Appliance Master came to my house to repair my washing machine today. Jim, the owner, was on time, friendly, and professional. He got right to work to diagnose the problem and was able to fix it that visit. Appliance Master is reasonably priced, I am very pleased with my repair. I highly recommend Appliance Master for your home appliance repair needs.

We had already diagnosed our front loading washing machines issue which was a broken spring. We ordered the spring and were looking for someone to install it. We called and they won’t install it!!! Basically they said they charge for diagnostics and parts and because we have already done those they won’t help us??? So confused!!! What a racket.

Our front loading washing machine started to fill with water when it was not in use. This had been happening on and off for a couple of weeks. I called Appliance Master, and I was able to get an appointment the same day. I Googled the problem, so I sort of knew what to expect during the repair visit. Jim thought he had the replacement part in his van, but he didnt. He got on the phone, ordered the part and said hed be back in a couple of hours. Sure enough, Jim returned later that afternoon. No more leaks! Thanks Jim.

My wife called Appliance Master. He charged her $50 trip fee, even though we live in the same area. His diagnosis based on the error code was the Central Controlling Unit - a $700 repair. All he did was run the machine to see the error code. Charged another $40.When I got home I Googled it. I fixed it in 5 minutes by pulling the filter out of the bottom of the machine which had all kinds of junk in it. Done. To boot, when I opened it there was a piece of paper with all the error codes and descriptions of how to fix, including the fix I just did. Dont waste your money.
