Good apartment at a good price. However, I moved out 2 months ago and have been leaving messages about getting my security deposit back. I have even talked to them on the phone about it. I am still waiting. They have given no explanation, and no status update on my security deposit.

The Union Arcade apartments in Davenport are amazing! They have a modern high-end finish in a renovated building downtown. You are minutes away from shops, restaurants, the Adler Theater, and the Mississippi River. The apartments are so clean and the staff is great! On the first floor of the building you have access to a gym, coffee shop/bar and a spa.

Two reviews here are managers! Do not expect amenities as promised. Entryways had pigeon poo and vomit always. TVs in laundry not working 4 months.you will Not receive all your Deposit at move out. Trumped up repairs andcleaning. First time I never recieved all my deposit. Its not a fair place. You pay extra to park. Homeless everywhere. Restaurants and bars downtown are decrepit and nasty.Noisy hallways..people move out weekly, very transient. Look elsewhere.its a nasty old downtown. The smell of mold starts in lobby, continues up elevator thru air vents from flooded old basement. Not healthy.

Unbearably noisy to the point where you’re woken up every night by revving motorcycles and cars. Nice apartments, nice location; would not recommend living here though.

Union Arcade apartments has amazing apartments with open concept. It is now a full service building with the key restaurant, Anytime Fitness and The Vault.

Thin walls and sewage smelling elevators as soon as it gets warm, dont think its worth the high rent!
