Clean and not crowded at all which may be because of the time of day I went. They have great prices for memberships also and run promotions all the time. All in all, pretty good place to work out.

I have been to multiple Planet Fitness locations and this location is probably my favorite so far. It was very clean and well lit. The sanitizing/cleaning stations were stocked. The machines worked and werent dusty or dirty. The locker rooms were clean and looked like they were well taken care of. Overall great experience.

I always come to this club even though my home gym is in Fort Oglethorpe and usually the staff is accommodating and professional but today when I went in, both employees were on their phone the whole time I was there. They were not out on the floor maintaining cleanliness and they seemed miserable being there. I think I will start using my home gym for now on because this is very discouraging to come to a gym where the employees would rather keep their head down and on their phones rather then maintaining the gym appropriately.

I told someone at the front desk I gues they didnt get around to it but maby let them know to shut it down quickly someone could get hurt still my favorite gym

Very clean place, staff very friendly, and since I forgot my card and Im from el paso tx, they help me link my phone number to my gym back home. Definitely a place to go for a morning workout. Not very crowded this morning at 0830.

I use planet fitness every where I travel. This one has the the full body massage chair. The environment is the usual PF and would have received 5 stars from but they don’t have enough leg machines

The gym feels too corporate. The lunk alarm is the worst part of it, as well as the limited equipment. I think taking away the link alarm and adding a actual bench press. You can get way way more money and get a larger following

I am member...I pay the 20 dollars per month and for me its a GREAT deal. This fitness facility is a supplement to my daily D1 workout. The aqua massage tanning core workout and stretching equipment are perfect. This day they were as always very friendly and helpful. I dont understand the pizza thing but I never eat it though those little tootsie rolls are a weakness. GREAT FACILITY GREAT LAYOUT

Its a Gym and like most it has all that a person needs to get to a better place physically. The staff at the Dalton location are friendly and helpful. It would be nice if pf offered classes and would be over the top five star if the had water exercises. Even without these its probably the best bang for the buck in this area

Great location,Good atmosphere, and great equipment. I didnt like how you had to have an appointment for the total body enhancer. Other PF gyms I have been to do it on a first come first serve basis. Also it would be nice if they had the core power protein shakes instead of just the muscles milk. But overall not to bad.

I LOVE MY PLANET FITNESS!! NOT ONE BAD WORD TO SAY!! The staff is friendly, they call me by name and most importantly, they keep the place clean. I am spoken to coming and going. The manager, Blake does a super job. Thanks to the staff for making my many days there a home away from home retreat!

Needed some help today and Cody absolutely took care of it all. He is the epitome of true customer service. Never had a gym as welcoming as this one.

It was really fun though it was a little populated and there was no foam pit it was time well spent.

Was a little irritated to begin with due to being miss informed.. However, it is worth the small fee if you attend regularly. Glad i decided not to cancel my membership.

Nice equipment, the hydro massage is nice, and the tanning. However, this location is way too overcrowded and I didnt care much for the Planet Fitness vibe. The gym is for working out and getting jacked to the extreme. Not drinking lattes and talking about your feelings or how intimidated you get because youre not getting bigger from drinking lattes and talking about your feelings.

Love that this location is actually 24/7 (as opposed to other locations where its open 24hrs Mon-Thurs). The machines are in pretty good condition, fast wifi, the environment is clean, the employees are polite. Can be over crowded at times but every business has its peak hours. I bounce between cities for work and the black card was the perfect solution for me because I get access to all PF locations. Small downside-- I thought I would be charged a flat $20 but it actually comes out to be $22 with some fees applied. Not a big issue, its only $2 more but it was a small disappointment when the advertisements so heavily emphasized $20

On the road from MI. There are 2 problems with this club. (1) they need to place a mat at each shower stall entrance. There are NO mats and the floor is very slippery. Think, LIABILITY. (2) There are NO Hydro beds. Just the hydro-chairs. The staff did not even know what a hydro bed was? Im 76. Regards, John D. Blue

I honestly do enjoy this gym. Some things are limited but you can achieve great workouts with all the equipment provided for the extremely cheap monthly payment. I the extra features like the tanning nd massage beds nd chairs, ect. It does get crowded at certain times of the day but over all I love how they operate nd the staff is ALWAYS super friendly and have always been attentive and patient with me when asking questions. I go to a crossfit gym but their hours of operation dont always coincidence with my work schedule and I dont like to skip days so I go PF on the days I cant go to my crossfit classes. I love that PF has offered the community a more affordable alternative.

Affordable! The price is only $10/month or $20/month if you want some extras. This gym offers great machines that cater to anyone that wants to get/stay in shape and does a good job at eliminating intimidation.Edit: Taking off two stars. Female workers should not enter a male locker room without first announcing themselves.

Its a gym. Its nicely maintained, but its still pretty new. At least they try to discourage gym bros. The Black Card Membership isnt for me either. Its over double the price of the normal membership plus you can bring in a partner, but only to the weight room. I was a little bummed that the plus one doesnt apply to the tanning beds, massage chairs and hydro massage and that this detail wasnt mentioned up front. I would give other gyms two stars or less, though, so this would be my recommendation for a gym.

Dont know about the exercise equipment yet but the tanning beds are very nice. I wish they had a location closer than West Walnut at the interstate.

Hydrobed. I wasnt sure if I could make it home but a couple of turns on the hydro bed loosened up my back spasms enough. Black card membership has its privileges.

They are like a sub standard planet fitness. No abs area, machine not grouped well, smaller lockers, paper towels not refilled, only one place to change privately, employees not as well trained in comparison to five other PFs. Still a good deal for ten bucks a month.

I am not under a contract with this company. However, when I went in to cancel my account I spoke to the assistant manager Aran and he wanted my routing and account numbers to my checking bank account in order to cancel. I did need to pay for one month and requested to do so by card. He said that was fine. However he still needed my banking information in order to cancel. Why do they need my banking information to cancel an account they will no longer charge for. That is personal information they do not need. I want my account cancelled. NOW. I called corporate and had to leave a message for a phone call returned to me and have yet to receive a phone call. They refuse to cancel my account even with all balances being paid without having my person information that is uneccessary.

This place has tons of workout machimes, and a hundred TVs to take your mind off exercising. They also have WiFi free so it can be a cheaper option for wifi and you get healthier as you go.
