This petrol station steals car gasoline! dishonest! I bought $80 gasoline but haven’t put it in the tank

I got gas and air for my tires here on July 2, 2020 around midnight. I thought the air would be free but apparently not so i had no choice but to pay $1.50 for a stupid air. So the next day i checked my bank for my balance and the was $85.00 charged to my card from this gas station . I didn’t worry about it because they normally credit it back to your account once they got their money. Until now I’m still -$85.00. I just hope they return my money.

This evening their car wash ripped off both side view mirrors on my 2000 Toyota truck, Meghan D. (manager) while writing her report said I needed to fold in my trucks mirrors... My mirrors dont fold in, like many autos/trucks out there. She also said maybe I didnt line my truck up right in the wash... WTF?I told her to stop trying to lay the blame on me, and I walked away before I blew my top... Well see if her company steps up to the plate, Vintners Distributors DBA Shell Loop.P.S. While I was standing there dealing with her/making a report. Another guy walked up, his car mirror was ripped off from the wash also... Once, ok, but twice within 30mins... too much.

I dont understand what just happened here, the bathrooms are clean and smells nice...Nicer than the fanciest restaurants weve been to...It was a nice surprise!

Half the pumps credit card readers are perpetually out of service without any signs or notice. Come get your gas here if you feel like wasting your time.

Never thought I would review a gas station...

The station itself is new and comes with all the perks: good staff, nice pumps, nice store.Just dont risk the car wash. Breaks down pretty often and sometimes gives you half of the wash you paid for. My car literally came out half covered in soap. Had to pull off and squeegee the rest off just so I could drive to a different wash.

Competitive car wash price but felt like my car needed one more round of washing off the soap /:I went there on a saturday afternoon & it was busy so avoid going here on weekends if you don’t want to wait.

I really like this Shell station and the Loop markets in general. They really are the top of the line that you could ask for in a gas station. Clean, well-maintained, new pumps, priced on the lower side, car wash available. What more can you ask for than a gas station that has a salad bar?!

Fine gas station, usually cheaper than the one across the street. Can be very busy at times, though, especially the car wash. Convenience store is clean and 24-7, so thats super convenient. They sell food as well as beer, and the selection of the latter is decent.

Very convenient, right off the freeway. Whoever came up with this loop concept is a genius. It is heads above the convenience stores you find in most gas stations.

Easy access off and on freeway. Ability to add car wash was a nice bonus. Store was well stocked, clean and great variety.

Great that they built it from the ground up. Great that they put a store in it with actual items to buy. But poorly designed. If there isnt a line to get in to pump gas without holding traffic, in the middle of the intersection, there is no clear opening to come out of sides.

Dont go here for beer until after 8AM because they wont sell beer before 8AM for all you graveyard workers wanting a drink when youre off. Go to the loop up the street, they follow the law and start selling beer at 6AM.

24 hours! So glad this location is 24 hours. I went to the location on Gellert & Hickey and they only have window service. The store on Hickey Blvd. (Right across the street from Chevron) was open.

Great place to fill up on gas since its right off the freeway; however, it can be congested here because this gas station is located in an area of high traffic. Theres a car wash that isnt the best, but it does clean your car. I definitely enjoy the store because the attendants are usually friendly and theres even froyo in here! Just three flavors: vanilla, chocolate and swirl with a small selection of toppings. The great aspect of this froyo is that there is one price and its not based on weight or number of toppings. Its just one solid price (plus tax).

Bought the most expensive wash and it didn’t even spray soap on my car

I bought a car wash with my fill up, only to discover the car wash was closed. I live in SF and its very inconvenient to return for the wash. I should have been informed the service was not available when I was offered the $9 wash. Really bad customer experience.

Hard to get into if you just want to use the LOOP market

These loop + shell gas stations are fancy.

I like the Loop (their brand new 24/7 convenience store) however why is the hot food/deli section plus Salad completely GONE at 11pm?

DON’T go here for car wash! If you fill up your tank first and ask for car wash at the pump, the pump will not give you a receipt, and you’ll end up having to go inside “The Loop” gas station store to get your receipt. Slowest clerks on earth!!! Really, really, reaaaaaally slow, and every transaction before mine would require special assistance from the manager in duty—everything from someone buying snacks to someone buying a lottery ticket. WORST SERVICE, this station gives all other Shell stations a terrible name.

I was served in a fast for gas and for quick food bites.

Clean, off freeway. Has my favorite cuppucino barista machine! Reasonable gas prices and my car loves it, too.

Great service, but the hot food section closes early

This evening, I went into the loop store to pick up a few items. The workers behind the counter were being very loud and cursing. When I got to the counter a very nice young lady assisted me and behind her were two male workers that were continuing to be very loud in their conversation and using the F word frequently. When I asked the young lady who the mgr was, the loudest offender came forward and said he was the mgr and introduced himself asking if I had a question. I asked him if it was common to be cursing very loudly behind the counter when customers were present. He proceeded to reply saying how they were gas station workers, this is not a career for them, they are students and its pretty much expected that they would speak that way. I replied that it was very unprofessional and he proceeded, very loudly and quite rudely, to tell me that it was normal and should be expected. I would assume the owners would not agree and intend to let them know to make their own decision.

I love this new Loop version of this Shell station. There are tons of stuff that you can get there, saving you a trip to the hideous Safeway.

Sneaky baster “With wash” $3.15 not with cash. All other gas stations says with cash pays a lower price.

Cheapest shell around the area. The facility is relatively new. You get a discount on gas if you purchase a car wash. Havent tried the car wash yet, it broke when I purchased one.. Restrooms are clean!

There is an idiot there who I asked for coins which I needed for Vacuum. Gave me the coins but when I went to put it in the machine one was a Canadian coin so went back to get another one from him. He said to me that he didnt give it to me. Who lies about a quarter?

It is a crazy to get to a pump. People leave there cars at the pump while they shop inside the loop store or wash there cars with the windshield wiper while people are waiting. I purposely have to go get gas either really early in the morning or later at night.

It is very bad the second time they are beating the people on the board that is near the street, they say that the gallon is 3.39 and then when you already pay 3.59 apparently there are 20 seats but many people do not notice it but the reality is a robbery 😨🤬 🤬🤬
