Recently bought a home. Service was great on the beginning, and my technician was great. However, I made a job change and couldnt afford their service anymore. I gave the office in Dalton a call to request that my service be cancelled. The lady in the office informed me that I had to catch my bill up before cancelling. I did that. They failed to communicate with my technician which was new that I wanted my service cancelled and I needed him to not come. After he visits, I was given an $85 bill and when I got in touch with my technician, he apologized for the miscommunication on their behalf and said he wouldnt come back out. The office still gave me the bill and when I talked to them for the third time, they tried to argue with me telling me I was unresponsive and that this was on my when their office failed to communicate with their techs. I do not recommend Arrow to anybody. My business will be going to a locally owned exterminator who can communicate with their customers and I will h lol a business owner right in my community.

Called about getting my yard treated for fleas and they gave me a day they would come out and look at the area and give me a quote. They never showed up and have yet to call me back. With service like that Im beginning to think all those 5 star reviews are bogus. I will never contact Arrow Exterminating again!

I have a very bad infestation of small black house ants. I called Arrow out and they bated the ants and a week later came back and sprayed. Seeing a huge difference already. Staff is very friendly and they are always on time. Would highly recommend!!!

Very unprofessional, the first time they came out they were extremely early and barely sprayed! When the insects came back we were blamed! The person who sprayed the most recent was nice and stayed longer but, when we were scheduled for a follow up spray we were told two different dates so, my Wife who has stage 4 cancer, washed every stitch of fabric and put it all in totes, were ready to leave and we were stood up! After confirming three different times! People need to be kind! Again, very unprofessional!

The company is awesome and amazing, they will help with whatever your needs are from bed bugs to roaches, they are fast and work hard, they will answer any kind of questions about your rodent/insect problem. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend to other companies

From the lady at the office who took my phone call and gave me all the information that I needed to know and booked our appointment for us, to the gentlemen who came to our house and sprayed and talked to us about insects/spiders/bugs, we were very impressed! The price is competitive. The warrantees are good. The best part is the customer service. Kari in the office is amazing. She is friendly, helpful and professional. Dean is thorough, personable and nice. John is knowledgeable, concise and efficient. It has always been a great experience, and this time it was even better!

I have a bug problem, and could not handle it myself. I spent thousands of dollars paying them and washing everything in my house at a laundry mat. Needless to say they did not do all that they said they would, and we still have the problem. Yeah they came back out with no extra charge, but I did not have any more money to go to the laundromat again. If they had done everything they said they would in the first placenmy problem would be gone. They tell people what they are going to do, but once you are out of the house they just spray around and leave not even trying to follow the extra steps needed to get rid of the problem. Now I am out all that money and still have a bug problem.

Love Arrow Exterminators! Todd has been my exterminator since I moved back to town, and he is wonderful! I am always contacted when it is time for an appointment, and it is always easy to schedule. Todd knows myself and my dog by name, and is always very friendly. I would highly recommend Arrow Exterminators!

Update: the service manager contacted me almost immediately and came out to the house right away. More than impressed with Arrows willingness to make their customers happy. The service manager was very friendly, as is all the staff Ive dealt with. Thank you for going above and beyond to fix the situation!My dogs brought fleas in my house, so I called Arrow to come out and spray. I was told if there were still fleas, they would come back out and spray again (was not told that there was a 30 day window). After 3 weeks of still having fleas (although not as bad), I left the country for 15 days. Upon returning, I was still having issues with fleas. I received a call asking if I was having any issues, and I told her yes. She said she would talk to someone and call me back. 2 weeks pass by and I never hear back, so I finally called them. They said I was outside the 30 day window and I would have to pay for them to come back out again. Not happy about this at all. I will not be using Arrow again. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because overall the staff is very friendly.

DO NOT USE. Morons who answer the phones apparently do not take all of the notes they are supposed to and then I am stuck without proper service. Manager calls me back only to blame me. I have used this company from the time I moved into my home and this is how I am treated. DONE.

The atmosphere and the service cant be beat

For your safety, avoid using Arrow Exterminators...I used Arrow for several years. They frequently changed our technicians and it was very hard to keep service at a consistent quality. But everything got much worse once we started using their mosquito control service...After a year of weird happenings with our vegetation (Bush died of strange fungus, Apple tree stopped producing apples, Rosemary plants died, several blooming flowers suddenly dying) I decided to spy on how this service was performed. I was in complete shock...I observed my edible herbs (rosemary) being sprayed with poison. I wasnt able to observe the front yard which had an apple tree, so I contacted the tech and the office to find out if the apple tree was sprayed. I left a voicemail with the tech. When calling the office, I was told she would look into the matter. The tech called me back and said he did in fact spray the apple tree and was sorry about it (This means he was spraying it for all of the previous year as well)I waited for the office to call me back. A week later, she did call me back and said I had nothing to worry about. That she spoke to the tech and management and both said they dont spray edible plants and fruit trees SO IT IS SAFE TO EAT THE APPLES!!! (WHAT?!)I told her that I already spoke to the tech and he admitted to spraying the tree. She was flustered being caught lying and said she would call me back. She never did. I called the office again a week later and I asked to speak to a manager. She said one would call me back. Never did. I called several more times to get a manager to call back. Never happened.Then, the very same tech called to say he wanted to schedule more service. I told him I still havent been contacted by a manager (in a month!!!) and that I dont feel comfortable with him performing the service. Then he kept calling me to schedule service every few days, to which I kept saying no.Then, unannounced, a new tech tries to show up and perform a mosquito control service without asking first. Thank God for my surveillance cameras. I immediately told him through my cameras that I dont want him performing any services.When I finally realized no manager was going to call me back after 2 months, I got another exterminator service to do this for me and called Arrow to cancel, to which I was greeted with the service is already cancelled and STILL no call from a manager.As a result of both their reckless behavior and unwillingness to discuss the matter Ive opted to leave this review to inform all of you. Ill be informing neighbors via the NextDoor app as well. And further, Ill be reporting to the proper agencies that this occurred.If you are using Arrow, please be safe and observe the service being performed. Also, if you see the technician has the mix wrong and is affecting your vegetation, please let your neighbors and the appropriate agencies know, so they can investigate how Arrow performs their service and make the appropriate PSAs.This is serious stuff folks! We are talking poison here. The mix needs to be right and it certainly needs to stay far away from your food. If the mix is wrong, you could be inhaling extremely potent poisons and signage should be placed on your yard warning neighbors that poison is present.Ill update this review to inform you of the local govt findings.

Prompt, professional and friendly service at a more than fair price

A technician came to my apartment yesterday to spray. I told him I needed to put my labrador retriever up and he questioned why I had such a big dog? OK strange but I let him in and he sprayed once and continued to look around my apartment. He then proceeded to ask if I liked it here and I said yes other than the constant trash being left around by tenants and we had been picking up glass so our dog wouldnt walk on it. Technician then proceeded to tell me we shouldnt pick it up to let our dog walk all over glass because a big dog like that needed to toughen up. I was in utter shock that not only a human being would think that but to say it to the dogs owner. If this wasnt something the apartment required I would never use these people. What kind of pschyo says something like that. I will have my dog removed when I know they are coming to spray in fear of what he might do if no one is around.

Arrow exterminators is a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company. Their technician left our gate open, after we had told them MULTIPLE times that we had dogs. Our 14 year old, beloved, dog was let out and got hit by a car and killed. I would NEVER recommend this IRRESPONSIBLE company to anyone.
