Wow, such a great nail salon!! I’m so glad I found them while I was in town. Everyone was so kind and I had an amazing experience! Super clean and they do a very detailed job. They did my nails exactly how I wanted to and I love them! Definitely would come back again 😊

I went here a few years ago to get my nails done for a graduation ceremony. The nail artist was very attentive and friendly and gave me her congratulations where I told her I was graduating. Then I found out her daughter was the same age as me and also graduating that year! It really is the customer service that defines spas and salons for me and Jade Spa was a winner.

I’ve been coming here for the last year, loyal client, until today. I showed a picture of what I wanted done, a Christmas design- the manager said yes, ok we can do. When it came time to do the design not one of the nail technicians said they could do it. At this point the manager also disappeared, what great timing! I told them I was very unhappy and I would have chosen a different color if I knew they couldn’t do what I originally asked for. It just comes down to honesty. I easily could have chosen something different, if they only told me the truth that they can’t do nail designs. The worst part is I told them I didn’t like my nails and they didn’t make it right... so much for “the customer always comes first”.Very very unhappy customer, no longer a customer.
