We recently sold our home with Andrew and Leslie and couldnt be happier with the experience. In the time of a global pandemic, they were easy to work with over text, phone calls, and zoom meetings. They even sent recorded videos that explained documents and gave updates. All that helped with communication when in-person meetings had to be limited.From the very first call, it was obvious that they know the Dublin market inside and out. They provided a lot of data on the housing market which gave us confidence in setting our house price. Their projections for how long we could expect it to be on the market were spot-on and their experience with managing offers got us to a final sale price we were very happy with.Whenever they could they were hands-on, staging and getting the house ready for showings and inspections. Andrew even painted and caulked bathrooms! Their recommendations for contractors were reliable, everyone did great work. We moved out of state and the completion of the home sale happened while we were thousands of miles away. We had complete confidence in the whole team and everything worked smoothly.I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family, and would eagerly work with them again if we ever found ourselves moving back to the area.

Andrew, Leslie, and Nina are a fantastic team! We met them while casually looking at houses and chose them from a selection of relators we met and from amongst recommendations from friends and family. Andrew is very well connected and resourceful throughout the whole project. Leslie has a great eye for property and what the design and arrangement possibilities are with specific layouts. Nina was great for making everything a smooth process with regards to our busy schedule (holidays, work, family, etc). We are very happy with the whole process as well as the outcome. Can’t ask for a better team and we would happily work with them again.

We had an amazing experience with Andew and Leslie. Key differentiator here is we truly felt like one family throughout. Andrew was like a brother to us who is impeccably honest and sincere. He is very upfront with all details throughout the journey and made it of least stress on our side. Leslie is a true artist when it comes to staging and look finishing not to mention her compassionate attitude! I cant forget how many times Andrew saved us by personally fixing things at our home and showed up immediately when we needed him...Overall, I recommend them to the fullest!
