When you pay for a car wash that is what you should get! Look your best wash $25, they should do their best to wash the car and make it look as good as possible. I didnt pay for a detail but I did pay for a car wash and they did not do a good job! I pointed out multiple places they missed wiping down. There is still dirt on the running boards, the wheels and under the door handles. That is after I complained to the manager and he went over it again. Learn how to treat your customers! To say the least I am not satisfied and will not spend another $ at Pals car wash!!!

I usually come here when I come visit family. The two stars are because $18 is a steal compared to the $35 I pay in Atlanta. Still, after every clean they do, I still have some cleaning to do. There’s still crumbs and dust on the dashboard. There’s still paper on the floor…I won’t nitpick about the vacuum job because they get the most of it since I spend a lot of time hiking and track dirt everywhere but the big stuff is gone.Again, for $18, I’m not expecting top notch but I’d like to not have to point out stains after they’re done cleaning the inside.

Its a hit or miss with this place. Driver and passenger side looks amazing. Middle row ok but they always forget the cup holders period. And the 3 row I guess they just get the part that can be reached standing outside the car. Because its never cleaned right and I have a $36 monthly membership why I dont know. Well maybe because they do an awesome job in the front.

The drive-through car wash works well, and the guys there that do the interior cleaning do a pretty good job. If you have anything and specific you need done, just mention it to them.

I always get the 25$ inside and out wash. The last few visits I have not been pleased. Example this visit today my driver seat was not vacuumed out nor were the seats moved back to vacuum. The doors didn’t seem to be wiped down good at all. I’m definitely going to be spending my money somewhere else. Sorry Pals but after the last 3 visits and you still can’t get it done good.

I have been using this service for several years and the get the 19.99 a month and have to wait for the guy to dry your car and do the tires, I have even left before because it took so long, some do a good job others I have to go home and do myself, when I went yesterday there was a sign that said no hand drying, so am I going to pay 19.99 to just go through the car wash?when I called the lady said it never included drying off! When I told her it did she put me on hold and never came back, if it doesnt I want some money back!

The car wash is great. The vacuums always seem to be lacking suction and don’t pick up some dirt from the floors. I’ve subscribed to the unlimited wash package so it’s not too big of a deal for me since I go at least once a week, but for those that allow build up, it wouldn’t work great.

The actual car wash was fantastic, but the guy who cleaned my tires.....missed a tire! Sorry 4 stars

Good place but the biggest thing that helps the car wash is the guy up front . Use yo they would pre soak and brush the front, the back, and the windshield which helped and spray the fender wells . But all that they are lacking in. Now it seems they only spray the front a little bit. With a low pressure

This time the young man that detailed my was very good and very nice. And ask me did I like the job he had done. I was very pleased.

Fast clean professional. Get the 20 exterior, interior, wheel shine. Takes about 20 minutes. Have place in and outside to sit comfortably while someone turns all your windows slick glass

My daughter took her car there this past Saturday the brush for between her bumper on the back pulled it off and becouse it had been hit in the back before they said it didnt have clips on it which was not true they did nothing bit get upset becouse we wanted a report filled out and trying to blame her ..here is my thing its been over a yr her car was hit and it had nothing to do with the clips if so it would have fallen have way before then we made sure of that before this ever happed..very dishonest very rude..we wont be back and I hope others dont...

Dont clean your car like they used to. No armour all for inside. Tires and wheels still dirty after leaving, thinking it was clean.

The car wash does a fair job for the basic price. If you want a better job you will need to go up in price to the higher levels of detailing.

Pals does a good job. They miss things occasionally but over all they do good !

I just want to say they are wonderful! I am sure they where cussing me because i havent cleaned that car since I have gotten it earlier this year, and I am sure the person whom I got it from never cleaned it either. They made my car shine inside and out. They even cleaned my ashtray. I would recommend anyone to go there and get their vehicle cleaned.

I went to this wash place because my normal one wasnt offering interior service... I shouldve just dont it myself! Nothing about my car was cleaned except for the front vacuumed.. then the guy who clearly could see my car wasnt clean stood and waited for a tip... like dude you didnt clean it.. Im not tipping extra for a job you didnt do! I will never return! He streaked my windows, didnt clean my dash or console outside, didnt wipe down my cup holders and didnt lift the cup holders in the back to vaccum the seat underneath! I really couldve spent the $20 at home and done it myself.

Terrible. Cancelled my plan AND they kept and STILL KEEP ON CHARGING MY C.C. TRIED CONTACTING SOMEONE AND NO RESPONSE.

