Guy, the two truck operator, was phenomenal. First, he showed up within 30 minutes when I was told by Dabs it would be 60 minutes. Next, he advised me of the location that Dabs wanted to send me to was no longer in business and saved me the first hassle. Next, while we were on route to the next location, he had me call and saved me another hassle when I found out they could not take the car that evening. Finally, he personally dealt with my insurance company when he saw I was in no shape to deal with them. The next morning I had to call Dabs Towing Service twice and both times the person I spoke to was courteous and patient with me. I highly recommend Dabs Towing and especially, Guy. Without his help that evening, it would have been a disaster. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate all he did to make my evening with my daughter better than it could have been after my car died after I had driven in from New Jersey, where I live. They are the BEST! Super friendly, super helpful, and one of the best experiences Ive had towing my car (which unfortunately has been often...). 15 minutes and a GREAT price later, my tech was back in his van and on his way. What a pleasure! My car was completely dead in a carport in a tight alleyway and they were able to get it out with ease!

Last night my tire popped close to Coastal Neurological Institute & I called Dabs Towing Service because of the reviews! It was 7:30pm & many places were closed but Dabs Towing Service was open & very helpful. I was very impressed, and relieved to have him fix my car in less than 30 minutes. Next time if I need repairs Ill go to this shop.

My tire blew out today and Jonathan came in less than 10 minutes. He towed my vehicle to a safe location. He also replaced the tire with the spare one.

One must understand the wrecker business before making a review. Getting towed is not a pleasant experience for anyone. They are under contract by these apartment complexes to tow any unauthorized vehicles 24:7. City of Wilmingtons desperate need for parking only makes things worse. Earl is a good man and very active in the community and if there was a wrong he will make it right.
