The first time I came here was for Valentines last year and got my nails done by Na (loved her!). This time I went for my birthday, and got them done by Bo. I coincidentally found a picture on their Instagram of the exact set I wanted, and showed it to Bo. I wanted to add a little twist by having the v tips chrome white instead of just white, and Bo was absolutely wonderful and made sure to ask if I liked them before moving on to the next step. I loved talking with her, and the staff there was friendly. Definitely recommend Posh Nail Lounge!

My daughter and I have been customers of this place for several years. Lately the products they use have changed since from the first week the nails begin to fall out. I decided to write this review after Alexis the receptionist treated me rudely yesterday. Two days ago I made an appointment for my daughter in which I blocked the design and they confirmed the time. A couple of hours before the appointment they sent me a message to tell me that my appointment had been changed and that they could not make me art. all in the last minute in a rude way when I was already on my way

So far my experience has been great up untilnow. I arrived for my appointment with Anna at 9:30am.(confirmation text received) I was seated with Mel not Anna and no one explained why. At the end of my manicure I was never asked if I was satisfied... but was told ‘enjoy your day’. I asked for the manager and the young lady at the front desk said that she was. I expressed my concerns about not seeing who I initially requested. She advised there was an issue with the person who booked the appt etc. OK fine. Then I showed her my nails missing polish and she apologized and gave me a discount. I don’t understand why I was allowed to leave and they never offered for them to be corrected. That’s the part that upset me as a client if something is wrong you fix the problem. My nails are missing polish on the sides and they look thin and grainy.

Posh Nail Lounge killed it today! Bibi did my nails so beautifully and she is so sweet! Jaysi and Alisa were also super helpful and friendly! Can’t wait to come back 🤩

I have been going here ever since it opened. I fell in love from the very first experience. So professional, clean and all around POSH! My nails are always fabulous no matter which tech does them. My last visit I had the pleasure of having Mel do my dip powder nails and she was wonderful. We had a beautiful conversation, she was pleasant & helpful from the start and all that good energy manifested in an amazing turn out for my nails. My experience was one of a kind. First impression of everything in life is key of success for any human encounter. Unfortunately, my first experience at POSH wasnt the best. As a client you expect to receive a service according to what you are paying ($80). This place is supposed to be a high end nail salon and it looks like one. Unfortunately, the tech who did my nails did not meet the standards. The great thing is the owner made right by me and tried to fix the nails. I will come back one more time with a different tech and give them a second chance. Thank you for reading this review.

This is the BEST nail salon ever! The front staff ladies; Alexis and Michelle are very professional and treat everyone like family! My nail technician Mel is incredible! She never disappoints me! Ben the owner is always so kind and makes me feel at home! I highly recommend! 😊

First time here was charged $80 for a full gel set and the stickers are coming off my nails. Also its been less than one week and the nails are coming off easily. The service was great, super friendly. I usually keep my opinion to myself, but if this helps anyone her ya go.

I love this place, my service has always been exceptional. I have used Bo, Na, Twin, they have all been amazing nail artist, very professional, organized, and friendly. They always go above and beyond to make sure my experience is the best. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The salon is always busy, and the 2 receptionists, Alexis and Michelle, are subways trying to accommodate everyone even when the phones are ringing like crazy! Best nail salon in SoFlo!! Na is the sweetest but she’s in Weston now so I love going to my girl Twin!! She does an amazing job and really takes her time making sure my nails are perfect and that I love them. All the girls here are nail experts and do a great job. I don’t normally get my nails done, but I find that it’s time to treat myself. I was referred to Posh nail salon from coworkers. They specifically said to ask for Lyn because that’s who they all use. The place was very clean and adhere to Covid standards. The station I sat at was neat and cleanly which is great in these ages. Lyn was so amazing and I felt that I could continue speaking to her all day. Lyn is very attentive to what I like and how I like my nails filed. I was hesitant on a color and she was able to ask questions and help me grind the right shade. I got a gel manicure followed by a pedicure. It was so nice to have my nails done in a long time. My nails and toes look amazing. The gel has not chipped at all in the two weeks I have had them. This makes it so much easier to do some self care! I highly recommend Lyn!

Every design or idea I have they execute amazingly! I loved all time times I have been here! They do an amazing job and they have great customer service! I usually do my nails with Bo or Twin, they are my favorites but they have so many talented manicurists, you won’t go wrong going here!

