Exceptional service. Chad arrived on-time and had the work done when promised. He explained why we needed to replace our 53 year old equipment and everything about the operation and maintenance of our new furnace and AC. We were supposed to have a competitor come out and install a new AC unit as they said it was not fixable. They called 1 hour before they were scheduled to be here and canceled due to sprinkles (rain) and said it would contaminate the unit. I called Family Heating and air and the owner was here within an hour to install a new unit and he said the old one could have been fixed, but we chose to go with replacement because other unit was older and we just replaced the furnace in February ( by competitors). Bonus was Family heating and air wouldn’t install something we didn’t need (larger unit) for the size house we have like we were told by said competition that we had to have. It saved us time and money and they are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

Our heater broke at night when it was negative temperatures and they came fixed it and told use if we have problems call back. Five days later it stopped working they came out free of charge and fixed it again. Super nice and great prices.

I called expecting them to tell me they could get someone out to me in a day or two. It was literally in less than 30 minutes! He had it figured out very quickly, got the part and put it in. I will use them again!

The same day the motor in my furnace burned out they were able to send someone and have it back up and working before lunchtime. I would highly recommend them.

Spring 2020 - This is my first experience with this company. Technician Garth Jacobson was on time. He cleaned up my A/C completely and hosed it off. Found that the pressure was Low and it needed Freon gas. It needed 2.5 pounds of freon because i bought the house last year and i dont know when was the last time it was serviced properly. He wrote down all the work in the service order and also on the inner side of A/C unit. He said if the A/C looses freon gas again by next spring, we will discuss about the cost benefit of pumping more gas versus replacing the unit itself. We are noticing cooler air now through the vents and an overall improvement in the performance. Good Job!!1/20/2021 - Our heater didnt work from last night. Call them early morning and the Technician (Garth) arrived within 2 hours and fixed the bad igniter. Very satisfied with their service.

Lost our heat Super Bowl Sunday. Help arrived within an hour of my call. No extra charge for emergency call on a Sunday. Replaced bad fan. All is goid!

Of course the air conditioner stops working when its been over 100° for days. I have Stage IV cancer and can not tolerate the heat. It was 45 minutes between the call to them and my air conditioner up and running fully. Our entire family just found our go-to heating and air repair and purchasing new.

Called after hours because heat would not fire up. Timely response, great polite knowledgeable workers. In and out in no time and price was fair! Definitely will be the first business I will call if I have any other issues!!

We first had them install heating/cooling units in our house. They worked great. Our house was sold for development, so we had them remove the units & install in our new house. In both instances, they were very easy to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Professional installation. And, their prices beat the competition!

They got to my home within a hour and had the problem found in 10 minutes. took about an hour to fix but furnace is working great.

We woke up to a cold house on new years day. The furnace wouldnt stay on. I called family h and c and they had someone out to the house within 2 hours and left 2 hours later with the furnace working great. The technician, Garth, was friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable particularly for New years day. I would definitely recommend family for HVAC service.
