I came here to do my hair for my senior prom, and I LOVED it!! Everyone is so sweet and so obviously talented, and were willing to answer any questions I have about my hair needs! I felt absolutely pampered and would 100% come back.

I had my first treatment at this spa about two weeks ago. The place is beautiful. Two of my best friends are clients and one of them bought me a gift card. I was so excited to try this place but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with my facial. :(

I would give zero stars but that was not an option. Every time I have dealt with Lanphier they have been beyond sleazy. The manager was perhaps the worst of all. She was rude and completely unhelpful. From the other reviews I‘ve seen it seems she is also comfortable ripping off customers. I’ve lived in Darien for over 30 years and this has to be the worst store I’ve ever seen in town (not an exaggeration, it really is). What really concerns me is if this is how sleazy they are, what is their hygiene like? Seriously concerned…

I called at 5pm after we landed to ask about any availability for Fri morning appt and initially they said they couldn’t take me but they called right back and were able to take me at 9am! I am really disappointed with the ownership and experience at Lanphier. I made the honest mistake of throwing away a significant gift card from my friend, and management has refused to do anything about it, although the transaction was easily found in their accounting system. Management was rude and non-responsive. Lanphier will keep the money from my friend, while never performing a service.It is not an honest way to do business, and I am disheartened by the experience.

I went in for my very first facial ever! I had Lizzy, and I didn’t know what to expect, she was even kind enough to tell me some of the processes she’s doing and Lizzy did an amazing job I had the best experience and my skin feels AMAZING. My skin feels tighter, looks much more hydrated and I feel so much better. I can feel how clean my pores actually are, when the sun hits my face it’s just GLOWING!!! 100/100 recommend!!!

I dont normally write a review on places I visited but Lanphier Day and SPA deserved it. This place is established, very clean and cozy. They have really great team of professionals. I had a great experience. I always have a pleasure coming here. All I can say is world class.

The service providers are all very talented and always go an extra mile to take the best care of you. I get my hair highlighted and cut by Jurga and I am absolutely obsessed with how gorgeous the color is and with the healthy conditions of my hair. The facials and massages are out of this world! Had my latest massage with Jeanne, who is a miracle worker, and can’t wait for my next one!

The salon is kept clean and organized. Everyone who works there was super friendly and helpful. I was thrilled with my new haircut. I will be back for more services!

I love Lanphier it’s my go to place for my hair and other! The employees are so sweet and make you feel at home when you enter. The salon has a very welcoming and luxurious feel to it. One of my favorites is Fatima for waxing, she is very nice and does an amazing job.

Is there a 7 star option? Love this place. Lanphier transformed my hair. I have very curly and frizzy hair. Over time the texture has improved significantly because they really use great quality products. I have bought some hair products from them and they work so well for me. I also bought some for my husband and he is also hooked. The colorists they have are really the best in the area. I have tried so many places before Lanphier and nothing has come close. My dark curls were gradually transformed to a soft brown and I get so many compliments. Besides the excellent quality of work, Jurga and her team always makes me feel special and go above and beyond to make me relaxed. This is truly my happy place, the one place that makes me feel like a million dollars every single time!

I drive 35-45 min to CT from Yonkers to get my hair done. When you walk in it is so clean you feel safe during these times. I get my hair highlighted and cut by Jona who I cannot rave about enough! She has literally transformed my hair that was ruined by another stylist - you went above and beyond - spent hours on hours the first day to fix what she could without damaging it more and it was bad the other person damaged it so bad it had snapped all the way up to my hair line basically and then in the back it was also so damaged. I continue to be blonde and 8 months later with this amazing woman at Lanphier and my hair looks amazing! It is thick again and she is the first person who has been able to get my hair the color I actually want and the color lasts - I went a few months and no brass till the very end where every place else I would have to go every 4-6 weeks. Jona is amazing I cannot say enough good things about her! She saved my hair, she does my sisters hair which is gorgeous and she is also just an amazing sweet person! I highly recommend Lanphier you will feel safe and I highly recommend Jona but I am sure everyone is good.

