Laurie and her team at Ruhl do great property management work for our building. Their resources, management, and skills are a great asset, allowing us to focus on our work instead of managing our facility. Were thankful to work with a company thats recognized and well-regarded in our community.

I have been working with Laurie Peters and her team for 15 years. Always professional and always acting in the best interest of property owners and tenants. Laurie also has a keen eye for details and the properties she manages always look good inside and out!

I would not recommend them. Google the history of the firm and Charles Ruhl. They now claim hes no longer involved with the firm but his key assistant is still with the firm as of 2019. They manage our association which is in disarray and falling apart. Excessive fees and excessive billing. The Management fee is four times the one maintenance contract it supervises. They issue no reports or proper accounting for their fees.
