No confusing language or boiler plate speeches, just plain answers and valuable recommendations. You have a new regular customer.

When I came into the store I told the representative what my issue was and I do believe his name was TJ or JT and he told me he could help me with my problem so he took it upon himself to tell me about the new networking that you guys had and he got on the phone with customer service and customer service had him on the phone forever but he kept me in town in contact with everything that he was doing he helped me get everything situated he got me a new SIM card in my phone and everything I just want to let you know I was very very pleased with the service that he gave me even though I was in the store for quite some time he was in communication with me with everything that he was doing with my phone so again I just want to let you know how pleased I am with the service that he gave me and thats why I continue to use boost thank you

Tj was the kindest person in the store ever

There was a man that had blue eyes and he worked Friday day in the morning until. He was very helpful. I forgot his name but I feel like he should get recognized for how he made sure all the customers were good and taken care of.

Even though the store was closing in 15 minutes the rep Mike helped me port my number from metro. He answered everyone of my questions and made sure i was comfortable with my new iPhone while being very polite, I felt bad for coming in so late but he said It wasnt a bother at all and were here to help! Didnt feel rushed at all will definitely be my store of choice from now on! PS the new store looks awesome!

We went to the Davenport store and worked with Derek. He was amazing, very thorough and friendly, and not only was he working with us, but he was also working through helping other customers as well. Im so glad I switched to boost, I will definitely return.

Staff are friendly and helpful when they know whT their doing. Service quality however has been a problem from the beginning. Between service drop off completely to phone signal always saying roaming Andi dont leave town ever. Disappointed overall

Had a GREAT experience here! My friend wanted a new phone and sales rep Sky was soooo helpful even when we called before we decided to go to this location. She gave my friend an AWESOME deal and made sure to tell her all about what Boost has to offer, even when our enjoyable trip was interrupted by a terribly rude customer who couldnt figure out how to operate the 1-800 customer service number. Sky handled it like a champ tho and my friend and i were BOTH left super pleased at the end of our visit regardless of the fact that i didnt even get anything. LOL Thanks soooo much!!
