Got a call from them to schedule an interview, it was about 5pm. The woman who called said she wanted me to come in for an interview at 8am on the same day she called (which it was already 5pm)realizing she messed up she told me to just in the next day at around 6am. being a little short notice to go to an interview at 6am I asked for a reschedule, which she agreed to. She says she will call me back when He lets me know, i cant do anything unless he tells me. so I wait a couple days and they havent called me back. a Week passes and im thinking they forgot me so I call and she snaps at me all snarky and says Well you just need to wait in line with the rest of them, he will call you if he wants you. she didnt even ask what my name was. This place is super unprofessional and i hope no one tries to waste their time working for a company who cant even respect applicants.

The house that they rent has mold and we live with some one and took proof and said that their is nothing can do to help us being evicted bc we are not on the lease with proof and the owner is very rude and told us to leave his business

They don’t pay you what they say they never sent my check still haven’t got paid for over 40 hrs of work they give you a test to take in 2 weeks your supposed to have 3 months to study for and they like to talk shot and say that you’ll bring your family down if you quit the job that’s no way to speak to somone Jerry you need to be fired y’all use way to much chemical

Paid for pet friendly service received that the first time. After the first visit the never went back under to put poison in the pet friendly containers just threw it under. After asking about it was told mice pull the poison out of the boxes. I guess they always pull it to the same spot.

I used PAIN pest control for about 18 months ...they did NOT kill the roaches in my trailer...all I have is 1 bedroom 1 bedroom 1 kitchen and a living room ....i complained several times .... I FIRED THEM !!!! AND WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER !!! I Done in 10 days what they couldnt do in 18 months...i went to my local hard ware store ( BEATYS ) and bought $43 worth of stuff ( HARRIS BRAND ) boric acid roach powder ...and (HARRIS BRAND) roach tablets ...and( HARRIS BRAND ) home pest control spray .... And ONLY 10 DAYS LATER ..... NO BUGS !!!!!! PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR and save your $$$ !!! ...DO NOT USE PAIN PEST CONTROL !!!!!! I lost over $800.00 with this place ... All to solve my my problem for $ 43.00 ..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If I could rate them a 0 I would !!!Screw you Pain pest control!!!

Weve used Pain Exterminating for almost two years and have been more than pleased with their service. Several months ago Sherman became our service tech and I cant say enough about his service! He always goes above and beyond in every way! Hes very knowledgeable and has successfully addressed every issue weve had.We have a contract with Pain for a small apartment complex, and because he was so good with all our tenants, I requested that only he be sent for our services. All our tenants know him now and trust him in their homes. It makes this task so much more efficient and enjoyable! We appreciate him so much that if hes not available on our service date, we reschedule so he will be the one to service our units!

This company seemed very friendly and helpful the first two visits. In fact I was very pleased with them for a while. Then when the problem they were suppose to be coming to resolve was not taken care of they promised me a more in depth treatment through having a fog service done at a lower rate than normal because of the troubles we were experiencing. They even verified the need by contacting the lead tech. The day they showed up for service the tech was told to not use the more in-depth fogging treatment but to use the same ole treatment that was not working. After having a conversation with office personnel over the phone and having the blame pushed from one person to the next, even being told by the same lead tech that the fogging service shockwave is not good for my hardwood floors and it will damage them. Which is not a true fact when you research the information on the product (unless applied incorrectly). They still refused to honor the original quote. Even saying I would need to spend even more money doing two additional treatments. They even used the excuse that it will be a problem to mop it with Dawn dish soap and I would have to be on my hands and knees cleaning it. Lies all of it was lies. I do not recommend this company and would definitely not trust their lead tech and office personnel.

The pest control technician named Jennifer was helpful, thorough, and friendly. She addressed all of my concerns with the pest control process. I would recommend using Pain for all of your pest control needs.

Pain Exterminating has always been good to me and my family. Always professional and helpful if I need anything. Their not just exterminators they also deal with mold and fire damage.

We’ve been using them for over a year. We are very pleased with their service, everyone that I’ve dealt with is friendly and helpful. We called them for a problem with black widow and brown widow spiders. They took care of that problem and now we have them come out once a month. We have not seen any spiders or any other pests.

Joshua Chapman is our usual guy and he does the best job out of any of the other guys, who also do a good job! Joshua is the best though! Very polite and very thorough. We have them out every month for maintaining vermon free house and yard.

Had them come out to look at our house for carpenter bees. Said they would put the dust in all the bee holes, bring ladders, etc, then spray the whole house for $150. Came out (1 1/2 hours early), didnt bring any ladders, just sprayed. Asked if they could come out again to do what they said they would do. Scheduled a time the next day, then they came when I was not at home and did gosh knows what that day when we were at lunch. Called to see what happened and the receptionist was rude. Will not use them again.

I paid $125 last week & was told the 7 day follow up was included. Then they went ahead & sprayed the following week without telling me it was going to be another $50 & i didnt even have a massive infestation. I literally saw 2 bugs afer a yard sale. Very rude & bad communication with customer on pricing. I shouldnt have to pay for their mistake. If they had told me it was $50 on top of the $125 i just paid I would have told them i really cant afford that & dont see why they need to spray again so soon??

Not only do they have the best pest control around but they also can take care of termites, carpenter Bees, mold treatments, rodent removals, etc etc....there the best around!
