Jenny was our driver. She was very professional, and courteous. She knows what she is doing. I would recommend her every time. She was nice and had no problem going to one location to pick up then bring to us in Cleveland. Super nice person. If you use this company I highly recommend you request Jenny.She is a rockstar!!!

I have called the office 4-5 times asking for a receipt for my tow to give to my insurance and every time he says hes going to send it ( hurries me off the phone) but hasnt. Thats $65 out if my pocket because they dont care or are too lazy. Bad customer service, I dont recommend.

I picked union point bc in the past I used them and they were polite and reasonable. I used them today to have a car towed maybe 1.5 miles if that, charged 45 dollars! After the fact on the phone Zach was rude, I told him need the car to the mechanic by 10am he said why you gotta have it there by 10? Well sir bc thats when they wanted it there. Hes like theres 2 ahead of you ill try, then he says well you want me to do it or not? Ugh yeah, thats why I called bro. I was polite to him no reason for that unprofessional behavior or the HIGHWAY ROBBERY! 45 dollars is fine if its over 5 miles, but come on. Never again

$115 when towed by D.P.D. and only $40 to have vehicle towed back to same place, something dont seem right about that.

They towed my car that was broke down ! Thats fine for $115.00 a little bit expensive to say the least . I called them every day for three days . They told me every time I called that they didnt have the car all three times . On the third day I drove by and my car was there but they said they was closed ! It cost me a additional $ 115.00 for three days storage !!
