Second time in, and went in today and was seen exactly at my appointment time for my Tesla Model 3. Got 20% all around and within an hour the car looks completely different, in all positive ways. Already received compliments on it, and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Good work doesnt come cheap!

I had my 2020 Rav4 hybrid fully detailed (Int/Exterior) here yesterday. I have to say the work they do for the prices they charge doesn’t match. I’ve noticed this place is a bit pricier than other shops offering the sameService in this Area. View my pictures and see for yourself. I was unhappy that so many DETAILS on a detailing were just overlooked/neglected. I’ve posted a picture of what the website states the detailing covers. The front of my car for example had an imperfection on the paint they should have removed and they didn’t and they waxed over it which I now would have to remove wax to remove imperfection. Gentlemen who works for themTold me I needed to purchase a “higher” package to have that removed. His reply angered me after I paid $265 for the job. you are telling me I have to pay more to get the job done correct? Unbelievable. I will def be trying other places next timeBecause I did see better prices but since this place is so glorified in Danbury I gave them a chance. But I won’t pay top dollar for average work. Please view my pictures and see for yourself. The rims were still dirty. The engine area wasn’t cleaned at all or properly I can’t even tell a difference. I’m not here to bash this business I amHere to give the next customer a legit experience from a recent customer. Maybe they will up their quality control and the next customer won’t have the experience I just had. I still gave them3 stars cuz the inside is very clean. The outside just wasn’t done to the standards of what they state the detailing includes. I will be trying other businesses before I consider going back to them.

I took my car in for a full detail after our family camping trip at the beach so the inside and outside of my car was a mess. The guys at Gotham did an amazing job. The inside looks like it just came from the dealer and the outside was sparkling. I will definitely be using them again!

The service, knowledge and professionalism of Al and his staff are AMAZING. I came for an interior cleaning of my Civic and left with it looking brand new!!!!! I have been to many other “ detailing” centers and they always missed something- ( not cleaning the top of the window under the guard … for example)..Not Gotham!Not only did they clean the interior of my car they literally got into every nook and cranny of my vehicle!!! I am extremely picky and i am sure my expectations can be annoying for some business owners; however i expect people to take pride in their work! GOTHAM DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!If they take that kind of pride in a 2016 CIVIC interior- i can not wait to see what else they can do. Exterior is next.Some of the codes needed to be reset; NO problem they knew how to do that too!!! I can not thank Gotham Auto Works enough!!!

Was going on a cross country road trip in a week, and got an appointment the next day after booking. Got 20% all around and they did an amazing job. Looks perfect! I had to go to my tire guy (totally separate from Gotham) before the trip, told him not to roll down the windows. Came back to my windows rolled down. So the driver side window had a small wrinkle up at the top. Called Gotham the next morning, told me to come right in and fixed it right away! They’re very professional and do quality work, definitely will be coming back :)

These guys got it down to a science, if youre gonna spend some hard earned money on your car or truck consider Gotham. Very professional and knowledgeable and the owner cares about his name in the business which is pretty rare now a days if you ask me. Tints came out 10/10 thanks Gotham!

Paid just about 500 for tints. They were and are still not to my liking. I gave 3 stars because the staff is very nice. However I feel they should not do tints. I went back to get some redone was given 100 refund however i still have bubbles in tints not at all worth the still 400 price. I would recommend Bridgeport for tint jobs over this place and its only 250 in Bridgeport. I just wanted my tints done asap so I went here, wont be back.

They did an interior clean on my Forester XT not too long ago. I am astounded at the care they took to clean it. As a dog owner, they went above and beyond to get all the mud and dog hair out. The pricing is super reasonable considering the amount of work that goes into a proper detailing. Their new location is awesome, too. The fishbowl feeling lets you see the different cars. Cant wait for spring to schedule my ceramic pro coating.

