I use them consistently at the property management company I work for and they’re great! Always very responsive, professional, and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone!

I hired City Cooling & Heating to come fix my houses air conditioning unit as it was not working and the house was consistently at 80+ degrees. Them being the professionals I expected that they would know what was wrong my unit and would come fix it. They came in and looked at it and told me what the problem was and that they could fix it. I, not being the professional, assumed what they said they were going to do was the right thing and agreed for them to do it. They came in and did the work an left... but my house is still at 80+ and the house isnt cooling, they did not fix the problem I came to them with. When told that they wouldnt be getting paid the full amount for not fixing the problem, they tell me what the ACTUAL problem with my house is, and that I should still pay them for the pointless work that they came and did. I feel very bad having to work with such a company, and will never work with them again, or will ever recommend them.
