I made an appointment with Cranny. They checked in the morning of the appointment with a general time to expect arrival. Nick came when expected. He was very pleasant, identified himself,. I showed him the problem toilet and garbage disposal. We discussed options, he did a exam of each and then made some calls and was able to give me some exact quotes of pricing for each option. He was very patient in explaining everything to me. He obviously knew exactly what he was talking about. I okayed the work and he was able to get both jobs done for me today. He let me try each as many times as I wanted, and I felt very satisfied with both jobs. He cleaned up completely after himself. Very happy and satisfied. I will always use cranny.

Cranney is highly professional and does an outstanding job. I think they may be slightly overpriced but I did not quote elsewhere it just seemed high. However I am extremely pleased with the work and Alex was fantastic, thorough, and neat. My only issue Is on the day of service I was told they would be there at 8 AM and he ended up showing up around 1030. Not a major issue but it would be nice two have been notified of the delay

I recently replaced my old A/C Carrier central unit. Cranney Home Services removed my old unit and installed a new Bosch unit. Everyone involved in the process was courteous and professional. They did an excellent job with the install and provided a 3-year warranty.

Had a leaking toilet. Chris showed up on time and easily completed the repair which included removing the toilet from the flange and replacing the wax ring and replacing the flex hose. Cleaned the area nicely including spraying Pinesol to eliminate any odor me. Finished it off with adding 2 new caps for the hold down screws. Highly recommend Cranney and Chris.Thank You

OMG! I finally found a company that I feel confident about. I am now filling out their $15 a month maintenance plan application. After speaking to several plumbers about my hybrid water heater, (none were able to service it) Frank came in and was not only knowledgeable about it, he knew more than the person from New Jersey who installed it. Mike was a professional and was very thorough in inspecting my ac to make sure it was ready for the cooling months. He suggested that a switch inside of the ac capacity be changed out some time soon. I had it replaced immediately. He did the work and gave me suggestions for maintaining by changing the filters more often and using the hose once in awhile to rinse the ac capacitor to keep it clean. Great job

The quote I received for a repair was extremely overpriced and unjustified. Although the field staff who inspected my AC unit was very knowledgeable and informative, I would not recommend this business. My AC compressor needed replacing, which is a $400-$500 part. The quote I received included the part, labor, and testing and came out to $4,700. When I asked for a breakdown of the labor vs part cost they replied, “our system does not generate break downs or itemized options for quotes”. I don’t believe this price was valid at all and I felt as though they were trying to scam me out of $4,000 for half a days worth of labor. Luckily, I got a second opinion who quoted the project for $850 and I will be proceeding with them, since they provided an honest and fair estimate. This company lacks integrity.

I had them come out at my address to replace a kitchen faucet (I provided) and install a shut off on the hot water side. The quote was incredibly high $847 but I just needed it done. I was fully expecting to get a quarter turn ball vale installed for this incredibly high price instead their tech just threaded on a gate valve to the end something I could have done myself why would I contact a plumber to thread a connector on and then also pay them $847 to do it. Will never use their services in the future my suggestion is to beware of them at all costs

Absolutely horrendous! Be prepared to pay a $240.00 “diagnostic fee” just to have them come out and even start to identify the problem. Then you can be prepared to get an exorbitant estimate to actually fix it.. One outlet not working equals $240.00 to find out why and an estimate of $780.00 additionally to rectify the issue. You never want your AC to stop working properly, but during a heat wave it’s even worse. With their already busy schedule CHS was able to add us to their schedule to fix a leak in our system. Ryder provided great service with explanations and options. He was up front about cost and exact services. We’ll absolutely use the company again the next time we need HVAC repairs!

I’m a little mixed with this company but overall not happy. They came out to fix my issue fairly quick and did find the issue. The problem is that they make you sign up for their monthly service and in my opinion, severely overcharge. The tech spent less than 5 minutes and found the issue with my problem. It was a button push. I was charge nearly $200. I can appreciate if there was actual work done, but for 5 minutes, little checking and a button push, I would have hoped they would charge something a little less. Sometimes the issue is an incredibly simple fix and sometimes it’s complex. They should charge differently. Additionally I asked for quotes on simple replacements of lights, knowing how long/complex they are and received obnoxious quotes. To replace an outside flood light, $480 or $222 if I supply my own. I wasn’t told what brand the flood light was, but don’t believe it is a $260ish light. I also asked on a pool pump timer. $500 if they supplied the timer and installed or approx $222 for installation if I supplied my own. Most timers are around $50 but yet they mark up an additional $200? Oh…and these prices include the 15% discount I get for being required to pay $15 every month.So while they are capable….they are severely marking things up and it seems especially on parts. For these prices, I think you can find better.

Our technician Ben was excellent.....very efficient and professional while spending many hours at our home.Our dissatisfaction was with the company itself. Although we are on the Cranney value plan we were canceled six different times. We understand things happen, but to constantly be rescheduled is very disappointing and disheartening.

Im on the Cranney Home Services plan. Each year their technicians check all of the systems in my home. A great plan! I had made an appointment for the annual inspection of the Heating system. Their home office team called to tell me that a tech would be there in 1/2 hour and he did a very thorough inspection. I thought that the condensation system needed routine servicing. I would have been fine with a charge for that but he explained that it was OK as is. Youll surely be very impressed with the services from Cranney.

My central ac wasnt working and I called Cranney. Other HVAC companies were giving me 2 to 3 week time frames before they could come out. One even said 3 months. Cranney came out with 3 days. The technician Matt explained the typical areas that may be causing my problem and within 10 minutes found the issue and corrected it. Matt also explained the Cranney value package and all the benefits of joining. Being so pleased with he service and with Matt, I purchased a year value package which covers ac-heat-electric-plumbing. and it covered my service call and an inspection that Matt also performed.

Great Company! First of all, the answering service was courteous and took the time to truly understand the issue so they could send the best person for the job. They dispatched a Master Plumber in less than an hour and gave me all the information I needed before hand. After having had 7 different licenced plumbers try to resolve this issue it was an incredible relief to have Master Plumber Frank Tumbarello not only identify the issue in less than 10 minutes but also fix the problem right away! He was extremely professional and efficient. He explained everything clearly and was very neat and clean. Absolutely a 5 star service! Will most definitely rely on them for servicing my system!

I had called and specifically reported one of the main issues I needed addressed -the dishwasher soap dispenser doesn’t open in the cycle. When the technician arrived he said he can’t do that. That was the main reason I had you come. I’m disappointed that the operator who answered the phone didn’t inform me that the dw issue wasn’t something you could do.
