This exterminating company came highly recommended. I have called 3 times in the last week. Was told someone would call back. No one ever called. Finally when I did get someone was told I might want to find someone else because they did not come my way (15 minutes outside of Dalton). Very unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone! DO NOT USE THEM

Ive been using Overbys for years. Ive never had a problem until today. I was sending them new business & called to make an appointment for my sister. The woman that answered the phone was very rude! They just lost mine & my sisters business.

Mr. Overby is very conscientious in his work and service to his clients. He watches out for other issues besides the annual termite treatment. He has saved my mother (the home owner) and I hundreds of $$$$ by reporting problems with water and air ducts. I greatly appreciate him and his continued service.You CANNOT go wrong with Overby Exterminating!