Justin and his team did an awesome job on my Lotus Evora GT. Had him do a minor paint correction (it was new, so not much needed) and apply a ceramic coating. They did a great job. I also had them ceramic coat the wheels on my Audi S4, and they came out great, as well. I cannot recommend them enough.

Stopped by without making an appointment (and on a whim) to get my front windows tinted on my new car. Spoke to someone at the front desk, went over everything, and I was driving out with fresh tints in less than 20 minutes. High quality 3m tint with a lifetime warranty too, this stuff is legit. Tad pricey but you get what you pay for! Will most likely return in the future to get a tint strip or the whole front windshield done. Thanks again!

I went in to get windows tinted thinking this place was good because all my friends recommended it to me. I got uncharged 100$ but still went with them because I heard they were good. They never looked at my car before giving me a quote. Took them all day to install the tint. Dust was trapped underneath every window, they never cleaned the windows before installing, the lines were all off and parts of my trim are now broken.

10 stars should be an option! Dan did a beautiful job on my vehicle today, I couldnt be happier! Justen is also absolutely amazing and was ready to help me instantly. I had sent an email last night because I was upset about the tints another facility had done on my brand new car that looked terrible and I was able to get in with Gotham the very next day for them to redo it the correct way. I drove my car home looking it’s very best. They had done my old vehicle a few years back and from then I should have known to just stick with them from the beginning. I do not recommend Gotham Auto for tinting services. I read so many good reviews on Fb/Yelp/Google and decided to give Gotham a try on my 2006 Infiniti. I’m not satisfied with their tint job because the tint film doesn’t go flush or even close to flush to glass. I reached out to Justin, the owner and he stated that is industry standard/regulations and to avoid peeling. I called around other tint shops and they laughed at Justin’s tint work. The other shops stated that their work is much tighter and close to flush on the glass. I was shocked at Justin’s response because both of our other cars were done by Rob at Infinite Tint in New Rochelle and came out amazing/flushed!Gotham Auto is just a below average tint shop with horrible customer service and an immature owner. I’m a healthcare worker and Justin called me out for canceling my tint appt 3x because I had to go into hospital for work. I guess his tint appts are more important than my job at the hospital during our covid pandemic?! That just goes to show you his true colors. If you want an average tint job, then Gotham is ok. But if your looking for a shop that stands 100% behind their work with better customer service, then look elsewhere. I was fooled by social media and all of the great reviews on their websites with exotic cars. Truly disappointed with my entire experience and tint job.

Poor service and poor workmanship. A detail shop that does not pay attention to detail and does not review their completed work! Drove from about one hour away to have one window tinted on, 08/14/19, by Gotham Auto. I pulled over shortly after driving away to inspect the work done. I noticed a smudge on the worked on window that would not come off. I brought it back and Justen told me it was dried glue. It was left between the applied tint film and the window. Said there was nothing he can do about it. Not true. He didnt want to redo the job and remove what was left on the improperly cleaned and/or worked on window before filming it. Also, when it came time to pay and without explanation, Gotham attempted to charge me 60% more than what I was originally quoted! The interior of my car needs detailing and I certainly am not going to be bringing it here for that.

They did a good interior/exterior on my Hyundai Elantra. They got all the tree sap off and the outside looks great. I would go there again. That being said, For $260 interior/exterior, I wouldve expected to see the food stain to come out of the seat but maybe I have to ask for a specific shampoo of the seats for that. Otherwise it looks fantastic. Id also suggest a walk around of the car with the customer when finished, but I realize theyre probably quite busy on a Saturday to do that.

Had my car paint corrected, waxed and tinted here in the fall. The people were nice but the job they did was less than satisfactory. My car had holograms all over the body and when i went to bring it back to get fixed they kept the car all day just so they can wash it. They didnt fix anything on the car while trying to fool me into thinking they did. Please do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere that will give you the results youre looking for. There are a few places in New York and northern New Jersey that do way better work.

