found my new nails salon.

Absolutely amazing. It was so good and i was literally relaxed enough to fall asleep KimChi did an amazing job on my nails and toes. She had been doing my nails for years and ive never had issues with her not even once. She is sweet and sooo nice but she takes pride in her work and she does her best on everything she touches. The ladies were extremely attentive, kind and gentle. The chairs there are next level. The ambiance of the place was wonderful. I felt like I was on a mini vacation. Will be back. So far Ive had 4 appointments with Mary varying from a dip manicure to a dip mani with a specialized pedicure. After having such wonderful experiences with Mary I know that my search for the perfect mani is over. Shes so kind and truly cares about the work she does. She never rushes, and ensures to ask you exactly what you want so she can deliver. As long as I live in south Florida Mary will be the only tech I allow to touch my nails. Shes truly a gem, 10 out of 10 would recommend you book an appointment with her.

I decided to try this nail salon after reading the exceptional reviews.... but unfortunately, I did not have the exceptional experience that I was expecting. I walked in and was impressed with the decor... I chose to receive the toi pedicure because I was leaving for vacation the next day and I wanted the best for smooth feet... i tried to tell the technician twice that my feet were still rough and she ignored me. When I went to pay, the receptionist could see that I was unhappy. I explained to her that the bottom of my feet felt just as rough as when I walked in. I asked if there was someone that could scrub them, but she said that they were not allowed to fix it... which I didn’t understand their reasoning. I was not asking for a completely new pedicure... I just wanted someone to scrub them since the technician didn’t even after I told her twice that they were rough. The receptionist did give me a little bit off of the cost, that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of only one....but I am really disappointed with the service and will not be returning.
