Our first-time home buying experience was amazing and one of our memorable experiences! Melia thoroughly explained to us the whole home buying process and was very insightful especially when we have rookie questions. We had 2 prospect homes and Melia took care of scheduling the in-person house viewing due to shelter-in-place. Luckily, these houses were right in front of each other.We initially had our eye on house #1 and we made an initial offer the next day. After having some discussions with Melia, we decided to pursue house #2 instead, so we made an offer later that day. What made us change our mind?
