Since when do you allow pit bulls in your laundry mat? A Sunday or 2 ago it was packed full of people. This was not a service dog either, he couldnt sit still and the owner was trying to keep him under a table. Wont be coming back. Thanks anyways.

Clean, nice area, not sketchy. One employee with dyed red hair turned the lights off while my fiancé and I were waiting for our load of bedding to be dried. The time was 9:35, as soon as we went in to get our stuff she locked up and headed out. It’s now 9:49 and the lights are off. Our laundry could still be locked in there.

It would be a five star review but i have to use a physical credit card to use the machine to get a laundry card and I can not get my money back on the unused portion of the card! I travel for work and hardly hit the same location twice! So the remaining balance is a lost of money for me! I could have used cash to buy the card but i was out so that option didn’t help! Sign saying last load went up a little early at 8:55 instead of 09:00! I was last one in the place so not really a issue!To improve rating:Update to modern times by adding wallet pay to the card reader machine or wash and dryer machineMake an option where i can get a refund in cash of the unused balance on my laundry card!Nice place to do businessClean well liteSmells niceFair price ( but higher)Vending machine for suppliesStaff not rude but little coldStaff was working and cleaning

This is the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to and they have all new machines. I also noticed they seem to be open later than most, great experience!

If I could give a negative number I would. The coin machines are still out of order and the staff is rude and constantly over your shoulder checking your machine. They force me to use the largest machine (of course the most expensive) claiming that I will get a better clean than the machine I was going to use. If I wanted someone elses opinion about how to way my own clothes, I wouldnt have used the self service Laundromat. Its not my fault that there is clearly too many staff here with not enough to do. Maybe they should assign someone to refill the coin machines!

Washer didnt rinse very well at all and the cards are a rip off basically you have to spend what you put on the card quarters are much easier for the customer and cheaper in the long run but Im passing through and hotel didnt have onsite washers guess Ill eat whats left on the card.

I needed to use the dryers and the cost was very reasonable.

Been going here for years with my family to get laundry done since before it turned into a Burkes. Machines are often broken down with no sign and rarely cleaned out. The TVs they have at the table dont work to save anyones life because kids mess with them so much that they either break or have no channels and need to rescan. The pinball machines are a joke and their other game machine doesnt work whatsoever. Their dry cleaning service also sewed down buttons on one of my coats where the buttons at the top need to be fastened loosely to reach across, making buttoning it now almost impossible in the winter, I havent fixed it for fear of ruining it.

I refuse to go back. Ive had issues with my shirts being pressed wrong and coming back with blue marks on the collar twice.

I wasnt gone out the store for 5mins and i am guessing someone wanted to use the dryer i was using so after i clothes stop witch i was not in the store to switch them over or add more money to the machine the worker took them out. My clothes were still wet ass hell. I asked her why, she said someone wanted to use the drywr i was at. Pissed me off but i qent back in put them in a smaller dyer witch i dont know why the other person didnt do the same

Open later than most laundry mats!

Got turned away at 8:32 pm and was told last load is 8:30. Their hours say 10:00 pm! Then when I called I was told that they only stay open until 10pm when other people are there. There was another customer inside!

I was surprised how clean this laundromat is compared to most, and all of the machines look brand new.

U use a prepaid card that u load money on to do laundry
