My experience using Autogenx Auto Center has been great. The employees are very friendly and they are very professional. Their level of communication is remarkable and they are very responsive to your questions and they are willing to go the extra mile to help with your auto-mechanical issues. The only down side is that certain work was unfinished or they miss certain issues with the car. However, they were very wiling and helpful with resolving any issue that they miss. Therefore, I would strongly recommend Autogenx to anyone who has any mechanical issues with their vehicles.

I was an uber so I had to continue to give these people money every single week for months . I went to change the transmission and the next day my steering wheel didnt work? The next day I paid for a new wheel assembly. They said the engine never arrived but they will rebuild the old engine. I paid 3500 for an engine rebuild and it was done wrong, they told me the block for the engine needed to be replaced and it was not covered in cost. They told me it would cost another $3500.

Had to get my front bumper replaced due to an accident. After some outrageous quotes I found Autogenx, by accident surprisingly. Long story short Ray and his guys did an awesome job. Gave me a fair quote and were able to take my car that day. Communicated the whole process with me and even provided videos of their work. Also restored my headlights and threw in a little paintwork while they were at it. Great service, would definitely recommend.

In the past two years I have gone to Ray several times for repairs on my 2005 Hyundai Sonata. The car has a lot of miles and definitely has some wear and tear and since purchasing has needed a few oil changes and the following mechanic work, broken car antenna, broken window and more recently a crankshaft pulley and drive belt replacement. Each one of those repairs done by RayRay is not only knowledgeable but also professional. He doesn’t try to sell you on unnecessary repairs and is always willing to take my car first thing in the morning. His prices equal the service you receive. My check engine light came on Wednesday morning. My brake pads had been out off for a while, the tire in the back of my car had a nail in it and my oil needed to be changed. I called to make an appointment for the day after Thanksgiving and they were able to take me first thing Friday in the morning at 10 am. My fiance took the car and did most of the interactions. They stayed in contact the whole time, gave him a full run down of what was needed, and gave a fair estimate before ordering parts. By 4:20 pm the same day my car was ready for pick up with all my complaints taken care of at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
