A fantastic and well kept business. I recently moved into the Davenport area, and my apartment laundry services were poor, so I went looking for a laundromat and found this one. They have a wide range of washers and dryers to fit your needs, whether it be single loads, doubles, or even five loads at once. The washers are extremely quick, as are the dryers, with each being pretty cheap. For payment, they use a prepaid card system that is extremely easy to use. I found the card machine shortly after walking in, got myself registered, and started using a machine without any assistance, as its very self explanatory, especially with the posted instructions. There are also employees that can easily be found. Overall, I am extremely impressed.

Premium washing, but also premium price. The 5 load washer can handle an entire basket of clothes, takes 22 minutes and costs 6.05 per wash. The older gentleman who was working was great and very helpful. Pretty clean. Would come again when needed

Like this place a lot. Different size machines, and its always clean there. Floors, bathrooms.....

Way too expensive not enough smaller machines for us poor people not everyone can spend $6 for one wash

Large, clean, easy to use facility. Extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend. Takes cash or credit cards that go onto their card. Perfect set up. Bill breaker machine on site too. Fast drying, high heat dryers too. Cant say enough great things. We were passing through and this was a perfectly timed pit-stop.

This was my first time here. You need to get a laundry card from the kiosk and transfer money to it before using the machines. The place was clean and the equipment seemed to work well.

The workers always keep the place decent and clean always working every time I come in there.

Theres an employee at the locust store who talks to people crazy. How she still has a job is beyond me, and I dont know how she hasnt talked crazy to the wrong one yet.

Its a big and pretty much clean laundromat. The bathrooms arent horrible like a lot of bathrooms. Honestly like a lot a places of business the cleanliness depends on who is working that day. But a huge plus is that they have the huge ten pounder machines but all in all its a pretty good laundromatAlso, They have drop off Services and the option for same day pick up.

Super clean, huge selection, about the same price as everyone else. This one to me just feels cleaner and more organized than the rest. My go to laundromat in the QC.

Every time I come in the women never are cleaning and are very rude. But every time I come and the older guy is working he is always Working hard to clean and is so friendly!!!

First experience at Sanitary Suds today. Best laundromat experience I’ve had. Very helpful attendants took me over to the machine to get a card/credit to run the washers and dryers and even helped me determine how much it would likely cost for my wash. Then they explained how the washers worked and helped me get started. Great customer service. Even added some appreciated humor!

Rude attendant !!! We were folding our clothes and she tell us we have to more because some regulars were there and they use the tables we were using. PRETTY SURE IT SHOULD BE 1ST COME 1ST SERVE !!!! Plus if they just got there how the hell would they of needed the tables.... Definitely lost this REGULAR !!!!

Aggravating!!! Looks nice on the outside and the fist and DEFINITELY LAST time Ive ever been there it seemed pretty well maintained/clean. It was very crowded, hard to find a place to sit. Stupidest thing ever though- NO MACHINES TAKE QUARTERS! You need to get some special credit card looking- thing from an employee. Good luck finding an employee! I bring in my 2 heavy laundry baskets and roll of quarters only to find out that I need this card they have to issue you. I can do nothing with my quarters, and like I said, no one was working when I went in around 1 or 2 pm, on a Monday!... it really sucks the lack of laundromats in the area. What a great investment for someone that has enough money to start one up. I would NOT recommend this particular place to anyone- was such a headache and no one has time for that! Id call (hopefully its not automated and you reach a real person) and ask them about the card, etc. BEFORE you load up your baskets and go in. I even thought maybe my credit card would work- NOPE. its a great concept for sure, but it needs A LOT of work. And employees working would also be nice. I cant recommend a good laundromat in the whole QC area unfortunately, but this place is for sure the bottom of my list!

Very clean and large area. Nice employees who are helpful and kind. The wi-fi is nice to do homework or surf the web. Theres a large assortment of machines to do small to giant loads.

We really liked this place. It was VERY clean and the attendants were VERY helpful. Attendants were adults not teenages when we were there. I told them we had never been there before and needed help in figuring things out. She calculated how much I would have to put on the card to get our clothes washed & dried including detergent & softener. Machines dont take quarters but a specific card you can buy there. She explained about the different size washers. We used the one load washers as we didnt have much to wash but our clothes (we were doing clothes for 2 people for 3 days worth). Drying was trickier as certain clothes had to be dried at different temps but all in all we got it done. The next attendant was nice about letting me watch the soaps while waiting for the clothes to dry. HIGHLY recommend to visitors looking for some place safe to wash their clothes. And, of course, anyone else.

Clean place. Staff is great. However...no refund policy is bad. Have to exchange money for their credit card and if you are on vacation or traveling...only one time use is not good for customers. Obviously the company is making more off of customers. Thats cheating.

Card machine didnt work, so I had to go to the ATM and pay an extra 3.00 for that. Then was getting ready to use the dryers and a cockroach went running up the wall.

Walking in to this establishment I had a great feeling that they’re number one focus is 100% satisfaction. It was a surprise to me to be shown the amount of professionalism each employee displayed.

Time there was fine. Only problem was the wifi was not strong signal was going in and out a lot.

Love this place, staff is helpful and friendly. always packed on the weekend because they have those amazing giant washers that can fit 4-5 comforters for 9$ well worth the price. And its ALWAYS CLEAN!!!

My dryer is broken and with 3 kids Ive been coming here every few days to keep up with my laundry. I feel like its my new 2nd home. The staff are always very nice and keep the place very clean. It gets busy here on a Sunday but there is many machines to keep up. They dont take quarters but the card is easy to get and use. Highly recommend.

First its very clean and very helpful staff because I didnt know at the time that you need a debit card which they have and they explain how to use everything, no change just reload your card

Nice new well-maintained laundry mat. They offer key cards to avoid having to use quarters. Large TVs and fast Wi-Fi. Located next to all these so you can go shop while you’re close go. Not open all night. Use the middle size front loaders they work great.

Great places do your laundry I believe theyre open 24 hours a day if not there theyre open quite early in the morning I have friends that have told me that theres a guardian angel of the streets that leaves small cash donations for us street walkers in need of cleaning up.

Very clean, attendant always present. You need a card for all machines, restrooms and soda vending. Card station in the building. You add cash or credit to the card to use the machines. Detergent vending available. Handicap access and plenty of folding stations available. Helpful staff for the inexperienced.

No AC at all in this place in the middle of summer. Others might like doing loads of laundry in a greenhouse but Ill go somewhere else.

Today while washing blankets here the washer my stuff was broke. The door wouldnt open and it would operate. Their solution... put more money in it. My own money. I had to put an extra $12 dollars in a machine that didnt wash the first time a d they refused to give me any of my money back.

This is INSANE. So hot cant even breathe. Will not be back until theres AC in here.

Very clean and well kept laundromat. Lots of washers and dryers. I liked having some extra features on the washers like extra rinse, extra wash and delicate cycles, but you have to pay for those. Two downfalls, if you are new is it is a coinless laundromat (wasnt expecting), but you can use credit cards or cash. The other downfall, there are no refunds on money put onto you laundry card. For me who is in town once in a blue moon and need to do laundy, I can not get a refund. The prices for the washing machines do not go up by quarter amounts, but the dryers do so you will always have a non quarter increment balance . Also, I wish you could use coins to load your laundry card so the exact amount needed could be put on the card. One way they get extra money.
