We had a refrigerator go out a few days ago and it was in the evening. We called around and couldnt get anyone to come out at first. When we called Brandon, he asked a few questions and said hed be over. About 30 minutes later he was at the house working on the fridge. It didnt take him long at all to get it back up and running. After chatting with him, come to find out he was in the military meaning its a veteran owned company and he said he doesnt always come out at night but he does do case by case emergency repairs! All in all, great response time, great customer service, and great customer satisfaction! We will reccomend him to everyone we know!
