I worked with Brett Franklin from the Bluegrass Team on a recent purchase of 200 acres land in Eastern Kentucky and I dont think I could have asked for a better agent to work with. Brett was knowledgeable about the area, and very communicative throughout the process. I got a call from him within 15 minutes of filling out an online form on their website. The deal was challenging, and Brett was patient throughout the process. He ended up showing me the property 3 times, and spent over 10 hours total walking it with me after everything. He even went back on his own a few times when I was not available to look at certain things.Brett gave me a lot of great advice about what I can do with the land, and that was very valuable to me. KEN GARCIA is the worst realtor Ive ever dealt with. No communication by phone, text, or email. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone. Because of him the buyers realtor had to do all the leg work on the property right up to closing. And he listed the property sold five days before closing, so it put the sellers at a disadvantage if it hadnt closed. Again KEN GARCIA is the worst realtor to use.
