I was told I paid for car wash, not detailing. I explained I didnt realize wiping cupholders is considered detailing. If you want a decent car wash dont bring your car to north street car wash.

Great place to get your car washed! The nicest guy really helped me out, I’ve never had our car washed, and he explained everything. This place was fast, friendly, and our car looks fantastic. Prices are more than reasonable for what our car looks like. Will definitely be back!

Car wash pricey, paid for ultimate wash. They never washed the mats, had to redo windows myself, wheels still super dirty. And the owner is always unfriendly and rude. Last time here fior sure. I only came again after so many years because I thought maybe someone else owned it by now. Workers are good.

I paid for a monthly plan including undercarriage wash and twice in a row they did not do the under carriage even though I asked for it clearly.. I told the owner and he just said well you can go around again if you want. I dont want to waste my time like this !

I have been using this car wash for more than 20 years. Always pleased with them, HOWEVER, they used to give you a 50% discount coupon if you came back with any car within a week, now you can get unlimited washes for one car for a monthly rate. Doesnt work for me.

Fast services but barley did my inside. I upgraded to the $20 package and my gear shift was still dirty. Nothing was wiped on inside, vacuum yes, but still dirty. Will probably not come back.

I have an SUV they didn’t even open back to clean windows or vacuum. Purchased their highest package they don’t even wipe down the inside of dashboard etc. Wouldn’t go back. Waste of $25.

Consistently good service. We go there since 2008. The owner is always around and watches like a hawk that high quality standards are maintained. They clean boats too for a very reasonable price and quick turnaround.

I used to love the place, but there service has gone down hill. The last 3 times I got my car cleaned, it didnt come out good and I should have asked them to run it back through. I am paying good money...$25.00 and the outside doesnt seem to be cleaned very well especially the back of the vehicle. They also do a lousy job cleaning the inside. Many other better places to go and cheaper too!

Took my wifes car here and paid for the plus package, Windows were not cleaned and cup holders, center console, and dash were not wiped out, still the exact same as when I brought it in. Would have been better off doing the job myself. Was my 1st and last time coming here. There are many better options in the area. Also do not accept any cards which would be no issue if advertised as such. If your looking for a quality place keep looking

Sometimes a no touch was is what you need and this one gets the car good and clean. It can be a slow process and Id prefer being able to stay in the car so I dont go very often.

I drive only black cars and the only car wash i would consider bringing my baby to is exclusive. No brushes no scratches. The owner personally inspects and will pickup a towel to bring perfection.. $3 off coupon in Pennysaver sweetens the deal.

Only touch less car i would go to. Never had a problem been going there for over 10 years. He could do a remodel on the place to make it more friendly.

The car wash was fair, but what really bugged me is that they only accept cash or check and had no signage about it. Luckally, I did have cash, but I didnt even get a receipt. Id feel bad for anyone with only a debit card, theyd be stuck because their car would already be on the belt by the time theyd find out.Car wash: okay, but still spotty on the front, ended up wiping the leftover spots at home.Having the business legitimacy of a lemonade stand: Bad

Had my car washed and then hand-waxed for the winter. My office was right next door so it was convenient. The price was right - 60 or 65 dollars for the hand waxing and I felt like I was protecting my car.I try to get the hand wax just before the winter driving begins!

So i bought 1 MONTH unlimited, specifically asked if i had to call and cancel after a month, the man was not the nicest of ppl, but said NO ITS ONLY FOR A MONTH... Well low and behold 2 months later they are still trying to take $$ out, had to jump through hoops but finally got my money for the extra months refunded. And to top if off they did a horrible job, missing the gunk around console and not even looking at the back tire on the back door of my jeep...

This business does not care about your car or its customers. I have been a customer for many years. Today, after arriving home directly after car wash, I noticed that the entire drivers side of my car was covered with fine scratches. It was immediately obvious to me that a dirty rag was used to wipe down my car. The passengers side was fine, but there were two people wiping my car, one on the drivers side and one on the passenger side. So the employee wiping down the drivers side had a dirty rag. I called the car wash to ask what they would do, manager makes me drive 10 miles back, only to tell me we didnt do that.. Manager was a complete jerk, did not offer a refund for car wash, nor did he offer a detail to buff scratches out. If youve ever wondered why this business does not accept credit cards, I assure you its so that you cant dispute the charge when they damage your vehicle!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU CAR ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!!

Second time got ripped off here, wont go again. Used to be a great place. I paid for the most expensive cleaning and left with the car dirty outside, not fully vacuumed, windows inside not done well, console not touched. Called owner again, he said come back... Nope, should have done the job right the first time around.

The service itself is fine but theyll make you wait until youre at the register and your car is being worked on to tell you theyre cash or check only. Oh, and the only ATM is down the road. Super inconsiderate. Put up a sign, guys.

Been coming here since 1989. The car wash is completely brushless as there are no brushes or anything that touches the car going through the tunnel. There are multiple wash options with the current highest price wash at $26. They hand dry the car and wipe out all the door jambs with every wash. Other options include undercarriage wash, windows, tire treatment and extra exterior waxes. The owner is always there keeping a close eye. Just dont forget that its CASH ONLY

The lines can be a little long. Especially on weekends. But this place really does a better job than most places in the area.

Worst wash ever. Exterior only for nine bucks. They left what I assume to be soap spots and streaks all over the driver and passenger windows and the doors. They didnt actually get the whole car clean either. I was in a hurry and didnt bother to complain. Wont be goiing back.

Horrible place ever!!!! The owner or Manager, is unfriendly. Plus, garbage and sewage flow freely in the corner of the building, creating a rich environment for the growth of water-borne diseases.. Be aware, do not come to this type of places with your kids.

They do an excellent job.

Great place to go if you want a touchless car wash. They also do your windows and vacume if you want. I like it because it is touchless so you dont have to worry about those nasty brushes scratching your car up and they do hand drying so your car always looks great when you leave there.

Terrible! Cash only, and youre only informed when at the register. Cashier/ owner (idk) keeps walking away, leaving people waiting without caring. Between interior and exterior the only thing that looks clean is the tires (not the rims).
