I love snap fitness Daly city, It is always clean and perfect tools. They are open 24 hours which is a pro all the way. The music is good and I feel safe at this gym at night.

Great workout

Clean, perfect size for the amount of people that I see there when I go- Not crowded. The right equipment for me to do a full work out - cardio, assisted weights, and free weights. Mats and room for stretching and floor exercises. Its awesome to have a shower in a smaller gym. Its just a perfect simple gym to pop into and get a full work out.

Tried to cancel my membership, had to deal with a random trainer as the owners as usual were not around. Never received any confirmation that my account was cancelled or was being cancelled and so I visited the gym only to find out my access card still worked and again the owners were still not around. Its been 2 weeks now and 5 visits, no one is ever around due to their ridiculous operational hours (and they STILL may be absent during those hours because theyve hired some useless scabs to sit in their office chair), you cant cancel via the website, they arent answering the phone.Too small to be effective anyone too.

Great Venue! I believe this gym has endless possibilities for members to obtain a great trainer that can use a variety of training methods and techniques to meet the clients goals!

Well run, concerned and caring management, clean and well controlled against unruly and inconsiderate patrons. Good decent ownership well educated on physiology of exercise and muscle tuning therapy. Helped lose excessive fat by 15 lbs in two months!

Over all I would say this place has potential but the owners and property management sucks. It has all the equipment you need but its not maintained or cleaned. Treadmills sound like they are ready to fall apart and the belts are worn out. Benches are never cleaned, something is always broken and there is never any cleaning wipes in the dispensers. Bathroom/showers are always dirty and they try to hide it by the dim lighting. The parking garage is nice but there is always someone sleeping in the corner and a piss puddle at the door and in the stairwell. The other tenants in the property dump grease in the pipes causing the water to back up and the place smells like death twice a month. I put up with all of this due to the the 24hr access and the fact I usually have the place to myself after 10pm. I would love to see the owners put some more effort into this place but they are never here and the trainers only come to meet their clients and leave. I have called the office number multiple times and have yet to get anyone other than an answering machine or a call back after leaving multiple messages.

***DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE FIST FREE MONTH, IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO READ ALL THIS SKIP TO BOTTOM***This is probably this worst gym you can possibly imagine (I wish I was exaggerating). Lets start with the actual gym (since that is what we pay for). Very small, very limited equipment, dirty bathrooms, nothing to clean equipment off with after use, and the list goes on....Now, the worst part is their business mode and staff (not all staff, just management)I thought the process of canceling would be seamless, given the gym was not the best...my biggest mistake...the business model is set up so no matter how hard you try to cancel in time, they will ultimately charge you for two extra months. *NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE*They will call you at a time where it conveniently is in the time frame of charging you for two months. The best part is the owner will call you from a private number saying that you have to pay. I had to cancel my card so that they would stop charging me because they would not process my cancellation form.****PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...I AM NOT KIDDING...DO NOT SIGN UP HERE...YOU WILL REGRET IT***

Nice facility. The woman (Vanessa) at the front counter was really helpful. I like the NO contract part.

Although the space is very small for a gym, its close to my apartment and I find it okay. The good thing about it is that it doesnt get busy.

I keep calling and calling and no bady is there to pick up the phone

I have tried to cancel my membership and turned in my cancellation form two month ago, but now they still charge my money. Try to fix in person and nobody in that office often! Terrible experience I have ever seen.

Management is terrible they wont let you cancel, and nobody ever picks up the phone. Stay away from this place.

I was planning to start a trial there. The staff didnt even answer my phone call. Nor did they open the door for me. Disappointed...

This place is my worst nightmare！ Don‘t get in!

Space is odd for a gym. Feels tight and has sharp angles. I tried it and I wont be going back there as a member.

Their customer service is atrocious.

Hopefully my membership is canceled ASAP.
