Whaleys is THE place/ people you want to handle your vehicle whether it be a big problem such as a wreck or something minimal like a flat or nonstart. Very personal business, been around a minute. Prices are unbeatable by a long shot! One of their competitors, that turned out being the actual tow company that impounded my vehicle after being detained by the Whitfield Co. Sheriffs Dept. on charges (soon) to be dismissed; Bobs fees were nearly 3xs that of Whaleys. Though I wasnt charged with theft of my vehicle, and the deputies literally threw me out of their jail after 30 minutes with not a clue to where I was, the vehicle I was pulled over in was fully insured under my name, my interlock device (which I had all the paperwork to prove) installed and in full site, tickets from the officers in hand, would not allow me to retrieve ANY of my personal belongings even after I agreed to pay their $140 tow and 8 hrs on their lot fee. These people probably pay the sheriffs Dept for vehicles cause all they seem to care about is money. Im saying a prayer for any future victims of their exhorbant price gouging services.

All around good a, good experience...in the long run ..lol ...I messed up my trans coded key for my BMW and of course I only had the one key when I bought it...I just found out its gonna cost 225. For a new key fob coded already so the 85..dollars was a lil bit high from highland rivers on shugart 10 Miles north to lake rd .tunnel hill ga but they were fast and dependable thanks guys foreverything.....

My convertible was towed by this company and i was assured they would close it for me. I was released from jail the following afternoon and my car was still open and wet from a slightly rainy morning. When questioned about it, their response in the office was that they had no idea it was open overnight.

I had car trouble on 75 and called Whaleys - they were prompt, courteous and reliable. Very professional. I definitely would recommend them and use them again!

This used to be alot better company when Pete and Jack were alive now even getting someone on the phone for roadside or a tow is a Joke. This used to be the company I recommended to everyone even out of towners. Not anymore.

This place sold my vehicle or crushed it whatever while i was incarcerated no clue what happened to my belongings i had birth certificate and everything in the car and they cant seem to tell me where my stuff is my car was registered out of state so im very upset that with that being evident they were allowed to crush and dispose of or destroy my personal property without any attempt to notify me of threw Devo decisionIn response to your reply... I was arrested on July 30th and my vehicle was towed in by this business and nothing was ever recovered i signed and gave permission while i was incarcerated to have my stuff picked up and it was not able to be found after my release i called up there and was told that the vehicle was. Unable to be located and that basically i had lost all of my belongings inside the vehicle because after 30 days the vehicle is considered abandoned however it was August 24 when the initial attemptto at least retrieve my property was made which is less that 30 daysand it was unsuccessfully done. however you are correct i did have it towed in back in April but that is not the time i was referencing but thank you for the response that is more information than you were able to provide when i calledFurther update i just got off the phone with the Dalton Police Department and WCSO according to their records my vehicle was impounded July 30th and upon verifying the only documents i have i released consent at the Jail on August 24th to my cousin to go retrieve my property on which day they were informed that my vehicle had been moved from the property or whatever with no information as to where my belongings were or the vehicle my car did have a lien on it and was registered out of state i am waiting on a call back now from the arresting officer to completely verify that it was in fact picked up by this business although i was on the scene when it was picked up myself i made the decision to have whaleys pick it up because it had been picked up a few months prior without an issue it was a little expensive totaling around $300+ for the short amount it time it was there but should you review your records and locate either my vehicle or property it is a dark blue 2010 Nissan Altima coupe with hood and windshield damage registered to myself and out of NC with a lienThank you.

Over charged for a hr and a half job turned it into a 3 to 4 hr job, great guys

I recently was in a car accident and called Whaleys Towing to tow my car. I had my two little girls in the car. They got there quickly and were so fast and professional. I highly recommend! Great business.

65$ admin fee (doesn’t tell you about it) then they have wanna be cops workin for their towing industry. This place is a joke. Instead of paying them to tow the car to my house it must have dodged their iq that they could have made more money that way. 0/5 never recommended
