Not sure what else I can do to fix this problem then to try to get actions from Barker Apartments by exposing them publicly. For the last four months the washer unit on my floor has been out of service. Barker apartments falsely advertised laundry services on the floor of residence. Since the laundry machines on surrounding floors have been working overtime to compensate for the broken machine, they now have begun to break as well. There is a sweet older women who lives on the first floor who now has to climb three flights of stairs to do her laundry. As she prepares for surgery next week she worries about how she will care for herself since she will not be physically able to climb the stairs to do her laundry. Please think twice about living here if laundry convenience is something that is attracting you to these buildings.

My wife and I rented a pretty spacious 1 bedroom apartment a few years ago at Windsor Crest. Was very affordable and we had great neighbors. The staff was always super professional and a joy to work with.My only complaint about our experience is that multiple times there was no notice of when they would shut water off to our building to do repairs. Often times I’d be soaped up in the shower and out of nowhere the water was turned off.
