If I could give 10 stars I would. Leo and his staff did an outstanding job cleaning my SUV. I have had my car detailed many, many times however their service surpassed any that I’ve had in the past. Right down to sanitizing my keys! Get the larger/pricier package it’s totally worth it (which is not even that badly priced at all). They take a while to get it done, but I realized it was due to how detailed they really are. If you’re getting your car detailed in Dalton, come here! Thanks Leo!

I can not even begin to describe how amazing this place is. First off- I drove to work Friday morning with a horrible smell in my car and I knew immediately - It was a dead rat.I googled detailing services in Dalton. I called the first one that had popped up on the list and they said they couldn’t help me. Then I called the second on the list and it was UCS Professional Detailing. I called and spoke with Leo and explained my predicament. He said they could handle it and that I could drop my car off that day. I dropped it off that afternoon and when it was ready to pick up on Saturday- I was floored.My car looked AMAZING!!! Leo and his team were not only able to find the dead rat - they sanitized and deodorized then cleaned my car inside and out. It seriously looks new. Everyone was so great- so polite and communicated a lot with me during the cleaning process.The price was phenomenal and the quality of work was impeccable. I went by my parents house to show off how good my car looked and they were so impressed that said they were going to take their car and truck there.I can’t say enough good things. They were so friendly- excellent customer service and they worked me in for a same day appointment even though I could tell they were very busy. They worked fast, but their speed did not affect the spectacular quality of their work. I was so grateful I found them!I will be bringing my vehicles here in the future- but hopefully for a normal clean and not because of another dead animal! I hope anyone reading this review will see that they get consistently high ratings because they are the best around.

Looking for used tires that they advertised but their stock was missing.

This place is terrible. Took my car and it left a bigger mess than how it was before. The building was dirty. Had bugs. Everyone there was extremely rude in addition to their terrible services. Not to mention how overpriced it was. You’ll be better off washing it yourself to prevent the terrible customer service and disgusting job they did!

Do NOT go here...well over 2 hundred bucks and nothing that a trip through the car wash would have done maybe even better. It was that bad. Edit: the response from the owner is an out and out lie. I certainly know who I paid and the long list of options for the work which I chose all of them as I was preparing to sell my truck. Dont know which is worst the bad job or the lie.

Asked for a full exterior detail wash, clay bar, high speed buff, and polish and was told thats what was involved there was an old 3m clear coat bug deflector on the car I specifically asked them to remove the remaining glue well 3 hours later when I was told my car was done I got there and they had half washed the car didnt even attempt to remove the glue which ended up all over the car then they took a high speed waxer and burnt the glue into the rest of the paint broke my grill which they are replacing and didnt even get the wax off the car white spots of wax were still all over the car the waxing machine left horrible marks all over the car and I was told they couldnt get the glue off I took my fingernail and it came right up so they offered if I wanted to use there buffer to get it off these people are incompetent lier and do horrible business all the way around avoid at all costs

Wouldn’t recommend to take your car to this place,Because I took my car there and they scratched my paint and there were still stains on my carpet. And they take too long to wash a car.

Hands down the best place to get a detail....leo really goes the extra mile,this place uses more expensive/better quality products on your car