Justen and his team has worked on all my cars and all my family’s cars, we are all very satisfied with the work that they do here at Gotham Auto. I’ve done everything from tinting, detailing, paint corrections, head light restoration, and vinyl work. They have never disappointed us. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to have the 2 front windows of my vehicle tinted and, although a friend of mine warned me against going to Gotham, I went solely because it could be done while I wait while the other 2 places would have required that I drop my car off. Based on the mostly positive reviews I saw online, I wasn’t concerned about having it done there other than it was the most expensive place around - $150 for 2 windows. But, you get what you pay for...right?As promised, the windows were tinted in record time. Within a few days, I noticed small “bubbles” on both the driver and passenger side windows. I drove back to Gotham and was told that it was just moisture that hadn’t dried, yet, probably due to the lousy weather we’d been having. He tried to squeegee them down, but they didn’t disappear. If it was just on the passenger side window, I probably wouldn’t be as concerned, but it’s actually worse on the driver side window and I have to look at it every time I get into my vehicle.Now, it’s been a few weeks and based on my common sense and what a couple of friends said, who’ve had their windows tinted elsewhere, this wasn’t moisture, but in fact the result of the windows not being totally clean before the tint was applied so now I have, for lack of a better word, dust stuck in the tint. I had considered stopping by – again - to have them look at it, but didn’t want to hear another excuse and also didn’t want to have them pop off the door panel a second time risking the weakening or breaking of a clip or two. It’s a brand new vehicle and I’m really disappointed by the tint job. They seem like nice guys, but I don’t appreciate paying top dollar and receiving a job that was either rushed or just sloppy.

Made an appointment to have the windows on my Genesis Coupe tinted here. Justin and team did a fantastic job. Tints look amazing. In addition, they removed all the stickers and badges that the dealer had placed on my car. I will definitely return in the future to have my car detailed. I highly recommend this place!!

Gotham is the only place I go for window tints or any type of car detailing! I got my 2013 Honda Accord tinted two years ago, and the tints are still perfect, no bubbles no nothing. I just brought in my 2013 wrx for tints today, and what can I say Gotham is truly the best auto tint and detailing shop around. What can I say about Gotham Detailing other than the best, very professional and outstanding work. I live over a hour away from their shop and Justin had no issues coming to my house to do some work on my car at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with the outcome. Not only was Justin extremely friendly but professional on a high level. Justin and Dan were easy to talk to and felt like I knew them for years. After talking to them I was sold on a paint correction and ceramic coat for my car.Month later I drove down to their shop and dropped off my car for the service. As I waited in the shop for a ride home, I was made comfortable and treated extremely well. Justin told me my car would be done in two days. Justin knew my car was my trophy and he even sent me a picture of my car the next day inside their bay and assured me my car was cared for and safe. When I picked up my car on the 2nd day it looked better than when I picked it up from the dealership. My hand slid across the hood and it was a glass like finish. Theres no doubt I highly recommend Gotham Detailing. My car came out flawless and exemplary. The ceramic coating is absolutely worth it and I was not disappointed. They offer so many services including tinted windows. vinyl wrapping, and even upgrading your headlights to xenon! Gotham Auto removed just about 3 years of abuse from the inside and outside of my car. It looks brand new, smells brand new, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend going to Gotham for tints and details. I have brought several cars at least up to 5 and co workers and every car came out top notch and co workers were happy with the results done. Fur and hair removal from carpet was gone. Stains in the leather and carpet was very close or if not being notice. Foggy headlights looked brand new after the work he done. Great work done from Justin and his staff from the tints to the detail on car interior and exterior. Great price and deals done as package with tints and detail. Yet again if in the Danbury or surrounding area Gotham auto is the place you want to have your car looking better and new again. Great job to Gotham and staff

They tinted my ‘18 wrx and i couldn’t be happier. my appointment was at 3:00 and they told me to come pick it up at 5:00 but they were actually done tinting at around 4:15. exceptional service, very friendly and professional staff. Justen is a very informative and likeable man.

