I just cant say enough how awesome this place is. Everything is well built which makes for a feeling of safety and comfort. The management team are always polite and friendly, and incredibly responsive. Beautiful setting.

We were one of the first people to move into this complex in June of 2020. Sure all the construction was a pain when we first moved in but we were always taken care of. Now that mostly everything is finished we are incredibly happy here! Jade, Hannah, and Josh are amazing. We just recently had issues with our AC, within an hour of contacting the office, Hannah was installing a portable AC unit on Saturday and our AC was back up and running Monday morning! The ladies are always quick to respond to any issues or questions. We adore them! We already renewed our lease another and will probably again next year! We have no negatives about living here!

Ive lived at The Reserve for 6 months now, and Ive loved every minute of it. Jade, Hannah, and Josh are awesome - theyre the team that runs the place. Theyre incredibly hard working, are always on top of things, and its clear they care about all of their residents having the best living experience possible. Not only is the staff friendly, but Ive made some really great friends with fellow residents in the short time Ive lived here. The Reserve is also pet friendly, so every time you go outside for a walk, youre bound to run into a dog to play with. There is a community gym, outdoor pool, and even a tanning bed for residents to use. Oh and not to mention - my apartment itself is the nicest, most aesthetic, and modern place Ive stepped foot in. I even have my own deck where I sit outside and enjoy the sunshine when its nice out. I could go on and on about how much I enjoy living here, but Ill leave it at this - moving into The Reserve was EASILY the best decision Ive made. I hope you love it as much as I do :)

We have been in our new apartment almost a month and have had nothing but a great experience so far. The apartment is beautiful, and I cant believe how quiet and peaceful it is. Jade and Hannah have been helpful and very nice . Very happy !!!

Its a very clean environment. We love our apartment and definitely plan to renew our lease. All of the appliances are new and work great. The staff is phenomenal. They do whatever they can to ensure you are happy and enjoying your time there.

Really enjoying my time here. Love everything about my apartment and certainly planning on continuing my lease for an additional year. All new appliances are excellent. AC and heating work very well and very fast. Couldnt really think of a complaint if I tried. Highly recommend.

High quality apartments with what we were looking for to relax with no troubles. We have not yet used all of the kitchen cupoards.The attached oversized garage gives us a place to put the stuff that survived the downsize from selling our house.Any problems that we have (which are minor) are quickly fixed.The office staff Jade and Hannah and handyman Josh are all we could hope for and when all of the landscaping is done it will be a beautiful community.This will be our long term home.

Love this place! The apartments are adorable and a great size. The decor is chic and modern. Love the accents and stainless steel appliances. Plus the team is so kind and friendly. Super thoughtful too. I moved in with a bottle of wine, popcorn, and a thank you card waiting for me :) Josh (maintenance) is also amazing and very quick to get things done.

So far,the stay in this new complex is going well. The staff and the management are friendly and helpful most of the time. The complex’s are still under construction so sometimes it’s not that quiet to relax. Once the construction will be done, I’m sure The Reserve will be one of the best places to rent in the Quad Cities!

I absolutely loved living at the Reserve! Jade and Hannah with management are super helpful and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The apartments are super nice, and it is nice to live in a secluded area. Overall, super impressed with the Reserve.

Ive never paid so much for an apartment and Ive never been able to hear my neighbors so clearly. I can hear the neighbor above me flipping light switches, so that is to say, I can hear what seems like absolutely everything the neighbor above me does. Absolutely do not get an apartment above the garages. Having a garage door opener connected to the floor of your living room and again your bedroom is shockingly loud. I have to imagine this breaks some sort of city ordinance. If the person that uses the garage under your bedroom gets home late at night frequently and you are not one of the heaviest sleepers alive then it is almost guaranteed to wake you up.

We love all the windows, the timber view, the in-building garage during this freezing winter, and Jade and Hannah at the front office.

Apartments are pristine, gym is clean and state of the art, As soon as construction is complete, it’s definitely going to be the nicest complex in the quad cities! Can’t wait to move in!!!
