Absolutely horrible. Customer service was even worse. Made my reservation online for pickup at 4:30 and they were closed when I got there. Called customer service and they said Im supposed to drive all the way down to Woodstock to pick it up. 60 miles away for a place that charges a dollar a mile. Even though my reservation was emailed to me and told me to pickup in dalton. Ill never use Uhaul again.
Great service and great atmosphere! My weight distribution hitch had the wrong size ball to tow a small trailer. No problem, they had the right one, and switched it out for me which proved to be a challenge. Will rent my next U-Haul here!