Justin and Adam are great guys. The really seem to enjoy their jobs and really take pride in their work. I brought my BMW 650 to them to have tints done. The guys did a flawless job. Brought it back couple of months later to have a clear bra installed. Impeccable work. In fact, when I returned to pickup my car, Justin was in the process of giving it a quick wash on the house which wasnt even something I asked for. When we looked at the clear bra job it looked great but Justin even found a small bubble or 2 that he took out with a syringe. Wound up getting a gift certificate for wife to have her car detailed. I initially went for window tinting then I got new wheels + tires installed on my BMW. Justen did an awesome job helping me pick out a sweet set of rims. Summers coming up and i wanted to get the windows tinted, for better cooling on my 6 month old car. Called up these guys and set up an appointment. They are very professional and helpful at the same time! As i did not have an alternative ride, they were courteous enough to drop me off in my car at my home and pick me up after the job was done.I hadnt washed my car for over 2 weeks as it was drizzling every other day and i kept postponing it. Ultimately the day came when i had to take the car for window tinting and my car was all dirty. I dropped of the car at Gotham and after i came back, I became all anxious because the car would have tint on it, but may not look good as it would be all muddy...I was wrong! When the guy came to pick me up, the car was all shiny and clean. They washed my car and then tinted the windows - I guarantee, you will not get this level of attention at any other workshop/garage!I highly recommend Gotham for your car detailing works.Cheers!

We hope to come back to you if we need any work done in the future.Original review:We had just bought a pre-owned car. When we looked at the car a week before picking it up it was dirty, so we scheduled an appointment with Gotham to get a full detailed cleaning inside & out for the day we were going to pick the car up, 5 days later. When we went to pick it up we found the dealership had surprised us and had a quick cleaning done, but it still needed a thorough cleaning. We noticed some dog hair & food peices in between & under the seats, pen marks on 2 of the seats, it had a dog odor especially when it got hot, the carpet & rugs needed a cleaning since one had a big spot, and just an overall deep clean was needed throughout since it was dusty in some places & had smudges. We dropped it off in the morning and late afternoon we got a call it was ready. We arrived back to pick it up, I paid almost $300 and drove off. When I arrived home I noticed the few problem spots that really needed to be a cleaned were still dirty. Unfortunately, the only change was that it had a heavy perfume scent as if an air freshener had been dumped in the car (so now I couldnt smell the dog odor anymore) & the top of the center console had been wiped so it shined, but nothing else was touched. The parts that were missed being cleaned by the dealership were still dirty, never even touched. It was SO DISAPPOINTING that we had to clean it properly once we got it home. I would expect for the price that we paid (nearly $300) for them to detail both INSIDE & OUTSIDE & from the good reviews that they would have done a excellent job. I dont know how well they do at the other services they offer but I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND them for cleaning and I wont be going back to them for ANY other services!

Got my 2016 Kia Forte all windows tinted.Plus they put led lights for my headlights.One light was intermittent and they fixed no problem.Exceptional job all aroundFun place and nice people.

I contacted Solar Shield yesterday to get my 08 X5 tinted. They were able to get me in the very next day and within a few hours the tint on 9 window panels was completed and done to perfection! The results are better than I had expected and I would definitely recommend Solar Shield to anyone looking for quality auto tinting. Great price, excellent warranty and impeccable quality. 5 Star!

