Dan has a good thing going here. His longtime experience with another company,and now a different business model. He has been big on the internet for a long time,but has now embraced more of a boutique business model. Working by appointment from his office, he is now able to be more mobile. He has always embraced things like Buyer Brokerage and doesnt believe in Dual Agency..preferring each side of a transaction have Real Representation. But now he can promote his differences, instead of quietly getting along in a Big Brokerage Umbrella. I wish him well.