The first time I went to Posh was a wonderful experience, the nail technicians name that did my nails was Twin and she is beautifully talented and did an amazing job. However my second experience at Posh Nail Lounge was ridiculous, I paid $167.00 dollars I didn’t receive what I asked for which was dip, instead I was given acrylic and three nails popped of in the span time of a week and a half. When I went back to get a removal I expressed my concerns and the explanation I received was because “I got my nails done long so they were going to pop off easily “ long story short this place is a hit or miss.

I have been going to Posh for about 5 years now. I am very picky with my nails & struggled to find somebody I liked until I was actually a walk-in & was placed with Na. She did a great job! Na was very booked when I tried to make another appt so my mom (who has been going to Posh for even longer than me) suggested I try her nail tech, Lyn. I moved to Georgia a little less than 2 years ago and still come back to have Lyn do my nails when Im in town. I am so happy I found them when I still lived in Florida. Prices can get a little more expensive than other nail salons but for me, Its worth it.

I NEVER give negative reviews however, I feel that sometimes business owners should know when their employees are giving them a bad name. I got my nails done here Saturday and the service was less then desired. The tech basically rushed my nails and I asked for coffin short.... he gave me square/coffin side ways. It didn’t look good. And here we are 3 days in and my dip nails are cracking! I’m not laying concrete or opening oysters or doing anything hard labor! How can they already be cracking! Horrible. I will not be going again. The service wasn’t good at all.

I used to go to this nail salon prior to the pandemic and their services were always great. But the last two times I’ve gone it’s been subpar. But I continued to go as I like the vibe of the salon. I went today on time for my appointment and decided I wanted to go back to dip vs. gel as the last gel experience weakened my nails. The receptionist and nail tech treated me as if I was asking for an impossible mission and stated well we can do your nails and we may be able to do your pedicure if we have time. At this point never mind. I will take my business elsewhere. So unfortunate as I use to love this place.

My experience was great! However there are a couple front desk ladies that are very rude and stand off-ish anytime I go. Nail techs are all awesome tho, they’re sweet and they all do a very good job. I usually just do walk-ins so i’ve gotten to experience a couple different nail techs and i have not been disappointed yet!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The moment I stepped into the facility the staff were extremely rude. I requested a full gel set and the nail tech was disgusting. She made all of my nails crooked, uneven, and sticky 💅🏼 After I told her that I didn’t like my nails I asked her if she could fix them but she said no . I am so very traumatized from her. I will never go back here again and never give them your money😢😡

I have been coming here for over 3 years. Its not your typical nail salon. The owners are here working every day, they pay attention to details and quality and make everyone feel like they are at a quality location. Nail technicians are all super friendly and have great conversations. Always great experiences here.

My boyfriend and I usually go to posh to get pedicures considering he knows the owner and it’s is usually great service. We came for our pedicures and the lady at the front desk was INCREDIBLY rude . She had no kind of manners and was rude to not only us but the other customers too . There was no manager there at the time and she refused to call one . I am highly upset.

I have just barely gotten into my car and I had to write a review. Jojo is the absolute best. This is my first time here and she treated me so wonderfully and so kindly but her attention to detail was perfect. I ended up feeling spoiled and that’s the way it should be. Jojo thank you for a wonderful experience. The pedicure I chose was a reasonable price ($25) but Jojo made it feel luxurious!! I will definitely be back.

I visited Posh for the first time yesterday and had an amazing experience. Mel did my pedicure and initially I wasnt going to get my hands done but the service was so thorough that I decided to get a gel manicure as well. She also waxed my eyebrows (which Im extremely picky about) and she did a great job! I think I found my new nail salon❤

DO NOT GO HERE!! The nail techs were not very helpful and this is the worst manicure i’ve gotten in a long time. they charged me extra for shape when they didn’t even shape it. 2 days later i have one broken nail and one that’s lifting after i got dip. worst dip manicure in davie do not reccomend

Worst full set and the most expensive in the area. I went today for tips and gel and the nails are a complete miss match in length, shape and form. One hand is longer than the other, the point of getting tips was to make them look wider, fuller (I bite my nails). Instead, they are super narrow in the front, wider in the back. The distance between the gel and the cuticle is so big that it looks like Ive had this set for over two weeks. On top of that, she didnt do a proper manicure and I have horrible cuticle left undone. To make things worse, the gel is so thick that it looks like I took red playdoh and stuck it to my nails. Last time I visit this overpriced place, they charge Gel separate from the tips and these tips are not worth the $30 charge or the $20 extra for get alone. There was NO manicure done at all. She only stuck the tip then applied gel. This is too awful to even waste my time and drive 25 minutes again to get these fixed. I will have to go tomorrow after work to another place to get them redone.I DO NOT recommend this place.