I needed one scratched tint fixed. The owner was great about pick up and drop off but that was the only great part. When I went to pick up the car, the tint had large bubbles so I pointed it out and they fixed it. About a week later I noticed the tint had tiny bubbles and distorted spots. Brought my Infinit Q50 for a complete tint job and front clear bra. Front bra came out amazing, I cant even tell its there. Tints were done perfect with zero imperfections. Had my 16 year old Impreza detailed/ cleaned by Gotham this week. I am very particular with whom I trust to work on my car, and I am glad I brought it in to Gotham.Was pleasantly surprised at my results! Every nook and cranny was addressed, including my engine compartment, which was sorely needed. I had given up on my wheels several years ago ( brake dust and road grime took its toll, and I just couldnt get them clean),and Justen said hed be able to help them look better. I was floored! Justin and Adam are masters of their craft when it comes to tinting and auto detailing. Justin was able to even get line paint that was caked on a vehicle after a few weeks, absolutely amazing. Super professional, amazing work, couldnt ask for more. 10/10

I scheduled a complete detailing including buffing the scratches out of my dark paint, engine wash and interior for a price that seemed a bit high for a small SUV ($400) but I went to them based on their Google reviews. After picking up my vehicle, on the way home noticed dirt marks on my dash, seat back, driver side floor. I returned to ask Jason to go over the whole car again. I picked it up again 2 hours later with the dirt still on the dash, the carpet with salt stains I would think a hand steam cleaner would have removed, dirt at the top outside edge of all the passenger windows, and a streaky glare on the windshield at night with on-coming traffic. These are the “details” the detailing should have taken car of. I would not recommend detailing work at this shop.

Drove over an hour to visit Gotham after hearing good reviews. Had my new tail lights damaged because their tint technician considered it appropriate to sand off the previous adhesive. He had reluctantly offered to make it right by tinting the entire vehicle free of charge. Revisited weeks later to have a haphazard tint job completed. Although I have heard otherwise, my experience with this tech was very unprofessional. Would not revisitEdit: Replying to the owner, I find the review appropriate better late than never after it became apparent the tint used was not the 3M that was agreed upon. Justin had used an eraser wheel that permanently hazed over the plastic. The self supplied clraner was used at the shop for removing remaining adhesive from the previous window tint that was removed prior to arriving for this two month late appointment(it worked great, much better than that forsaken eraser wheel). The full refund mentioned was a 75$ check Justin had reluctantly written for partial value of the taillights. Your reply lacks in accuracy severely, but thank you kindly for all your efforts

Hands down one of the greatest experiences Ive had with a tint professional. Justin explained the right and wrong way to tint a vehicle. I believe in educating customers and this my friend he did with me. My 2015 GMC was taken care of. Thank you Gotham.

Before doing anything of this magnitude I always make sure Im checking out reviews to ensure I go to the best possible location.... all avenues of reviews led to Gotham! I had trouble booking online so upon calling, Justen told me to just drop the car off and itd be ready in an hour; 40 mins later it was done. They charge top dollar and do the absolute minimum. Stay away!Had my tints done here and I have bubbles in both back windows, and one of of the back window tints just don’t fit right. Gave them another chance and let them detail my car. What a mistake. I get inside my car and there is dried ketchup on the passenger seat. You would think $150 could take care of a dried ketchup stain. It took me about 2 minutes to remove with Murphy’s cleaner. On top of the key up stain, there was some dirt on the roof that I had to scrub out myself again it took me about 2 minutes to clean myself. Oh and they lost my cup holder mats. I expect things done right the first time, Like many other I don’t want or have the time to be coming back and addressing these small issues. That being said I will never be coming back to this business establishment and I would recommend that everyone stay away.If you’re going to charge people $50 higher than local competition than please do a better job than your competition. Castro’s detailing is much better, and less expensive! As for the tints, tintman in monroe is $50 cheaper with better quality and offer lifetime warranty aswell. Step your game up guys...

Would recommend Justin and his crew to anybody! Extremely professional, very polite and customer friendly I will be back to do any and all cars I have for tinting and detailing!! Everyone should give him a shot!! My ride looks 🔥🔥

I always go to Gotham Auto for my tints. And I dont live local. They got great products, and Justen is a great guy to deal with. My tints look awesome, been happy each time.

So far great tint job was done in a quick fashion. Just one issue my car won’t lock on the driver side it gets jammed I think due to popping off the panel.
