The staff there on Saturday were Fantastic, Skylar knew all the answers to all my dumb questions and politely gave me answers. Also they are pretty good at social distancing when needed and always using the plexiglass shield on the tables when we were doing paperwork. They also wore their masks properly, over the Nose and Mouth. And they had a mask for everyone who entered. Those that didn’t want a mask were treated as politely as those that did. Great place!

Every month when I go in to pay on the kiosk at the 53rd and Elmore location something happens that prevents me from completing the payment. For several months the machine was broken, one month the machine was trying to double the amount I wanted to pay. Yesterday the receipt operation stopped in the middle of the process. In 8 months, it has worked correctly only once! I am seriously thinking about leaving AT&T over this. Seems like the store could replace a kiosk that constantly malfunctions!

The store manager Erica is amazing! She not only took the time to help my daughter find a case she even let her try some on. As we were doing that she would still greet incoming customers and let them know she would assist them as soon as she could. She was professional and very very welcoming not only to us but every single person who came in that store. We need more people like Erica working for AT&T, she is definitely an asset to your company!

Terrible. Associate made basic but major mistake when putting me on the plan. Gave me a new phone number without first checking with me. I lost the phone function associated to my original number. They refused to help and it took whole two days for me to solve the issue. I had issue porting number with Att prepaid plan that I signed up online and was told to go to an Att store to resolve it. At the store the agent said this is prepaid plan and refused to help.

I just purchased My S21 at the corporate store inDavenport Iowa my sales person was named yeah her son was named Leah and she was outstanding sales lady did a really good job made me feel confident so I can walk out the door with good operating procedures she also transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone pic pictures messages messages contacts The works and on top of it she sold me a set of earbuds that I really appreciate I want to thank you all very much AT&T

Came in today for an upgrade. I arrived 10 min prior to store opening because I wanted to be in and out. Once the store opened, I think I was in and out within 20 minutes. Maricela helped me get what I needed and made the process super smooth and seamless. The manager Paris also checked in and was very friendly. Overall 10/10 experience and will be back in the future for any of my AT&T needs.

There was an issue as far as order of care. Otherwise the care I received was stellar and I was able to do what needed to be done.Welp. Locked out of all my accounts today. Why you may ask? Wrong number on SIM in my new S21+. Wrong number linked with main account possibly, unable to register device and or insure. SMH. Gave a review and a 5 as the Rep let me know they needed reviews. I see why. I didnt take away the 5 but Im sure you will read this so please do better. Unhappy with my experience is an understatement.

My husband and I made the switch from Sprint to AT&T because of the poor service that we received from them and misquoting what our bill would be. This was after 17 years of having their service.We visited the AT&T store off of Elmore in n Davenport. The young lady who assisted me, Denise, was awesome. She was very professional, extremely nice, and kept her composure while on the phone trying to activate our phones. It was the best experience I have ever had dealing with a communication company.I would highly recommend this store to purchase a new phone, tablet, watch and accessories.Thank you Denise so much.

I placed an order to upgrade a line on my account online and utilized the curbside pickup option. When I arrived, I checked in and it told me someone would come out to hand me my order in a few minutes. 15-20 minutes goes by and I wonder if maybe they forgot about me. I called and a woman told me they would be right out with my phone. A bit later, a man comes out and I roll down my window, expecting him to hand me a bag. He just stares at me and says “well are you going to come inside or not?” I told him that I thought I chose curbside pickup and he replied that this would be much easier for him if we just go into the store. So I follow him in, and he doesn’t even say hi, just asks who my TV provider is. I tell him Dish, he scoffs and says “why did you go with Dish?” I told him they offered me a good price for 2 years and have all of the channels I need, he says “hmmm surprising” and asks me how much I am paying them. He continues to look over my account and asks why I don’t have any insurance on my phones on my account. I told him that my husband and I are generally very careful and we’ve never needed one in the past. He then says “well are you going to get a case and screen protector then?” When I said no, he actually went and got another woman to come over and try and convince me to not only get insurance, but get the family insurance plan that covers all electronics in my home. I kept saying that I was not interested and they wouldn’t stop asking. It was clear they only brought me into the store to try and sell me products since they didn’t make any commission off of my online order. I was actually interested in learning more about an Apple Watch to accompany my new iPhone, but they turned me off so badly that I went right over to Target and got help and ended up purchasing an Apple Watch there. I felt that the whole interaction was rude and unprofessional. I will try and go elsewhere in the future.*Edit to add: I got home (over an hour away) and wondered why my husband wasn’t answering my text messages. It’s then when I realized they activated my new phone on his phone line, leaving him with no phone at work over an hour away until 10pm! I called AT&T customer service and spent over 2 hours on hold to several departments until finally a woman answered who knew how to switch the phones on my account without actually having my husband be physically present at a store. My husband was not able to call the police (which he needed to do for his job) when needed. I truly feel if the AT&T associates hadn’t given their attention to try and sell me things I clearly was not interested in, such a big mistake would not have happened.