I went to this nail salon to get my nails done for my birthday. I showed a picture to the nail tech of how I wanted my nails done and she took a picture of it on her phone and told me she can do it. As she was finishing up my nails she bought the Front desk receptionist to the table to inform me that she is unable to do the design. when I asked why she said the person who does designs is not in I was very confused because I showed the lady before she even started my nails what I wanted and she told me she could do it she even took a picture on her phone as a reference to do my nails. The design I wanted was very basic it was just a couple of lines to make it pop like I said I was getting this done for my birthday. I even went back to the reception is an asked can she add a little something onto my nails because they’re very basic and I could’ve gone anywhere to get my nails done basic this color and paid less and had better service I also explained that it was for my birthday it was getting me very upset I started to cry because they were very ugly and I did not like how they were done and I had to pay for a set of nails that were basic and not what I asked for. I got there as soon as they open at 9:30 and I left around 11 so I stayed there for a full two hours service for some thing I did not even ask this place was very rude and unprofessional they did not seem to care that I was upset and did not ask anybody to help me. I will not be going here again and I don’t recommend anybody else to go

I have been going to Posh for quite sometimes now. Hailey usually takes care of me, but she was booked today and I couldn’t look at my nails any longer so I decided to walk in. Anna did my toes which she did a wonderful job, very sweet lady. Steve on the other hand was very rough, so rough that he cut me. Did not even apologize. For a $112 service I should not be going home with acricket new set and a Band-Aid on my finger. I am SO DISAPPOINTED.

I am new in town and have been needing to have a mani pedi for an out of town wedding but the resent reviews for this business leave much to be desired. Dont want to end up with a disaster especially for a wedding

I stopped coming to this nail salon a few months back because I didn’t like the service I received TWICE. This is the closest nail salon to my house and today I decided to give them one more chance since I just needed a quick fix. The color that I originally got on my nails, this nail salon did not have. My nail tech did not even help me look for a color similar to the one that I have. We tried Three different colors and none of them matched not even a little bit. I asked her to help me look, she told me that whatever I saw is all that they had. The three colors that she tried on my fingers, she never removed it, she put the polish on top of it and the same for my other nail. Now I’m walking around with two nails that have about five coats of nail polish on each. As soon as she polished me, I left and went home, removed it, and did all my nails over by myself

I paid $65 for a pink/white ombre. Im dissatisfied with the finish product that was done to my nails. You can see indentation from my last fill. Overall, the place is nice.

Attention to detail and I swear the first salon I’ve been to in SoFlo where they actually pay attention and do the sides of the nails. This salon is my absolute favorite. The ambiance is beautiful and very clean. They offer guests drinks from water to wine! The techs are arguably the best in South Florida. Nail art here is truly amazing and Na is the best nail artist! Crazy talented. They offer a large variety of services and they are all done extremely well! The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. They listen to your wants and needs and execute them to beyond satisfaction. Coming here for me is a treat and is absolutely worth the 20 minute drive. I refuse to go to another salon. I am loyal to this place for a reason! I have never once had a bad or mediocre experience and I’m alwaysSatisfied with the services. Posh Nail LoungeImagine stalking a page for a week to find a nail tech that you would like to try to be told they are booked or not working on the day an time you want. So, finally asking the receptionist to book you with anyone available for a gel full set and pedicure. Imagine explaining to the receptionist that this is your first time trying the salon, and you trust that whomever is available will be fine and her agreeing. Imagine arriving early, verbally checking in where you have to confirm your services, and then only being able to have 1/2 service done. After having my pedicure completed by Lee, I was then taken to the chair to wait for 15 additional minutes for a Tech. The receptionist says someone will be with you soon. I was with a friend who was being serviced by her tech who both agreed the 20 minute mark was too long. I asked the receptionist how much longer to which I was informed possibly 15 more, and if a tech became available. I inquired why this was the case considering I’d made an appointment as the IG page required. She informed me that if I did not name a tech I would be “floating” until someone picked up the job. If they picked up the job. When they picked up the job. Now, I’m all for systems. But if you have a system that is only smoke and mirrors or only services your regular customers then that there is pointless. So, to avoid possibly wasting more time, I asked to be cashed out. $55 total for a classic pedicure ($20 for gel polish, $25 for pedi, $5 for matte top coat and $5soak off). And, before you ask, NO, I did NOT get to take the bottle home.No remorse shown.No effort made to ensure I at least attempted again.They will probably keep their base. But if you’re like me, wondering if the NEGATIVE reviews should be overlooked. DON’T DO IT. Trust you gut.

