Excellent help. I got all three printers working as well as some issues I was having with operating software.

My home entertainment area and equipment were a real mess. Your Techie came in and put everything in great order, figured out what I needed and didnt need, managed to get all my phone apps to work with the system. He also helped me figure out if I could cut the cord with an antennae. All this in addition to several years of keeping my computers running clean and extending their useful lives well beyond the norm.

Michaels a great guy! Had issues with my ASUS laptop screen - one of the local computer vendor turned me down saying it couldnt be fixed. Michael fixed it right up and even credited me for one of the parts which was ordered for me but not used. All in all, I would highly recommend his computer repair services !

Prompt response, knowledgeable and resolved all issues but one to my knowledge. I plan to now use Google Chrome for my browser as Microsoft Edge seems to be slow with emails.

In less than 3 hours, he fixed both computers and also hooked up my printer, then did a print out to make sure it was printing properly.
