Tremendous customer service. Worked very hard to find what we were looking for in our vacation. We are repeat customers and will definitely use them again.

STAY AWAY!!! They were good to us as well until we requested a refund. Then they werent as excited to help us. We had our 30 year anniversary trip to Jamaica scheduled and money paid toward the trip of over $2700. We were informed I think in June that the resort we had reserved was sold, and they would not honor our reservation. We were offered another resort that they told us was 15 miles away from the original and their reviews werent as good either. They also said if it were more expensive we were responsible for paying the difference. We opted for a refund. They refunded our $700 deposit rather quickly, but the remaing $2000 refund took 2 months, and we didnt receive a full refund. They charged us $350 for cancellation insurance. Even though the resort sold and they cancelled my reservation, I was charged $350. I called and tried to get a full refund and their EXACT response to me was It is in the small print that you wont receive that money back.Way to do business and keep customers happy Thomas Travel. Now read my small print...... DO NOT USE THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY!!!!

Debbie and all of her Employees are more like a Family. They are so Accommodating, Welcoming, and Friendly. I cant say enough great words for how wonderful of a Group/Agency this is. You would NOT regret using this Agency!

We have used Travel Leaders for three cruises and planning a fourth. Debbie planned our Alaska cruise/tour and it was wonderful. She had several great suggestions that we would not have considered and she was correct on every one. Malinda has worked with us on the last three and we have been highly satisfied. Love this travel agency. They have booked our last 4 vacations and we have had a great time on all of them. The last one was a cruise with some issues (the ship broke) but they went out of their way to get us re-booked to see all the places we wanted and dealt with the cruise line when they were saying we couldnt get off the ship. All this with shoddy internet on the ship and via email. About to book our next vacation with them and highly recommend them to anyone !!!

I booked a cruise last year for our 20th anniversary. Debbie did a great job looking for upgrades and onboard credits. I will be booking a family cruise with her this year. Thanks Debbie for an amazing anniversary that we will never forget.

I booked two trips with this travel agency, and there have been major problems with both of them. Not having an emergency contact has added to the level of frustration, and I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

They saved me money and went beyond what I had asked them to do.