If youve ever wanted to be treated like a French queen, go to Lanphier! All joking aside, my experience at Lanphier was wonderful in every respect. Jurga is so talented. She knows hair like no one else. Based on her recommendation, I received a balayage and I couldnt have been more thrilled with the results. The space itself is amazing: spacious, luxurious, relaxing and welcoming. Such a contrast with the salons I used to go to in the City. I cant recommend Lanphier highly enough!

I love everything about this salon. First time there my hair-stylist Erjona did an amazing job doing balayage. She was an absolute star, very professional, talented and sweet. What she did was exactly what I wanted. Being able to comunicate well with clients is what I like and Lanphier salon staff made sure of that. The salon itself its beautiful and cleaned. Lana and all the client specialists that work behind the desk are always courteous and always able to accommodate my schedule. In the midst of the pandemic, when the salons were closed, I was not even a hair client, and I sent an email asking for advice and Jurga called me one Sunday afternoon to help me with advice on hair products. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure and both did not disappoint. Natalia and Marcy were both lovely and did a great job. Natalia didnt wreck my nails giving me a manicure like so many others have done. The place was clean and very pleasant and the rest of the staff were very kind and friendly. So glad to have finally found this place.

Have had Kelsey for two massages - deep tissue with hot rocks and then just deep tissue - both were amazing. The hot rocks make it something special...so soothing and relaxing. Have had some strained muscles and felt 125% better...thanks to Kelsey.

Ive been a regular client at Lanphier since moving to the area in 2004. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. For the past 6 years I have worked almost exclusively with Kelsey for therapeutic massage. I suffered a serious neck injury playing football as a high school freshman (over 40 years ago!), so for me massage is about more than just pampering and relaxation--it is a critical part of my mobility and pain management strategy. Kelsey is committed to her work, and never stops finding ways to expand and improve her skills. In the time Ive known her Ive watched her transform from an excellent therapist to a world class therapist. Like everyone at Lanphier, Kelsey is excellent with people and great at her work. I will continue to be a loyal client and I highly recommend Lanphier for your personal maintenance needs!

Ned is an AMAZING hair stylist !!! He chose a cut for my hair that made my previously thin, stringy hair look full AND required no styling after I wash it...it looks great just from air drying! He layered my hair perfectly, even hiding my high hairline!

I got bayalage and a haircut. The bayalage was great and she did an awesome job. My haircut though was awful and I wish I didn’t get it cut and just left it. I just wanted it to be cleaned up but instead it’s completely different and looks really odd. Even when I showed family members they were confused about the cut. I’ve been growing my hair out for years so I’m just very disappointed I paid $90 to screw up my hair. Should’ve skipped it.

I have been going for over 10 years. I like it. Lanphier had hired Monica as a manager and I thought it was a mistake. She wasnt good for the business. She is out now, I hope the new management changes things around a bit to keep their old clients happy!

Recently had a haircut that certainly wasnt worth the money they charged. The stylist seem to have very little experience with cuttinghair. It was the worse cut I have gotten in years. Do not go with new talent. Management needs to do more training.

I LOVE Lanphier for facials, massages, hair color, but I can get a much cheaper blow dry with my account at Le Boudoir, so it’s always a question as to whether I stay there for convenience sake or walk out with wet hair to my blow dry bar

I booked a consult with Dr. Herman (Lanphier Medical Aesthetics) thinking that I would sort of price shop and make an appointment if I decided it was worth it. Honestly, for this being a higher-end spa, his prices are very reasonable. I decided to get botox the same day and then I scheduled an IPL for two weeks later. I am now three weeks after my IPL and my skin looks AMAZING! I wanted more botox than Dr. Herman felt I needed and I’m glad I didn’t do more. I wasn’t sure at first but my forehead and eye lines are gone and he saved me at least a couple hundred dollars by being conservative!

Had my first mani/pedi with Lucia and WOW best ever experience. I will definetly be a repeat customer.

Horrible experience!!!!! I recently had a massage at Lanphier with a massage therapist named Tom, he was very unprofessional, smelled of alcohol, appeared hung over and his hands were shaking the whole time. I was disgusted!!!. I will never go back there again and dont recommend it to anyone.