Paid 25$ for the whole thing inside and out I ask if that was for everything I even gave a 5 dollar tip didnt think I needed to really check it since there was 4 guys working on it I was specific about the floors being vacuumed when I spoke to the lady that took my money, and when I got home as I was getting out of my vehicle I looked down and the front floorboard had not been vacuumed very well at all so I went ahead and checked out the whole car and either their vacuum is messed up or they did not vacuum it out. I may give them another try we will see in Christ Robert.

For less than $25 (before tip) you get a clean car that has basically been detailed. I always check my car over to make sure nothing got missed since the guys work fast to keep up with cars coming out of the car wash. But they work hard and do good work.

FORGET ABOUT PALS CAR WASH. Goo Goos auto wash does an awesome job on both tires and the back of your car, something that Pals could never do. Additionally, Goo Goos folks dont wear metal belt buckles that scratch your car paint when they lean over your car. Wish I had discovered them years ago. AND THEY ARE CHEAPER THAN PALS!

This place used to be one of my favorite car washes but it is a horrible place to go now do not take your car there it is ruining paint I spent a lot of money on my brand new GMC Dinali and they don’t spray enough water or use enough soap to rinse the mud off of cars and the brushes so it just scratches or paint and doesn’t clean it very well and they used to have people out front shining your wheels and tires well now our only get that half of the time and I’ll pay for it every time. I wouldn’t go there or recommend going there it’s a waste of money

It was fine at first, But then when we got to the inside wash our car isnt dirty that much accept it needed a slight vacuum and needed to be washed on the dashBut when the guy got in there he scremed WOOH! and then got out this wasnt all they seemed angry about the kids staying in the back even though i just needed the front clean, Time passed by and they were done and i sall it was still not as clean as i thought it was going to be for $25 but i still said, thank yall you did a good job! They just looked at me rolled there eyes and walked away.

In late November of 2016 they had a special going for a 2 month membership for the price of 1 month. All in all the package I purchased was $35.00. Not bad for unlimited washes for 2 months. It shouldve been a one time charge but here now 6 months later theyre still trying to charge me. Even when I brought it to their attention that they had no right to charge me every month since. I left Dalton in February 2017 and havent been back since. Ive tried calling the number listed and cant get an answer. My company has sent them emails without any response. These people are thieves. If you go there pay cash and absolutely DONT give these douchebags your credit card.UPDATE: Daniel from Pals contacted me direct and resolved all issues. Thank you very much for your cooperation..........Uh.......Did you guys start serving beer and food?

Have gone to Pals for a while now. I had my car washed recently and there were some spots that were left on my new car. I called and left a vm regarding the issue and immediately got a call back. Daniel handled the situation exceptionally well. Sent my car back through the car wash and waxed my car free of charge. Great customer service and I will continue to return.

Didnt do a good job. Its pretty disappointing when you pay $25 to get a complete full-service wash and your windshield has streaks in it, your dashboard is still dirty and you find bits of trash under your seats. The owners so nice theyre very detail-oriented and I absolutely love the $10 a month wash your car as much as you want to plan I drive for a living so keeping my car clean is extremely important and with this kind of deal they are saving me literally hundreds of dollars I highly recommend signing up as soon as possible

Each time I go I have to go home to clean my wheels. I pay for this service but it never gets done properly. The automatic wash cycle is always good; however, the cleaning of my wheels by an attendant is always an issue.

I have had a membership for over a year now and I just recently purchased a new vehicle. When I was drying my car off after going through the car wash I noticed my car was covered in scuff marks. It was more noticeable because my car is white. I spent over 25 mins just trying to buff them off and some will not come off. I am so mad because i literally just bought this vehicle!! I am cancelling my membership and not going back. Im not paying someone to ruin my car!

Amazing quality of work!

Sent my brother to go get my car washed from the inside and out and they did a terrible job. There were still crumbs all over my seats, marks on my windshield, dirt all over and basically looks like the workers just didnt try or didnt care. Only reason Im even giving this a star is because the ONLY thing that does look clean are my tires. Paid about $40+ to be provided this type of service, no thanks.

So this was the first trip to this location in over a year. I noticed that the cost has gone up during that time at some point. I was pretty happy with the service overall with the exception was the work on the glass, I had to come home and clean the inside myself to get rid of the streaks. Overall I was happy with the service and maybe it wont be another year before I make another trip.

Did not get the car clean even after running it through twice. Dont go expecting a great car clean up and detail. Its just average inside and out.