I have been a loyal customers who takes the time to make appointments. Unfortunately they don’t cate about that. I have repeatedly showed up on time for my appointment and been told that I have to wait 20 minutes for my nail tech. This is because I have noticed that they take walk ins 10-15 minutes before scheduled appointments. Prime example today ... I receive a call at 530 to confirm my 6 pm appointment. At that time the receptionist asked me if I could get there earlier than 6 (she asked me to come in at 545). I told her I was unable to come in early but that I would be there at my scheduled time. When I get there on time for my appointment, I was told that my nail tech was running late and that I would have to wait 20 minutes. When I questioned why especially since I was asked to some In earlier. No answer. Clearly the receptionist lied and gave attitude .. did not offer me another tech (which happens a every time they ask me to wait for my schedules tech). My favorite misleading disaster was when I requested a specific tech and they booked an appointment on a day that person doesn’t work. No apology just gave me someone else without an explanation.Don’t waste your time there !! They do not care.

Every time I go to any posh location I promise myself it’s the last time. But unfortunately for me they are the closest salon to where I live. They are highly overpriced and only have a few exceptional nail techs (that you can only book by appointments) the rest are mediocre at best. They mass hire techs that shouldn’t be working at a nail salon that charges 60 dollars for a pedicure. I rather drive to Miami every time i need a mani/pedi it will save me a lot of money and disappointment

I have been going here for 4 years, I take my niece, step daughters and any family members with me. Still they always leave me for last, even when I pay all the familys bill. I call to try to make reservations they say over the phone only walk in. I walk in ask for designs then they say I should have made an appointment. I call today for an appointment with design, send what I want the person says they dont have exactly that but then sends me similar colors to pick from. I agree and then they say they dont have the time for it. I have no idea why I have kept going, but today it stops and will take all my step daughters and family member some where else. Four years of every 3 weeks paying for mani pedi for me and 3 girls plus any family that might have been in town, and I still get treated like I am getting these things done for free. Customer service especially from the receptionists should be better. But its not my concern any more.

Best nail salon ever. Been coming here for about a year. Couldn’t find any place I liked until I came here. BO IS AMAZING. Best tech. Always helps me find the perfect color, shape, and designs. Ive only been here twice, trust however, that there will be more visits in the future. Workers: have amaizing attention to detail. The first visit, a man named Benjamin took care of me. Everytime something caught my eye, something that bothered me. He whent ahead and fixed it, before I could even say it out loud! He was great! Ive never had such an attentive Nail Salon worker like this. My second visit was Tiffany. She was lovely, I had broken my nail the night before my visit. It was a very bad break, through the old dip manicure right through my nail. Very painful. I told tiffany what happened, and that I understand if the challenge is toostressful, seeing that the nail was very tender. She was able to file down the nail, and add a dip layer to keep it stable until it grows out. She was very patient with me, and did a beautiful job. I barely had to open my mouth. She handled it all!Environment: this place beautiful, very clean, they have protective windows at each manicure station to protect both, the clients and workers. The pedicure stations seemed clean, although I have yet to get a pedicure, so I cant say much about their services in that area.Price: fairly priced, my dip ($40) with a few tips (extra $5) (due to broken nails), with a Matte top coat (extra $5) added up to $50. My Gel ($30) with a few tips (extra$5) (due to broken nails), and a Matte top coat (extra $5) added up to $40. They kept me in the loop when I asked for anything that would mean a price change. It was a welcoming environment but my nail tech Andrew did not do a good job. I do not like my toes at all and I do not recommend them to anyone. The pedicure felt rushed and overall I did not have a good experience. Please do not wast your money here.

Today I had my first fresh set and pedicure here by Wee. He was so nice and patient and listened to my questions and concerns. He did a beautiful job with my nails. The shape, size, and color are perfect. My pedicure was amazing. I would recommend this place 100x. I follow them on Instagram and it seems like every tech there is super talented and knows what they’re doing!

Im a regular customer here and I called to make an appointment for pedicure and dip nails and the girl told me that I didnt need an appointment that I could just walk in and when I got there they asked me if I had an appointment because they were booked for the day. I got there at 5pm and they said it was too late and the salon wasnt even full . The lady at the front desk was very rude and didnt show empathy

Terrible service and terrible management!!They do not value loyal customers. Not friendly at all. They don’t know how to make things right when they go wrong. Huge disappointment!!

