My daughters hair cut was fine, but they were letting some lady with her three small boys left uncared for in shopping cart for over an hour! I didn’t see the Mom stop and care for any of her children at all.( one boy being in infancy, smelling of poop heavily!) I hope in the future you’d ask other customers to at least look after their own children.

I had the absolute worst time here. Staff was nice, sat me down in a chair of the “stylist of the week” and i received the most uneven, choppy haircut i have ever seen. My 2 year old niece could’ve done better. Wish i could share a picture.

I asked for a more untamed medium length layered look and got a school girl hair cut. My hair want supposed to go above my shoulders and after straightening it, it barely even sits on my shoulders. Looks nothing like the hair cut I asked for. She just gave me a shirt Bob, not what I wanted at all. My hair sucks. I feel ugly and now theres is nothing I can do about it.

Jessica at smart style is one of the best stylest I have ever had do my hair. She takes the time to insure your hair is the way you like it and I have even built a trust with her that if I want something different I go in and when she ask what I want I say I dont know surprise me and she manages to knock it out of the park

Bleeding spots and patched everywhere. No refund since over 7 days when my friend noticed all of them since I cant see back of my head. Called. I offered pictures of my hair to show them . Said they didnt want to see them and there was nothing they could do.
