The quality of work is incredible! My car looks like it did the day I bought it brand new off the lot! Everyone was super nice and very professional. I’m sad that I had to meet them under the circumstances of damages, but would definitely use them again, and will recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

The team at Auto Craft Collision in Daphne will ABSOLUTELY take care of you! I got into an accident, and the other insurance company handled everything. Auto Craft Collision kept me informed of the process and communicated with the other insurance company, taking a load off my shoulders. They even repaired some minor issues because they felt it wasnt right to return my car to me without it being in tip top shape. Their work ethic puts customers first and works in their best interest. If I ever have car troubles again, Im definitely returning here!

Great body and paint work, definitely would recommend. However, I was disappointed to realize that my usb charging adapter for my phone was stolen.Edit: Autocraft Daphne went out of their way to replace my missing item along with a gift card. Greatly appreciated that kind gesture!

Needed my side mirror replaced. Due to Ford needing to reprogram the mirror they needed to keep the truck over night. Got a call the same day and stated it was already ready for pick up. Not only was it fast, but the washed and cleaned the inside of my truck. Will definitely use them in the future

Jerry and now Brian have been amazing to work with, handle insurance claims behind the scenes with minimal intrusion into the customers busy schedule, and work with integrity and efficiency. I now live an hour away from Daphne and still take my vehicle to Auto Craft because of their ethics. HIGHLY recommended

I was hit from behind in my 2018 GMC Acadia. I was sick over this accident. However, Brian and his team at Auto Craft in Daphne repaired my vehicle and restored it back to its original condition. You could never tell it had been in an accident. This is the second vehicle weve had repaired there, and both were excellent work.

Had a very good experience with Auto Craft. The repair was small, but they took me in on the day scheduled and got me out day early. The took care of some minor items as part of the exit wash/detail/buff. My car looked better than expected and the scheduled repair was perfect. I hope not to return to Auto Craft, but if I have the need I would use them again. Would also recommend them others.

My wife had a few dents and dings in our van. I took it by and let Chad and Brian take a look. They gave me an upfront price and a time line for how long the van would be out of service. They kept their word and the van looks great. Their team was knowledgeable and honest with me. Definitely someone I would recommend.

Repaired the bed on my 2004 Silverado, being around cars my entire life...working on them, building engines and being a technician for 12 years of my life this is one the best repairs I have ever seen. Perfection, paint match on a 13 year old truck perfect, blend line....cant see it, trash in paint NONE. It literally looks like it was never hit, keep in mind this panel was repaired and not replaced, it had 6 inch deep dent the size of a basketball in the side of the bed. This repair impressed me, Im not easily impressed.

I reviewed many shops for fair prices on a 1967 mustang. Ive seen some sweet paint jobs for $2500 which is a lot for anyone, right. These yahoos quoted me $10,000! And they say they are a family body shop. Yeah, for the mob maybe. Sheesh.