This morning I had an appointment with the tech Wee, he was extremely rude to me, had no patience, did not want to hear anything I had to say. The worst part was he was all wrong and when I tried to tell him, he dismissed me and said I was wrong. When we continued I tried to tell him again it was wrong and he looked at me and ignored me. The color did not get close to the one I showed him, or the design and I asked for simple gel tips and I got a regular gel mani with the wrong color. In the end he just got up and walked away and when I asked if it was ok to wash my hands and be done he said ‘you can do whatever you want’ and waved me away. I am so offended and used to be a loyal customer this was so rude and such a disappointing experience NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely amazing. I just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for my new place to get my pedicures done. Amazing !!

I love this place. Love it. First of all I love the quality of the materials they use. I love the fact that when I get my nails done here they last and are worth the money. Their workers can all do quality work. I also really like that they have several black employees. This diversity is a big part of what drives me to continue coming here

I called ahead on a Thursday early morning to see if there was someone available to do my mani/pedi since I did not have an appointment. The receptionist that answered, Monica, was very pleasant and let me know they werent that busy and that I could go in no appointment, no problem.Once I arrived, it looked busy but a gentleman had me show him a pic of what I wanted to match me with the right nail tech. I didnt even wait 5 mins. I was seen immediately by a friendly tech, Julie, that catered to exactly what I was looking for. While doing my nails we sat next to another tech and her client and everyone was extremely polite and talkative. The place was super clean, the tv monitors showcased their nail work and upbeat music videos. Overall an enjoyable experience and I will be back.Only thing is that Ive been out of the fake nail game for years and was not expecting to pay $84 for a regular pedicure and full set gel mani with no fancy nail art. It would be good if they had a pricing chart somewhere and went over pricing with clients before beginning work.

They do beautiful work there, but its expensive.

Posh Nail Lounge delivers an exceptional experience. Twin did a superb job on my nails. This was my first time at this salon, I came because of the great recommendation from my friends. If you come you wont regret it!

I always have a great experience here! They have very good employees who know what they are doing and very welcoming. The owner is a very busy guy too which is great to see the owner working along side the staff. I started coming to this location and then my mom saw the great work they did on my nails and she and my dad have been coming here since I introduced them to Posh Nails. Yennie is so awesome! 🥰

Lets start with the good: my nail tech was extremely tedious and had amazing attention to detail. shes so sweet and charming. Ive been following her since the previous salon she worked at. the free drinks are great amenity. very close to my job also very convenient. I always get the dip liquid manicure nails.the bad: walking in, I was immediately hit with the smell of toxic nail fumes considering how many people work at a given time it can be quite potent and probably super bad for your health. I did not see any form of air purifiers, im spoiled coming from nail salons in Texas. The receptionist I see everytime with black hair is always demanding and superficial. This ruins every visit for me, seeing her at the front desk. Coming at me the wrong way when my desired tech isnt availiable. I thought customers come first, i guess not here. I recommend asking for your techs phone number just incase they switch salons which has happen at previous salons ive tried. I asked if i can tip on card, she rudely said no tips on card ... ive never had to venmo my nail tech

They are thieves, lie and make you wait. The manager Tony shouldnt be a manager. He does NOTHING to compensate his customers when they are negligent and dont satisfy the customer. This is my first and LAST TIME. I WILL NOT GO BACK. He tells you a price, then the nail tech doesnt speak English... Not listening to what the customer wants. She did her own thing instead. Then I asked to get a different person to shape my nails since Lisa didnt do what I asked. Im stuck with them..unfortunately $65 dollars later.. And she wanted to charge me another $7 to shape them!! THEYRE RIDICULOUS! NEVER AGAIN. The sides were filed way too much and theyre sticking up instead of being drilled round like the shape they should be on the sides of the nailbed. I cant believe TONY ASKED me to pay another $24 to come in TODAY AT 10AM AND SEE KAREN so she could fix them!! Im not a glutton for punishment.. This is NOT POSH. ITS PISS-POSH!

I love this place. Wee is one of the best nail techs I’ve ever had. It’s nice to go to a nail lounge and feel comfortable. Best part is: they honor their appointment times! Great management.

Had my eyebrows done and they do an excellent job.Have had my nails done but not recently due to COVID. Nice job on the nails when I had them done there.

Cathy was amazing! We are going to iceland for our honeymoon and she did the northern lights and they look awesome! Great service!

Bo has continually displayed exemplary professionalism and artistry at each visit to Posh Nail Lounge. Ive not experienced a disappointing manicure or pedicure. I highly recommend.

I have been here 4 or 5 times and I am always BLOWN AWAY!! My nails always get so many compliments. Just wish pretty wasnt so pricey. If u want good, u pay for it though!

Chloe and Bo are amazing. My nails always last without chipping or coming off. The service is prompt and the salon is very clean. I love how the owners are very in tuned with their guests and nail techs.
