I called this business to ask if they accept walk ins and whoever answered mumbled when they picked up the phone. There was not a friendly greeting at all. I had to ask, is this the right number for Body Magic Day Spa? And the woman irritably responded, Yes it is ..ok, how about saying thank you for calling Body Magic, how can I help you today? A little friendly customer service goes a long way! Not doing business here.

I am a seasoned business traveler and have been to many spas, message shops (Internationally and domestically), airport spas etc. Bonnie gave me by far THE MOST AMAZING deep tissue rub Ive had in years. She was so knowledgeable in the muscle makeup and peeled back all of layers of built up stress. Its not your typical spa but will certainly be a wonderful experience. Also, I dont normally talk while receiving but I didnt mind the chat at all. Bonnie was such a pleasure and so glad I found this place! I cant wait for my next business trip!

My co- worker and i scheduled appointments for 1 1/2 hour massages as we travel alot for work. Pam and Bonnie were fabulos!! I have had alot of massages at big hotels and chains across the country, but this was by far the best massage ever!! Bonnie and Pam are extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what areas to focus on with the right amount of pressure. I even received an email to check on us the next day, how awesome is that!!
