We had a Mitsubishi split duct system installed in our house last year. We agreed on a price which was $4000 cheaper than my lowest quote. They said they would start the job the following Monday. The 4 men were there promptly at 7AM and work started immediately. The job took 2.5 days and not once did I find anybody standing around. Each tech seemed to know every aspect of their job. They were very professional and kept us informed along the way. I have had many friends and family comment on the visually pleasing appearance of their work. Overall, I would not hesitate to hire this company in the future. From initial design to the finished product, Breen & Sullivan were outstanding
Completed work in a timely manner.
They came out and fixed my air conditioner promptly - the service tech was great to deal with - I then tried to get a service contract and have them come back out again for some plumbing problems. Went downhill from there. Tried to contact them for over a week - no one returned called and then the owner Jimmy called me and was as rude as could be. Basically called me a liar about calling and said he didnt want our business. Was yelling over phone and wanted to continue to argue.
Called and asked for them to come out to inspect our companys current HVAC system for a potential upgrade. Glenn Carlson (General Manager) came out to inspect the system and said he would get back to me with a quote on the work required. Two weeks went by, sent him an email asking for any updates, no response. The third week, I called and left a voicemail, no call back. Two months later after 3 emails and 2 phone calls, I havent heard a word from him or the company. Apparently I wasnt important enough. Do yourself a favor and work with someone else.
I said i was the new owner and wanted service. Whats so hard to do?. It ls not even a correct response.
Excellent service
The drivers / Tecs for Breen & Sullavan need anger management courses I am driving to work at 5:30 am on 62 in Middleton all of a sudden a Breen and Sullavan truck Cuts me off than proceeds to drive 25 mph slamming on the breaks for 3 miles the speed limit is 40 mph on the section we were traveling I was originally tracking at that rate when I was cut off. I was close only because I WAS CUT OFF and than forced to go 25mph. Do your self a favor use a smaller hvac company were they personally know and pick the drivers/ Tecs Just my 2 cents I called and left a message about the driver what time and were it happened hopefully he has a disaplinarry action from higher ups and pays more attention to the traffic around him and POSTED speed Limits
Very knowledgeable people