Paul was amazing at trying to help me! He personally deserves a 4* However AT&T really needs to get it together. They cancelled not one but 2 orders that were both approved. I called after the first one they told me to resubmit my order. I called after they cancelled that one and they told me to go to the store to get it fixed, I asked if their prices I had received online would be the same they said yes everything would be the exact same. After arriving at the store Paul had to call in to get them to release my account which he had to sit on hold for over 45 minutes. Then when I went to the store all the prices etc. changed and they couldn’t give me a reason. I’d give them a 1* Overall I wasted several hours of my time and my gas..

My friend had to get 2 new phones. The manager Karen, I believe was her name, was super. She spent 45 minutes helping her. My friend rode with me and needed to wait 25 minutes for me to get back. Starbucks was not open for dine in, so she waited outside. She went back in to store to warm up, as she was cold. My friend was told by the other employee she had to leave the store due to covid. Only two other customers were in store and my friend was 50 ft from them. The employee covered her name tag, so my friend could not see it. My friend went out side in freezing weather, texted me to see where I was as she was kicked out of store. I was at nearby stoplight. While waiting for me to get in parking lot, the employee then came out of the store and pointed across parking lot to my friend, wanting her away from store.My friend has been with AT&T for 30 years. Well dressed and polite. Never has she ever been treated like this. She called AT&T customer service. Not sure where that went. 🤨😕

Waited OVER an hour for them to call as they limit the # of people for your safety. Phone rang with a 309 area code, I dont answer if I dont know whos calling. Then saw them let someone else in. Went to the door & said surely youre not calling from an Iowa store with a 309 area code. Well its just right across the river. Ill put you back in line since you didnt answer. Again, I had already waited OVER an hour.NEVER going back to this location again. Stupid & inconsiderate people.

My goodness gracious! I’ve never left a cell phone store as satisfied and ecstatic as I did today. I DIDNT EVEN GET A NEW PHONE WHICH IS THE CRAZY PART! Ryan, Kelly (w/ super awesome hair), and Brian, did everything they could to help me with the problems I was having with my phone and sim and it really was mind blowing the impression they gave of “customer satisfaction and care”. 10/10 They were absolutely fantastic. My fiancé and I drove from Dubuque to Davenport AT&T for an Apple Watch, which they drove to another town to pick up for us. When we got to Davenport AT&T we found out there was a mix up (because of the other store) and our watch was already gone. My end was a mess he was very knowledgeable and helped us figure out what we were going to do it was so nice to be able to text him on his work phone and get answers right away this was all a pain in the butt, so Im glad Brian was the one able to help me because he truly did a great job. Denise and Mico, thank you! Moline denied me a promotion due to me giving them the incorrect address for my debit card at payment. So, I’m denied a promotion? They basically said there’s nothing they can do. They’re rude and have poor customer service. I even contacted customer support and they hung up and were no help at all. I then decided to go to davenport AT&T on elmore and I’m so glad I did, I explained the issue and it was resolved within 10min with the correct plan. Keep up the great work!

