Brought my laptop to get it fixed and they have made it Worse by messing up the motherboard! Now my laptop barely even starts and crashes several times!

Hassle free, top-notch service!I had a terrible experience with Geek Squad who refused to diagnose the problem with my PC and recommended that I send it back to the manufacturer.I decided to try these guys and I am glad I did!Not only they fixed the issue with the motherboard but it was done the same day!!!! Best customer service and great work. Went into the store with my grandson’s PC, which I thought the motherboard was fried and the pins in the CPU was bent & broken. ( I had been told this from a computer store earlier in the week that these were the parts I needed to replace) I had a friend say I should get a second opinion and she gave me 2 names of different computer repair shops. I called Computer Repair Center in Davenport, IA and I know the Lord directed me to this one. They had 3 wonderful people assisting me - the owner, Heather and her 2 employees Zach and Patrick which were fantastic in helping me. After the diagnostic test I was told there was nothing wrong with the computer and all he had to do was reset the bios. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Unbelievable experience!I thought my computer was cooked (due to me trying to fix something on my own), and was ready to purchase a new one.Zach asked me about the symptoms and reassured me that he would get to it ASAP.The next business day, my computer was fixed for a fraction of the price of a new one.Strongly recommend!!!

I had a problem with my computer and looked on line to see who were the best computer repair businesses. Computer Service Repair was in the top 10. I took my computer to them and asked for an estimate, which was very reasonable. I left and they called me a half hour later to say my computer was fixed and had no viruses. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and explained everything to me so I could understand. I highly recommend this computer repair place, and will use them again if I have another problem. Took my laptop in. They figured out in 6 hours my hard drive was toast. Had a new one installed the next day along with reloading Windows and all my data. It now works better than new---like way better. Price was very good as my computer was junk when taken in. These people are honest!!!!

Highly recommend this company. I had a hard drive failure so bad that I could not even boot up my home desktop. Computer Repair diagnosed quickly and fixed. They were extremely patient with me and explained all my questions as I kept checking in on progress. Knowledgeable team of professionals.

Patrick came out and carried my friends computer in for us. So they could work on it while we waited and then carried it back out to the car we really appreciate all their hard work

Had a very good experience with these guys when I took my computer in with some power and display problems. They stayed in touch with me the entire time they had the computer and gave me a number of options about totally fixing it, scraping for parts, or running it a makeshift way since the problem was within the motherboard. Ended up doing the makeshift fix and they didnt charge me a thing since technically they didnt fix the problem. Prices they quoted me on the fixes seemed very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend!

Dont believe the fake reviews about the fair price. They wanted to charge me $80 bucks a hour labor to clean or replace my keyboard in laptop plus $50 for a new board.Go to precision downtown. Replace and cleaned for $50.

After going to geek squad, computer revolution, and precision I am glad I ended up here. They were willing to check multiple causes of the problem and communicated with me the entire time. After three weeks of trying to get the problem resolved they fixed my computer in 4 days. I will go back here if I have another problem. Also great price.

The honest & respectful repair shop that never would take take advantage of you. You will be content and secure coming here, not like Computer Evolution that stole $90 of my money and never repaired my computer and lied to me.

It took me straight to it.

When I moved, the movers sat things on the desk in the office. Then the internet guy came out to hook up the computer and things. Everything, cords, misc stuff laying on the desk which made everything look cluttered. I was at the end of my rope. I called Computer repair center, David had come out and reinstalled everything so that all was hooked up under the desk rather than on top. Yes, it cost me a service call...but David took his time to explain everything to me. I wanted to adopt him, he took so much pressure off my shoulders. I keep checking the office, and I cant believe how nice the desk looks now. Koodos to them.

I had an emergency repair on my desktop. They took it in right away. Although it took about 24 hrs to find the problem, they found the solution that worked best. Friendly staff described what needed to be done every step of the way
