Ive been putting off a hair cut but needed it done before an important meeting the next day. I went and saw Vanessa. I love my cut and the information she gave me. She was professional, pleasant, kind, and did a fantastic job.

Tracy has been cutting my hair for years now, I love way she my hair.

It seems to be a trend with this salon that if you show up near closing time (3 or 4 hours before closing mind you), you probably wont get the full great service you were wanting. I understand nothing can be perfect, but I would argue a certain cut should be able to be performed by state approved professionals such as cosmetologists. Unfortunately, both the color and the cut was not up to standard. And for this reason, Im out.

Vanessa at SmartStyle is a blessing. She cuts my hair, my Grandsons and my Granddaughters. We all love her.

If you are going to have regulation that people cannot have their kid with them then you need to tell customers this when they call to make an appointment. A simple hey make sure you have a mask and come by yourself because no one is allowed to come back but you would be good to tell people. Called set up an appointment and came down and wasted my time and gas money because I still did not get my haircut. Had to bring my daughter with me and could not bring her in. Was told well there are notes and signes posted on the door. I didnt walk up to make an appointment I called so it is kind of hard to see the signs posted up through the telephone. DUH!

My stylist was great I came in w a huge knot in my hair she got it all out for me and cut it exactly like I wanted I believe her name was kathy

I have a regular beautician but was in a hurry to grab a trim. My mistake. The lady that cut my hair was friendly and I genuinely liked her. Unfortunately cutting hair was not her calling. She literally had no idea what any of the styling products were or what they were used for. She repeatedly hit me in the head with the hairdryer and seemed to have no idea she was doing it. And she cut my hair in the back shorter on one side than the other.The person that appeared to be in charge was one of the least friendly people I have encountered in a salon and one of the other stylists was sitting in a salon chair beside her poor client.I hope any experience another person has here is better than mine but I will not be returning.

The woman that cut my daughter hair was so incredibly nice.it was almost closing time but she didnt cate.she did her best to make my daughter happy with haircut cuz she knew the haircut was for my daughters dance at school

Kathy Griggs washed and cut my hair today and she was wonderful!! I was a little nervous and didnt want to tell her I have Trigeminal Neuralgia which is a nerve condition in my face and head so I have to be careful about who I let cut my hair because sometimes they are too rough. She was very gentle and I didnt have to even mention it. And she did a great job on my hair. Exactly what I asked for 😊

I use to love this store. Till i took my daughters to get there hair done. Was quoted one price but said it would be a little higher due to length. So i said around 250 they said yea about therw. Nope 355. A manager that was at this store about 2 years ago and a manager of another smart style said i got screwed by $100 talked to the Franchise owner and she said that price was right. Their corporate talk to the other manager They apologized a lot to me but they couldnt do anything. They said the other store will help make it right. Ill drive the extra 30 mins next time. .i buy all my hair products from them. Just 2 weeks ago i spent 200 for the mine and my girls products. O well other stores business now.

The lady this afternoon don know do a good blow dry Im cosmetology and try to explain her what i want and she dont know make this service so how you guis can open a place whit only one employe and bad blow bad brush quality its too much embarrassed for you camon close this place its a mess