So as I get out of my car and walk up to talk to a sales girl for service was told that I needed to get back in the car because of curbside. For one I didnt realize that they were doing curbside service. Attitude much? She then proceeded to ask me how she could help while giving me the impression that I was obviously keeping her from something or hinder to her day. Anyway, I told her that I was there to switch phone companies from Verizon to AT&T and that Id like to find out about their iPhone options. Her response was you didnt check any of that stuff online? Of course not because I thought your store was open hence why I didnt realize your curbside. She went ahead and answered my questions. Then I started to then ask her about the different types of plans and the whole time that we are talking I can tell she was getting an attitude from me asking questions. Her coworker then comes outside to supposedly get something in his trunk but Im pretty sure he was out there to just check on her. Asks hows everything going immediately she replies Oh he just has a lot of questions and would have been easier for him to have done this online so it wouldnt take so long. Are you kidding me? I will not be giving you a sale today at this location! Please someone train her to do her job more effectively. Shes definitely not going to make it in sales if she has this type of customer service. District manager, regional manager, or store manager or all of you need to take a look at some type of training for this. I dont think Ill go to this store or recommend anyone I know or the thousands of golfers that come thru my golf course any recommendations to go to your store. I will refer them elsewhere. Rude and not professional at all!

Had been trying for three days to switch my service to at&t. Got pinballed around from department to department. Then finally got the order made, only to have it canceled without my knowledge. Was told to go into the store and I would be able to get same deal. Two phones and only paying sales tax up front. I went to the store and was there two hours. Left having spent an extra 107.00 and only getting ONE phone!! At&T customer support said the store has to do something about it. Store said otherwise..... Cancelling service!!!!!!

Our salesperson signed us up for a different TV and internet package than he told us we were signing up for. Now we are being billed more than twice what he told us we would be paying. People at the store have not been helpful in resolving our problem and AT&T makes it very difficult to file a complaint with their corporate offices. Now it looks like we are going to be stuck paying $240 to cancel something that we never signed up for in the first place. I will recommend to everyone I know that they not do business with this AT&T store or with AT&T.

I would give it negative marks if I could! Went yesterday to ask about the deal best buy was running($200 off the s8 active) the manager lied to my face. Said that best buy was trying to scam me with their wording and to just buy the phone from him. He could apply a $200 credit to my bill(not the same thing as my monthly payments would still be the same). As he asked for my information and then started to tell me that the $200 would dissolve my upgrade costs, that I didnt have. I told him no thanks and went back to Best Buy. The lady there was so super helpful and amazing at her job. I will NEVER step foot in the AT&T store in Davenport again! I will go to Best Buy from now on, less wait time and the associates are better by a million!

My father unexpectedly passed away, and when I contacted AT&T, they told me I had to go to an office to cancel the account because I did not have the passcode and would have to have a copy of my executor of the will paperwork and death certificate. I thought it was a bit odd, but I understand things are different with each company. Once I had the paperwork I needed, I drove the hour to the Davenport office as it is the closest to me. The girl who worked with me was very friendly, but she could not do much until the manager arrived, and they did not need the paperwork as proof of death. She asked if I could come back in a bit, so my friend and I went shopping and out for lunch. When we returned, the same girl greeted us and asked the manager if he could talk to us and make sure all had been taken care of with the account. He literally looked away from us and waved his hand in a shooing motion. She then said, Well I guess everything is taken care of. I asked if I owed anything and she said she guessed not. As we left, my friend and I were astounded by the managers rudeness to us and his employee. Then, this weekend, I receive a bill for my dads account. I was so confused because I was told they had taken care of the account. So after spending nearly 30 minutes on the phone with Customer Service, it was discovered that the Davenport office had deactivated the account but had not submitted the paperwork to waive my dads bill since he was deceased. These are not the things that should be happening after you lose a loved one. And that manager should not have a job if he is going to treat his employees and customers that way.

Bought a $80 charger and outlets. Not even 2 months later my wife catches fire and melts. They wouldnt exchange it because its past 14 days for a return policy. Should stand by what you sell. I could have went to any store and bought 8 cords for the price of one. Very dissapointed. Might have to think about switching plans and direct TV. I pay like $575 a month for both.
