Delly was so informative and helpful. My mother and I recently scheduled a consultation for my wedding. She has a lot of experience in hair extension placement and was able to answer all of our questions and help us determine which technique is best for our hair type. So far, I am very satisfied with my micro blading! Steve made the procedures bearable even when it was a bit stingy at time. I even asked him to make the size bigger at my retouching and he was okay BUT looking in my own mirror they are big enough, good size for my face. Will definitely pass the words around. I have gone to all the fancy salons and none of them compare to the level of service and quality this place has. For the same price I had Dawn cut my hair and im going back Thursday to do color. She was amazing, my hair has never looked better. She had a full conversation on how my hair handles, good product to use (even if they werent sold at the salon). I saw an ad on Facebook for DHaute Beauty Bar and I took a change and made an appointment. Steve was the artist who I worked with, and I couldn’t have been happier! I took a risk going with a place I’d never been and it paid off big time. I love my brows, I feel so confident. My first experience here was great but recently I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out and even confirmed my appt a few days before. I left work early and drove to my appt just to be told the person I scheduled w wasnt even there. Would have been nice to have some notice that they werent there before driving all the way there!! I was asked to reschedule for another day w another person, I thought about it but after that bad experience I took my business elsewhere. Will not be returning after this.

I went for the Brazilian and Vajacial services. For it to be my first experience, Jessica made me feel extremely comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the service she was providing. Also, while waiting, the front desk staff was very respectful and friendly. After my service the receptionist was even knowledgeable about the lashes how many wears and everything 😂. I will definitely return.

I was greeted upon entry, checked in and on the walk back to the room was greeted by other stylists. The facility is very clean and gives off a lovely atmosphere. My esthetician Brandi was very friendly and knowledgeable about my services. I will use them again and recommend their services to others.

Haley did a phenomenal job which is the only reason I would ever come back. The environment was dirty, there was no blanket to go on top of me when getting waxed so every time she opened the door, i was Exposed to the lobby. The “vajacial” i signed Up for was literally just a jelly mask-the steamer didn’t work. it cost me $30 for under 10 minutes of this. Way over priced. Again, Haley was amazing and i would go back due to her, but the price for the experience was terrible.

The lady who did my Brazilian, Niyah Bea was amazing and did amazing work! She did not rush and also didnt make it uncomfortable. I will be going back!

My wax was horrible the girl had only been there for a week and i paid for a vajacial everything was done so poorly, Not to mention i had to wait atleast 30-45 after my scheduled appointment time because of reasons unknown i would never visit this establishment again the vibe was off and the rest of the staff looked unwelcoming.

The lady was trying 2 rush me l got there early and then going to tell me she was going try squeeze me in...when l had an appointment so we both left l wasnt going to let her rush me or half do my hair...disappointment person from Rock Island
